Had a DoorDash order put in when they first open up for the day and my dasher got there in time and they still didn’t have no food up and running! And they call themselves a fast food restaurant. If you open up at 6:30 am food should already be made and put out by atleast 6:45 smh

The chicken on my salad was so old that it had turned rock hard and changed colors. It had to be a day old from the look of it. I drove back to get a replacement and at first the woman offered for me to pick off the chicken and reuse the salad... absolutely revolting.
By the time I got home the rest of the food was cold.

You don't even get a full bowl of chili when you order one. It's about an inch from the top at least, but at least you get crackers. I just measured it. It's an inch and 3/8 from the top of the lid which seems like a rip-off. $11 and some change for a single burger and a 3/4 of a bowl of chili.

The Wednesday meal came out and omg out of all the collaboration meals, this is by far my favorite!! I hope/wish for the frosty flavor to stay around!
I love going to this Wendy's specifically because of the dog lady (i always feel so bad that i dont know her actual name 😓) our ariel adores her and even recognizes her voice! Always puts a smile on our faces when we show up and shes working!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the survive that we received at Wendy’s today. My son has Autism and I always feel like I am a burden when going to restaurants with him. Today without being asked the staff recognized that he was holding his ears and offered to turn the music down. On top of that they just made us feel so welcome there. It truly was emotional for me and I just really appreciated that level of support without even having to mention anything. Thank you so much. 10 out of 10. Food was great and fast as well :-)

The manager was very rude she was most definitely racist when I walked in and asked for a cup she looked at me as if I was crazy and then I had to tell her I was gunna buy something I just needed a cup because my coffee cup had a hole in it and wasn’t being rude to the white people who walked in after me greeting them with a hi guys; also after giving that review I noticed a raw fry in my food CROSS CONTAMINATION and she tried to give me a junior fry when I ordered large I don’t even wanna eat any of it anymore

Did an online order. Went to pick up, and they told me to pull ahead after they gave me the drink.. They forgot about the food for 20 minutes. I knocked on the doors.. Tapped the window . By far, THE WORST service ever! I get it's a busy time, but this was at like 9 pm by the time I left. The food was cold and just overall- let down. Do better Wendy's.

Put in an order in around 750pm, when we arrived tonight 8/24/2024 around 817pm, we found out they gave our order to someone else, so they had to redo our order. When we got home. Our saucy nuggs had no sauce and the spicy honey BBQ had a few squirts and sandwiches looked like they were just horribly thrown together. Workers didn't even apologetic. We love Wendys food but tonight's service was absolutely terrible.

The guy running the drive through was an absolute jerk. Yelling at us. Being snobby. Just not being friendly whatsoever..
The person driving didn't hear them say "One moment please" and so they said "yes I'd like..." And before he could finish the person at the window yells "I SAID GIVE ME A MINUTE" so we waited a few minutes finally "can I take your order ' and my driver said "yes we have two orders actually " and the person on the other side in the most snotty tone "I'll take one order"... So we were like okay.. never heard of that being a problem but okay. We did our order and then waited at the window... Paid and waited for a bit. Finally got our food. And we asked for straws and the person at the window clapped back "I TOLD YOU THEY WERE IN THE BAG" never have I ever been so disrespected in a drive through. I will never spend my money here or any Wendy's ever again if this is the kind of trash they employ....
William at this location is not who you want dealing with your customers.

Ordered a frosty and paid with $3 in quarters. The cashier stated "sad". He was mocking us for paying with quarters. To me money is money whether it's change or bills. This was very unprofessional.

When I called and asked to speak with the manager, he said he would meet me outside. So I asked the black lady at the second window to get the manager. The cashier came out with a smirk. Then elevated the situation as the other employees joined in with him and told us not to come back. They also hollered out the window when we were leaving you racists, mind you I'm Native American. I was also called a Proud Boy.

My family and I usually love Wendy's. In the past I've gotten salads and they were relatively good. The chicken was processed and spicy, but I didn't get a Tex Mex salad, in the past it was grilled chicken like their sandwiches. My kids were also disappointed with their kids meal hamburgers, they didn't have pickles.

The person at the window First of all said they couldn’t make our drinks we understood that they were busy and didn’t have time to change the syrup. We chose new drinks and moved on. Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever. Ordered the baconator and asked for no mayo. My receipt even said no mayo and my burger came loaded with it. Once I picked up food for door dash and wasn’t sure to waste my time and wait in the long line of people wanting to order food or go up to the side of the counter and let someone know I’m picking up a door dash order. The worker lady yelled at me and said ur gonna have to wait like everyone else she said very rudely. They only start making door dash orders as soon as you get there. So I’m waiting wasting my time in a long line and then waiting for them to start and finish the order. More recently I decided to do a pick up order. Got there and the sign says as soon as you pull in “pick up window” with the sign pointing the direction of the window. Sitting at the window for a while then finally someone comes standing there acknowledged me. Says you gonna have to go to the box. Like what the heck is the box. What is he talking about. I drive all the way around the building and park in an area wondering ok are they gonna come to my car or what then realized he meant the order speaker. So though I was at the window I gotta drive around the building and say I’m picking up an order and I can’t do that at the window which the sign says to go to the pick up window. Not sure why I go to these places anyways. I’m not gonna go back here cause who knows what thing will happen next. It’s obvious which restaurants have good energy and business models and which ones are probably gonna fail eventually because they put money as a priority rather then workers and customers. I will say the manager at this location is a nice guy and deserves a raise.

This store location looked pretty nice, but on December 28th, 2022 at 4pm the service left something to be desired. The gentleman that took our order at the front desk did not seem sure of what he was doing, and frankly acted the way I do when I'm high. We were the only ones dining inside, but the store seemed under-staffed and the drive-thru was steady. The men's bathroom was also a bit messy. At least the food was good.
