Ordered bacon double stack biggie bag only onion. Got a jr bacon with lettuce and tomato and onion. Took it to the counter let her know it wasnt a double stack, argued with me that I ordered a jr bacon, which I never have and never do anytime I come to a wendys. Confirmed I only wanted onion on it and replaced. Got back to table and it had lettuce, pickle, tomato and ketchup. Took it all off. Wasnt gonna go battle her again. Not a good listener and had an attitude. Wont be coming back to this wendys.

Decided to go in and order to use the bathroom instead of doing drive thru and a lady let us back in saying “as soon as we walk out there’s customers” complaining already as we walked in. She then asked another employee to take our order and the lady looked at us , rolled her eyes and lifted up her eye brows. we just said our order and took our cups. Don’t be complaining about taking customers order when that is quite literally your job. You working at Wendy’s got nothing to do with me, decide better life choices and maybe working at wendy’s wasn’t something you had to deal with. They were two older ladies and one was definitely a manager or a shift lead. We didn’t even get our full order.

This Wendy's was different from what I remember. The lady at the counter was a salty old grandmother type person. Not really too nice but definitely in charge. The burger was served so quickly I'm thinking it was made ahead of time. It came very sloppily with lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, mayo and ketchup. Fries on the other hand were perfectly done and had skin left one which I really enjoyed.

Went through the drive through and we received our food and then our drinks. We had Coke to drink but it was really light so we tried it before we left and it was terrible. Before I could say anything Ray said they looked at everything and the soda is working fine. I said did you run it after adding the syrup he said "It's fine" it wasn't.
Then we looked at our food and the fries were over done. The cheeseburgers were cold and the nuggets too.
So we went in and returned the food. No I am sorry. No is there anything better we can do.
He was nice and so that's why I gave the two stars and the store was clean
Food is terrible
The one in Sun Prairie is excellent, fresh and people are friendly. So if you need the Wendy's fix I would go to that location

Tasha took my order, I simply ordered my food, no problem, when I got to the window, she was being lippy about me using apple pay, said “shoulda said you were using apple pay” then continued to be snarky when I was confused why my apple pay wasn’t going immediately n how I was trying to adjust my phone to get it to work, I asked for barbecue sauce that was not given after I very directly asked for it and she told me “you can have a little” like bruh why y’all holding back on the sauce Tasha, give me my gosh dang sauce, i’m beyond furious how stupid and avoidable this was

Bathrooms were nice and clean!! The came out fresh only a small wait. The lobby was really clean too!! The floor was a little sticky in the lobby. But other than that everything was nice and clean. I ordered the $5 biggie bag. Bacon Jr cheeseburger, nuggets, fries and a drink. I'm glad I stopped and checked my food. No bacon on the Jr bacon cheeseburger.. ok I go i and tell them there's no bacon on my burger. So they are going to remake it. Come back with another one. Now it's s special order burger no tomato or lettuce add ketchup. WTF. It's s regular jr bacon cheeseburger, is it that hard to make. Very disappointed with Wendy's tonight.

ALL of the staff that work the drive through are rude, if you don't like the job don't work there. It's unfair to push terrible service onto customers because you hate your job.
Came back 5 months later, and got yelled at by the manager and the woman behind the counter. I told them I ordered Frostys and they told me I didn't, and proceeded to hand me my food without a receipt. Only after having to argue with both of them did I receive the Frostys. This sucks and I'll never be back.

Came here today after college classes, decided to get three biggie bags, the cashier at the drive thru told me my total, I unlocked my credit card while he told me my total I get to the window he tells me my total I hand him my card which I have plenty of money on by the way with no restrictions! The guy had my card for at least a minute or two he kept swiping my card in the terminal for what reason I DONT KNOW! He then opens the window and ask me if my card is unlocked I said uh yeah! He said well it won’t go through on the computer I said that’s a lie because my bank told me that a transaction was made in the amount of 17.41 and in the amount of 7.06 dollars once I showed him proof he told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and that the charge wasn’t from the correct store which was a lie! Because by the charge it states the whole address. I was getting extremely frustrated because my kids were hungry! He tried to tell me to get out of the drive thru or he would call the police I simply told him I’d call the police for him because he charged my card 2 seperate times when he wasn’t suppose too i told him to just give me corporates number. Once I got out of the drive thru and called them the number wasn’t even a real number! I will never ever do business here at this location again!

Been a long time since I have been to Wendy's. This one wasn't the greatest experience. My go to used to be a double stack and fries. Did a double stack biggie box. The double stack was dry and light on condiments. They forgot sauce for the nuggets. It took a bit longer than expected for fast food (longer than Culvers) with only one customer in the store before us. The restaurant was mostly clean.

We ordered from them a month ago and received a raw chicken sandwich.
We've customer support and the "Distric manager" reached out to us not knowing what the problem was. We responded to their email with picture proof, and just been ghosted. No resolution has been made whatsoever. I manager to get ahold of another customer support worker through social media, and was told that they can't do much since this is owned by a franchise. The info that I've received is a broken link, and no number or any other info, and told that our case is going to be on the highest priority.
Still no word from the franchise owner, district manager, no refunds, and it's absolutely frustrating.
So be warned, they're okay selling you or your children raw chicken and absolutely won't get a refund

Just don't come to this location. A few months back I came in and that dry voice came over the speaker asking if I would be using an app. I replied "no." Now any other restaurant...even Wendy's on Pflaum will ask, "how many I help you?" Not this ignorant woman she says with attitude "you know you can just start ordering right?" In which I replied and you know when you speak to paying customers over this speaker you can talk with respect and ask how you may help us, right?" Like really. It was that black woman with the braids who did that. I had not been back since until today. The bacon on my sandwich was RAW. I called to inform them because I waited in line for 10 minutes for them to cook an egg that I told them I didn't want on my sandwich. The manager was so uninterested and straight up said, "I mean, I don't know what you want me to do. I mean you can come in and tell them I'm said to give you another meal the next time you're here for breakfast. I will NEVER go back to this location. Not in this lifetime or the next. Spend your money elsewhere. As bunch of unhappy employees there...except the black men that I have seen working in this store.

🛑 Ordered in drive thru. No sauce in bag so I elected to go inside and grab it. BIG MISTAKE. No smiles when greeting me at the counter, the old lady looks like she rather be at home instead of working. I asked for BBQ and she looks at me crazy and said did I order anything. I said yes, I was in the drive thru and didn't get it with my order (on my receipt). She gave me 2 , I was hoping for 4. She gave me the evil eye and said what all did you order. She then turned to her manager and said I gave this girl 2 BBQs but she wants 4 more. Which is inaccurate, so apparently this worker is a liar as well. If I want BBQ for my frosty what does it matter to you!!! She also must not have realized I was on the phone with my husband so he heard the whole conversation and when he said something over the phone to her since he was on speakerphone she got quiet cuz she knew she was caught. Bad place, Burger meat tasted very old it did not have a fresh taste to it like it should have. I gave the rest of my burger to my cat and he would not eat it and usually he loves burger meat. Animal won't eat it, that is saying something *****ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK*****

As I was walking in the person working the drive through was yelling at me from her car that I should have known I needed to come in continuing lecturing me. Okay, this Wendy's kept me away from ALL Wendy's for 10 years for a variety of bad reasons. I went to the one on the west side a few months ago and it was okay. So when the March Madness deal for singles for $1 and doubles for $2 was advertised, I figured we would give it a shot. Big mistake.
So first, their app is awful. Tried setting it up before going but no go. Figured I would go inside to get help. Well even though the app said dining room, pick-up, and drive-thru were open, they were doing construction in the dining room and only the drive-thru was open. They did have the scan code on the window of the store, but it only said the $1 single deal. We wanted doubles and were going to get 2 each (4 total).
When I went to check-out on the app, it registered I ordered one double and it gave me the discount. When I added 3 more, it was showing full price for the other 3. $7.29 each, not nearly a good price point for that item. Nowhere did I see there was a limit of one. That was it. We left and won't be back. Zero stars if I could.

I give the atmosphere a 5/5 because it was late so it was just me, im not sure if that's normally the case. The staff was also really friendly and I was able to enjoy my food undisturbed. It was great!

It was very busy and our order was prepared as expected. The star ratings reflect my expectations of a Wendy's compared to other Wendy's. If you like Wendy's then you will like this Wendy's

We did drive thru, waited forever. When we finally got to the window we had to wait even longer because 2 of the employees were yelling at each other. We got our food and right away noticed a drink was missing, she had to go back through the order to make sure it was there and then yelled to someone to make it. We then notice that a hamburger was missing from order as well and tried to get their attention but they were still arguing with other employee, when she finally brought drink to window we told her about the burger and she grabbed attitude with us. We now have cars honking in behind us and no where to pull over. It took forever to go through the drive thru. What an experience! I will not be back. Place is very run down. I hope corporate gets this!

Thursday morning 9:15 am.
Both doors locked.
Someone eating a breakfast sandwich tells me to use the drive thru.
A voice says to order, so I order. No answer.
I speak louder. No answer.
I drive to the window, lights are on inside, but no response.
I drive around again and repeat that process.
This time I lean on my horn until the window opens.
Some lady says "sorry, no manger, wait a little"
We're traveling the US and have been eating at Wendy's every other morning.
Never again!

I'm charging my car at the Tesla station. Wendy's is open but only a drive-thru. Will not let me order unless I have a vehicle. One star for poor service

Dirty eating area, tons of mold in the bathrooms. Employees yelling about toilet paper and paper towels at the people in the lobby. Spiderwebs all over lobby. Would not visit again.
