On 10-5-25 between 8pm and 815pm I order 10 junior bacon cheeseburgers through the drive thru. I only received 9 I realized I didn't get a receipt so I went back in to complain asked they told me that they only got 9 jbcs on the order I asked them to make me a new receipt they said they couldn't as it was broken. Had to buy a new 10 th one pretty sure they charged me for an extra jbcs. Beware shady practices

My wife went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper. The female staff kept using the men’s room instead of restocking the women’s. While we ate, a group of loud teens came in cussing next to my 4-year-old. Staff did nothing. Please restock bathrooms and keep the dining room family friendly.

Went through the driveway, ordered the #4, chicken and biscuit, combo and told repeatedly did not want the honey butter. They still put the honey butter on and then just scrapped it off so it still soaked the biscuit and chicken. Also had to wait about 10 minutes "for my potatoes" they told me, just to get luke warm potatoes. Will not be going back since this is not the first time this place has messed up.

This Wendy's location is pretty flawless during the day. The food is decent, the employees are really nice and have great attitudes. That being said...I've never had a good experience during the night hours, especially the late night. They're rude and tend to close whenever they feel like it. Should one point out that they don't close until 1 a.m., they'd be met with some disrespectful attitude that doesn't line up with any type of customer service. Maybe the night crew has changed, it was been awhile since I tried to go there. Daytime? Fantastic. Nighttime? Dismal and frustrating.
***Side note*** breakfast biscuits are $1 right now. They're the ones that come with meat, cheese, and egg, too!

This is the second time they messed up my order. I work to earn my money and I just feel it’s wasted everytime I go to Wendy’s on Sheridan. Both times asked for bacon, multiple times. Said that I didn’t not like sausage please make it bacon. Well both times given sausage. This time I feel on purpose. Why play these games? I am a nice person and treat people kind and for this to keep happening is so unnecessary. When talking to the manager the first time he talked over me and didn’t let me get a word out. There’s never no business in the morning so wouldn’t you want to stay busy? But I hope your days are long and your checks are short because karma is coming. And PS why is the coffee always cold!? Have the day y’all deserve 🙂

The employees here are rude and ALWAYS get your order wrong.
You ask for a hamburger, they give you a cheeseburger. You ask them to fix it and they give you attitude.
You ask for them to put ice in your cup because the ice in the soda machine on the floor isn't working and the girl has an attitude about that.

An employee at this establishment used extremely rude words and slammed the drive through window in my face. If you don’t enjoy being at your place of work maybe you shouldn’t work there hun. Besides this incident the service is usually great and the employees (not including the stank one I was speaking of ☺️) work really hard to make sure the customers are happy.

Yikes! Drive up the road if you’d rather not deal with attitude . I’ve had one too many experiences going into the restaurant and getting attitude from the girls who are at the register. The other employees just stand and stare while they wait for someone to help you & don’t say anything to u while u wait. I know they are kids but the management needs to teach them all customer service asap ! They also don’t like to fill ice or clean the bathroom. Women’s toilet is horrendous . I’ll be driving up to 52nd from now on . Please teach your kids manners if you’re only gonna hire teenagers .

After waiting in line for 25 mins to get the online order to pull away check and they shorted me items. I waited back in line for another 25 td the gentleman at the window what I was short he seemed so lost and confused about it and we had ro repeat it at least 2 more times to him for him to tell us to pull up when they already had a car parked there was no room to pull up. Then to have an older women come to window and re ask what the issue is was just beyond me. They have no clue what they are doing at this location after 45 mins my foods cold we didn't even wait for shorted items we were over it by this time. Quality of food is not so hot either I ordered asiago bacon sandwich club no bacon no sauce smashed down. Bacon fries soggy.....never again Wendy's. This location is just not ran correctly at all!!!! Do better if you want business!!!

This location has been open for a long time and has always been a good spot to stop for a quick bite. It is opened late/early hours and the food is always hot and ready. The only thing I have a problem with is the grease, I have to dry my burger before I can eat it . The deal bag is always a good quick and cheap meal. The location is good as it's between plenty of shopping and residential areas.

Worst customer service in a drive thru I’ve had in a long time. The wait was long (to order and get my food), the young man taking my order was very terse and never said a kind word. He was so focused on getting me to order as quick as possible, did not respond to me in the window when questioned about my order or myself saying thank you for the food. Terrible service...i ordered a daves triple burger and a baconator sandwich. Took forever to order and then when i scan my rewards for the free baconator the guy taking orders says you wanted a baconator with 1 patty.... what? A baconator comes with 2 patties... sheesh. Then his manager tells him to tell me that it's not working right now... the scanning. So i ended just paying for my triple burger. This location is trash. To top it off... my daves tripe was cold. This restaurant has many minimal or non English speaking employees at night. It can really hinder ordering and communicating some days. I frequent it often and it is very hit or miss. Some employees are fantastic,clear communication, up selling,hand washing and being excellent. Others stare and miss what you've said. Leads to mistakes and a harder time. Food is typically fresh and I come at least twice a week. If it was more consistent I'd rate them higher, but it is just way too hard to know hot or cold. I wish them well and will continue to come in, but owners and or managers are pretty hands off and it shows.

We’ve ate at Wendy’s on our trips to the states many times. Sounds strange but with my wife being vegetarian Wendy’s is the one place we know she can get a good salad till now. While we were waiting to order another customer was asking for a replacement burger because he had ordered it without cheese but was given one with cheese, that should have gave us a clue. My wife asked the young man for the cobb salad with no meat, then explained she is vegetarian so no meat on the salad he said he understood and it wouldn’t have meat on the salad. We decided to get our food to go as the restaurant didn’t have a nice feel. When we got back to the place we are staying and opened our food my wife said straight away “they’ve put meat on it “ I offered to take it back but said it had put her off and she couldn’t trust them to get it right after breaking it down to a point that a toddler would know she doesn’t want meat. I hope the staff at this Wendy’s restaurant have Velcro straps on their shoes because if they have laces that’s an accident waiting to happen.

My mother was verbally attacked by the young female manager and a young man working 6/20/24. After purchasing her food and sitting in the lobby to eat. She used the restroom, after utilizing the restroom she informed the manager that the toilet was clogged and that the restroom needed to be attended to. The managers was then rude, cursing and argumentative to my mother all because she made a statement of the condition of the restroom. The young man who was working as well decided to get in the conversation and argue with my mother stating the manager is a grown lady and that my mother is gross. I don't understand the need to argue with someone let alone a customer that is just making the manager aware of an issue in the restroom. If the workers don't care about the new place looking clean I can only imagine how the kitchen is and looks.

Hire people who actually work. Went yesterday and it took 10-15 just for them to ask if they can help me in the drive thru, spent 45 minutes in total to order and get my food, most of that ordering. Tonight went with my mother and younger sister, they were talking and laughing while we were trying to order then would ask "what?" We pulled away without even finishing the order after 5 MINUTES of having to repeat their order, and when we did they FLIPPED US OFF. You just lost a customer.

I could not go inside the building because apparently it was just drive thru at the time though I just saw lots of people come in and out. Which that's fine, I had it happen a few times. It may just have been too late. But we did try going in and got kicked out right after two people can out the door. They were probably the last costumers. There was a leakage in the soda machine, don't know why? We asked if we could order and if it was open. As far as I could see while we waited almost 2 whole minutes for someone to tell us to leave, the kitchen was pretty unorganized and messy. Yes everything pretty much had a place but some things were just scattered around. Once we got through the drive thru, the employee who served me charged us when we clearly asked to use two coupons from School for free frosty and biggie bag. Our total was $15 but then they realized they messed up. They got their manager who didn't look very professional and proud of what he's doing. They eventually got it all sorted, and added the coupons too Our total. Our total was still a bit overpriced in my opinion. A large chili ( which looked very very small ) and a large fry which was huge and very delicious. The food was amazing! But service wasn't the greatest. Could do better, much better, but I've gone here and had an almost exact same thing happen to me last time too. I expected chaos. Great food though! 👍

I went with my wife to withdraw an order that no one understood at first, then we went to the window and saw how badly they were treating a new employee, others who were there were in a lousy way, even one closed the window with anger when he saw that the new boy was confused, he would not return to this Wendy's, the food is good because everywhere it must be the same but the service and the atmosphere must definitely improve.

This has to be the worst location, I have ever been to. I would be willing to go to another one way farther of it meant I could get someone who honestly was concerned about customer service. Ordered with the mobile app for drive-thru pick up, which was on only available option at the time. When I arrived about 5 minutes later, there were no other vehicles in the drive-thru, I was greeted by an employee who said to pull around to the window. We waited for a few minutes and handed our frostys and drink. The drive-thru employee was engaged in conversation with lots of laughter with someone else inside. Meanwhile, we continued waiting for our food. Was told sorry it's the chicken, trust me it's the chickens fault. A few minutes later we received our food. We live within 2 minutes of this Wendy's, so after all the waiting we got home and although the chicken sandwich tasted great, it alone with the fries were barely room temperature. Not surprisingly the frostys were melted.

Drive thru only lobby is not open.waited 13 on order before us, cashier veried my order. Asked about receiving a free kid frosty for athletes as advertised, my son was in the car fully dressed in wrestling uniform. She said she had to ask, she ask another worker I could not hear the other workers but I hear her laughing and say "do you want me to tell her that". Then says okay what flavor, my son did get his free frosty. Let the window to realize they forgot our nuggets. Then had to wait in the drive thru line for 2 other cars to not only place their order but receive their order. I informed the drive thru person at the speaker (which is a man, after seeing him at the window I think he's a manager because he was dressed differently from the other crew members) that I was just here but I'm missing an order of nuggets. His exact response "no wonder why I have an extra nuggets just sitting here". No apologies, no can I comp your meal or offer you anything. There were at least 4 workers in that kitchen by the window I don't understand how 1) the orders take so long when you are only serving drive thru orders and you don't park any of your cars but yet there are 4 team members. 2) who is actually checking these orders before they are handed out.
Not really sure what Wendy's is paying their employees at this location but at this point the service is terrible, the food quality is not the fresh or best and the employees are just being paid to laugh and have fun.

Wendy's in Kenosha area are terrible. Stale buns, cold food, wrong orders, etc... I would recommend going literally any other place. Sad too because not all Wendy's in southern Wisconsin or northern Illinois are this bad but these chains refuse to fix a thing.

extremely rude, doors are always locked so you have to use drive thru, order taker is always unprofessional and has a rude attitude. last time i went to this wendys the door was locked so i got in the drive thru and the workers let a group into the lobby because “they were friends” i will not be coming back to this wendys and i won’t reccomend it to anyone else

Just nasty over all. I will never go back. Food was cold. Fries was stale. Drive thru was long and you would expect they would be hot. But it definitely was not. Everything was nasty. Inside was closed. I will go to the one on 52nd & Pershing before I come back to the one on 52nd
