So we just ordered our Frosty swirl for few moments ago, and I asked for more caramel and the cashier Kathy was nice enough to add more on the frosties before giving it to us.
So the manager she had glasses on, I ask who she was she said I'm the Manager, Kathy to give her the Frosty and she started to eat it in front of us, and to redo ours and charge us more, I said never mind on more Carmel, So you understand kathy the cashier was nice, it was the Manager who was rude and unprofessional, poor management skills and frankly terrible customer service. I won't return.
Kathy you should be the Manager, your a better people person!!!!!!

Everytime I come here the soda machine area is sticky, floors are sticky all the time, bathroom is not clean and the floor is sticky as well.

I normally enjoy Wendy’s and was excited to grab breakfast here, but this location didn’t leave the best impression. I was actually going to skip leaving a review, but after visiting another Wendy’s with a much friendlier atmosphere, I realized it was worth sharing.
The drive-thru service here felt unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no smile, and my order was simply handed over without much interaction. I had to repeatedly ask for basics like salt, pepper, ketchup, and napkins, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff.
I love Wendy’s breakfast (the $1 biscuit deal is a favorite!), but customer service matters too. A warm, cordial interaction goes a long way in starting the day right, and unfortunately I didn’t experience that here.

Horrible customer service. Nobody spoke what so ever except when I yelled hello. One female says just a minute from drive through. Front cashier not one word even taking our order. Made a mobile order for about 10 minutes before closing. Yes, I know it's not ideal but I just got off work and no one else was open that late at night. Placed the order on the app with no problem. Once I got to the store, I was told that everything was already put away for the night and that I needed to cancel the order through the app. Seriously??? I'm definitely not happy!

I ordered a bunch of food 2 of the things were 2 Dave's singles no cheese no tomatoes both had cheese when I opened them when I got home and I called they only offered to replace or refund but either way I'd have to drive all the way back there for only what should have been done right in the 1st place. So now have to waste gas n time n given nothing for the inconvenience. How hard is it to read and it wasn't even busy.mngr on duty was no help 4/24/25 about 8:50-9:00

Thanks, Wendy’s. I stopped by the store and picked up a crispy chicken sandwich. It was hot and tasty and the service was excellent. I placed an order on the Dash app and the general manager Simon refused to release my order. He claimed a pick up order on the Door dash app needs to be picked up by a Dasher which is false. He said that Wendy's have a new agreement where the Dashers have to get pick up and delivery orders. I explained to him he is mistaken because a Dasher would not have any knowledge of a pick up order. He told me he was going to cancel my order and to contact DoorDash for a refund. Bottom line he lied, I contacted DoorDash, and had no reason as why he denied my order being released. He was hostile, disrespectful, aggressive, verbally combative, extremely argumentive, and a liar. I won't spend a penny at this locationever again.This experience was horrific and elevated my hypertension, and made me lose my appetite after not eating all day. This location needs a visit from their regional manager or corporate. Horrible customer service. Oh and there workers dig into the ice bind with their bre hands to eat the ice, I also witnessed this at this location also. Don't eat from this location.

Food was great but not quite as good as Culver's, the burgers are a bit too square for my liking, got food from the drive through, pretty good service, would recommend the baconater, and if they have the pretzel bacon pub burger that's really good. Excuse any spelling errors, I don't know how to spell pretzle cause spell check isn't working. I'm kinda trying to get enough review points to level up so that's why this review is so long. Anyway Wendy's is my second favorite burger place.

Wow their customer service was exceptional and the soda machine just completely wild me as well. They have every type of flavor everything for everyone anything for anyone if you need real quality food with real means definitely want a quality meal for low prices. Come to the Wendy’s on 75th St. in Kenosha Wisconsin they are amazing and their staff is amazing..!!!

I use to love this Wendy’s. Food was always right and hot and the staff was more pleasant than most places. But recently the staff is just young adults that think messing with people and being rude is fun. I went and all I ordered was 3 chili baked potatoes. Had no real issue ordering and no issues paying. They asked me to pull up which was fine with me. Made a few calls while I waited and noticed it had been 25 minutes of me waiting there. I looked in my mirror and I could see the staff looking at me and laughing. I decided to give it 5 more minutes and still nothing. So I went back around and just asked for a refund. The manager tried to tell me they went out to look for me but I wasn’t there. They never came out looking for anyone. It took me 1 minute to circle the building and ask for a refund after 30 minutes. The manager then tried to convince me to take the food that I no longer wanted. There was no sorry for the inconvenience no little compensation for waiting 30 minutes for some potatoes. Just tried to tell me that they looked for me and then tried to get me to just take the food. All while the rest of the staff is standing there smirking and giggling. I would have been fine with them just telling me to circle back around because they didn’t want to walk outside. This situation and just coming a few times and the food is not hot and orders being wrong make this Wendy’s not worth coming to anymore you’re better off going down a block to the McDonald’s.

Saturday, February 24th at 11:10am I was trying to order at the drive through and the girl couldn’t even speak English or understand our order.. she got our order completely wrong so then when they had to fix it some guys helped us out but then she kept giving us very dirty attitude filled looks as she came to the window to give us the right sauce after 2 times of giving us the wrong sauce and dropping it out of the window.. please learn how to understand your customers language correctly.

Do not eat here. Went for lunch and got food poisoning. I was one of the sickest I've ever been I know it was from this Wendys because I hadn't eaten all day besides this wendys and the night before I had freezer pizza rolls from Costco. Near a half hour wait time at the drive thru, which is understandable with short staffing, but the drink order was wrong and what should have been a burger came as a chicken sandwich. An iced tea and a Coke somehow turned into 2 Dr. Peppers. Seems like they slapped together whatever food was already warmed up. Couldn't go back to correct order because they stated to be closing in 5 minutes, 2 hours before their posted hours. If you're going to be slow, at least be accurate! Avoid this location!!

I don’t think I EVER have written a review in my life but this deserves it. Usually, when we go here the service is bad but we always usually come back hoping it’s better next time. * I don't understand why they don't open the lobby area? It's been three years now since the pandemic and it's not even considered a 'pandemic' anymore so that excuse is old now. They are never open when they say they are, either their internal store or any drive-thru service. It's been YEARS since I've been able to get service from them of any sort. Store hours claim to be open to midnight? Nope, they stop all operations once the dinner rush ends, and that's the literal ONLY time of day you can actually see any service from them. Lunch rush? Nonexistent. Afternoon? no-one is there. Wendy's newer breakfast menu? Forget it, they've not shown up. This pre-dates the Pandemic and was a problem in 2019 as well; unless you want to spend their sole seeming hour of operation waiting in your car in a line, you're not eating the food from here.
