This restaurant never gets an order right. They either leave ingredients out or totally forget items that you’ve paid for. I’ve tried to be patient and not single them out since there’s barely competent management over operations, but today was it. I’ll never recommend or buy with this franchise again.

If i could give them zero stars I would. It's very clear they don't care about the customers at this place. We were waiting in the drive thru and the car that was waiting to order pulled off(who knows how long they were waiting) then the next car pulled up and someone asked them what they wanted, they told them then no response from the worker, the lady waited a few minutes then she went inside. I called and asked if they were having problems with the drive thru and they just hang up on me. Some of the worst customer service ever. If you're busy just say that. Couldn't say someone will be with you shortly or something, no just ignore the customers. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Revisited just now and left because drive thru kept asking everyone to wait for 7-10 min before taking their order. 7/1/25 barely any cars in line.
7/22/25. Took 13.24 to order a single burger in drive thru w 4 cars total.. this is crazy slow for FAST FOOD most of my 30 min lunch was spent waiting for her to take my order w no cars ahead of me.. @1:21 pm it’s crazy slow consistently

Gave it a few solid chances . This will be my review on them. It’s not worth wasting heartbeats here . Go to another location to enjoy the food.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The employees are all very nice but the food is hit or miss. Every time I have ordered a Frosty it comes to me soupy. I finally asked them why are your Frosty's always melted because they never look like the picture. The response? Our machine isn't working properly. Are you kidding me? Fix it? Who wants a soupy Frosty?

I think it's time Wendys started offering some decent pay and benefits, because they clearly can't staff their restaurants adequately. I just waited 30 minutes in line at the drive through. I had to leave before I could even order because I had to get to work. I don't blame the staff, they were clearly overwhelmed and didn't have enough help, but damn it's pretty frustrating to leave for work early, think you might as well use that time to grab a treat, and you spend so long in line you don't even have time to go to a different restaurant instead. Don't go to this location if you're looking for fast food.

Do not order from this Wendy's. Ordered offline of the Wendy's app for a JBC, Large Fries, and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and they put in two regular chicken sandwiches. When I called to ask about getting it delivered they said it wasn't there fault because they don't deliver even though they are the ones to pack the meal and should have read the receipt and checked items. Person on the phone talked back to me as if I was incompetent over the fact they had my order as wrong. And told me I have to go through the app to get a refund of where I got it delivered even though I went through the Wendy's App. Don't even waste your time.

If you go during lunch time they are on the ball and get people through the drive through quickly like it should be for fast food. Go after 6 PM and it's extremely slow. I have had numerous times where there were 3 or 4 cars behind the order screen and it took me 20 minutes from when I pulled up to get my food.

I’m a frequent fast food takeout customer, and this Wendy’s location has the best customer service by far! The staff is always incredibly accommodating and pleasant, even when I place last-minute orders at the drive-thru window. They go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable, and the food is consistently delicious. This Wendy’s deserves 10 stars out of five! Keep up the great work!

Ate there yesterday and the hamburger bun was so dry it was almost dust. The burger itself was nearly 2 hockey pucks. It was the stalest burger I've ever had. The crew seemed overwhelmed because the dining room was closed and the drive through line wasn't very long, but food took about 10 minutes.

Pulled up to drive thru they came on and said can I take your order. I say my order, silence, they come back on can I take your order, I say my order again, silence, they come back on and ask me again again I say my order and again there is silence and on the 4th time I left the drive thru! If your having problems with the hearing out at drive thru maybe you should put out of order on it or put a happy faced employee out there to take the orders!!! But seriously I will not be back. It's really unfortunate that Wendy's has good food but poor services most of the time. I've been there and I've had good service.But tonight I went there and had crappy service. First I was rushed taking my order through the drive through and there were no other cars in front or behind me; Next, at the window, the server was extremely rude. It was a female and she not only didn't look at me once. She just handed me my items through the window without even looking at me and holding on a conversation with one of her co-workers and I could hear It. It wasn't a wor related conversation so they were just chit, chatting and forgetting where they were and what they were supposed to be
doing and how they were supposed to be doing it! I ordered some chicken nuggets and they forgot to get them to me. I almost had driven off before.I realized it and then what made matters worse, after I left I realized that I do not get the ranch sauce that I ordered!
Unlike the service , the food was very good! I ordered a burger and fries And I ordered a small chicken nugget for the first time. It was all very good and I really , really enjoyed the lemonade!
I would usually get the pineapple mango lemonade, but for some reason just didn't want that tonight.So I had the plain lemonade and I think that's the first time I had it and it was so so good!

I waited almost 15 minutes, and nobody was running the counter after the woman left to count the drawer in back. Was I supposed to go through the drive-through and order it to stay inside, then park and come in to dine in the lobby? To think some of these folks said they were worth $15 an hour 5 years later and now at $19, many don't even seem worth minimum wage.

It also appeared that there was not that many people inside the restaurant. This also happened one time before to my husband and I. I've been here a small handful of times and every time it has been a bad experience. I have been given the wrong order and watched them take it from me and immediately give it to the right costumer. Like ew. The most recent time while we were ordering when the worker started to yell at us for not specifying the flavor of poweraid immediately. It got to the point one of the kids in the car with me started crying because they were scared. And I love Wendy's, but I will never be getting this one again, which means I am way less likely to get it at all.

Went to Wendy's on a Thursday night. We ordered on the mobile app. I pulled up in the drive thru and the lady greeted me on the intercom. I told her I had a mobile order, she interrupted me, "Can you just come inside to pick up? I'm preoccupied. I'm in the bathroom at the moment and I'll be a minute." I was speechless. I eventually said, "Your answering the intercom while you're in the bathroom?" I then just pulled up. I thought maybe she was alone or something in the restaurant but when I entered the building, there were five to six workers back there. No one could cover for her while she was in the bathroom!? I'm not expecting a ton of professionalism from a fast food establishment, but at least some!? Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our food. I just can't believe this happened.

I haven't been around their drive through for a decade or more, so I thought we'd take a try at the late night bite after shopping in a nearby city. It was about 9pm when we ordered the double "Baconator" and a regular chicken sandwich, not the spicy. I was told to pull up to the second window to order. It seemed like EVERYONE is told to order at the second window as a line had formed ahead and behind us. They must be making just one car order at a time as we waited for two different sandwiches to be made and paid for then handed through that same window. It could've been low staffing issues and I couldn't really tell which sandwich was which so I had to unwrap each at home to see.
The sandwiches were still warm enough though and the bacon was crispy and the meat and overall sandwiches were not dry or terrible and we liked them. It was a bit greasy though on the bun so it's probably the entire situation for everyone's order, idk...
They did have a line of cars with us in it so the location, hours and unique iconic quality of it must be part of the distinctive areas burger culture. My more local burger chain culture is different too and that's exactly why some burger joints seem to be working.
Wendy's is interestingly good and possibly your relief for that late night bite idea, "hangry's" or 1st time social media discovery or burger cravings, or whatever you need to fill in that drive through gap in this area! js...

Late-night grub run. Ordered a spicy chicken with a couple changes: I requested a sour cream and chive baked potato instead of the fries. However I received a baked potato with chives. No sour cream. I was expecting this place to be not pleasant because it wasn't in exactly the best location but I was surprised. The crew worked together flawlessly, my food was fast and hot and the order was correct. The people that were working rock!!!

This place gets zero stars in my book. The lady's restroom was absolutely disgusting!! No toilet paper in one of the stalls, urine on the toilet seat of the other stall, the same toilet was clogged, trash bin full, nasty smell...
Lots of people working behind the counter yet they weren't very busy and dining area was dirty 🙄
I will not return to this place ever.

Very heavy smell of weed at the counter when we walked up. I don’t have an issue with smoking, but if it’s that heavy then makes me question the cleanliness of hands, clothes, etc on someone when prepping food I’m gonna eat. We left.

I haven't been to Wendy's in awhile and in fact, the last few times I was there was for a salad and I think occasionally went to the drive through for a frosty. So it'd been a while since I tried any type of sandwich. I tried their new--well actually, I don't know if it's new, but it was a chicken sandwich. It was the # 4 on the and it's really, really good! I fell in love with their fries and that pineapple mango lemonade is just absolutely deliciously addicting.

Always great fast food - Asking nicely for extras or something you're wanting goes a long way.
Remember most employees would rather not be working at Wendy's. Not a bad place but it's a fast food restaurant. Be extra nice

Food was good overall. All of the floors were tacky from the bathroom to the main floor (gross). The soda machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks (nasty). If it wasn't for the remodeling they did I'd say it was a dump.
