This is the second time I’ve had an order wrong. The first time, I let slide since it was just a frosty mix-up. But the same person has taken my order and made it wrong twice. I just came home to find out that I received two COLD medium fries and a frosty for $11.85 instead of the baconator meal I ordered. Being part of the service industry myself, I try to be understanding, but this is ridiculous. This cashier also does not repeat orders back, which would save them from situations like this. It would’ve also saved me from paying $12 for a cold meal I didn’t even order. Also, why in the hell is anyone being charged over $8 for two medium fries?

Unfortunately, I've had too many negative experiences with this Wendy's to give it a good review. Almost every single time I have gone to this location, something major would be missing from our order.
One time, my friend only got their fries and drink, not their chicken nuggets at all. This most recent time, we ordered burgers with adjusted toppings through the app. We got the burgers and it was obvious they didn't read the changes at all, they just threw in the basic versions with everything on them.
We ended up going back that time to get it fixed and they messed it up again! I got a double bacon burger and when I got my "fixed" burger, it was a single with no bacon.

The food is always hot and tasty. But Dave the manager seems like he doesn't want to be there. He gets all snooty, when you put in a big orderI, 1 day I just drove away, , because of his attitude. I hope he doesn't treat the employees like he treats the customers. I usually go through the drive thru, but I went in 1 day and the place was dirty. Floors greasy and tables sticky. It wasn't like they just handled a rush hour, and didn't have time to clean. I really like Wendy's, but I don't like the way I feel after being served by Dave. This is the Wendy's on the corner of Phlaum and Hwy 51, on the east side of Madison.

Place is run down and dirty. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through and didn't even get to the order screen before leaving. So probably would have been a 45 min wait for food. Nothing at Wendy's is worth a 45 min wait.

The bathroom was disgusting and an employee was just sitting on their phone. Stood inside waiting to have my order taken and no one acknowledged me for at least 7 mins. The drive through guy that finally did acknowledge me said “what do you want” and then was also very rude to the person behind me. The boards were set to lunch menu and all the soda had not been filled. I asked for a Dr Pepper strawberry to the guy at the drive through and again he was very rude. I would be more understanding if the place was busy but there was only one person behind me inside and one car in the drive though. Would give no stars if I could

I come to this Wendy's location when I’m in the area. There is a new fish sandwich on the menu that people have been raving about. Since it is a new item you would think they would make these fresh and NOT give you one that is a couple of hours old. I have worked in restaurant management and the sandwich and fries I received were unacceptable. Fries were old and cold, the fish was rubbery and hard. I would very much like a refund or a new meal. I threw the meal out and drank my soda. I was not about to waste gas driving all the way back over there to get a new meal. Is this store under new management? The food at this location never taste like this. They simply did not care what they served me today and as a paying customer I expect better.

I ordered at the drive-thru and I must say whoever was working yesterday last night was extremely RUDE. I got 2 biggie bags and I asked her if they had apple juice because the food was for my kids she said no I asked her what type of juice did they have she paused for a few seconds and said hi-c. I also wanted a baked potato with cheese and bacon and she said they were out of baked potatoes then I questioned her and asked her are you sure you guys are out of baked potatoes? Then she asked the person in the back if they were out and they were in fact not out of baked potatoes I think she just wanted to say that to get me out of the line overall the woman was rude and nasty! I would give my experience 0 stars if I could.

I did an app order thinking there was no way they could mess up an order that I specifically type in and they just have to read but lo and behold. They forgot three items and when I had to travel 25 minutes back to receive these items that I paid for I was not Treated with kindness, and when I asked what could be done about my time, wasted due to their mistake, the manager lied to me and told me my items have been upsized when they in fact had not been and said there was nothing she could do for my waste of time although it was their mistake. Go to this location if you want your order to be guaranteed wrong because I have never receive a correct order and I will not be returning

Tonight the speaker isn’t working in the drive thru and the staff are not doing anything about it. They wrote a sign on brown paper in a black pen. The line was in the street and not one of the 3 staff grouped by the window thought to go wave customers forward to the window or even use a permanent marker or use the computer. I mentioned to the older woman at the window and she just stared at me like I was glass. I drove to this location to avoid this specific staff member and she just happened to be at this location during a time they needed a good customer service representative. I didn’t even get my beverage because she gave me toxic energy like she would spit in it because I requested my receipt. Which if I go by the “Host” her name is Todd but I’m pretty sure that’s not her name. I’m definitely not letting this go because it was older people and kids in cars just waiting.

In the morning there’s a group of OLDER and RUDE people. If you’re going for breakfast I highly recommend you don’t go to this location. The service was so rude and horrible I was highly confused. Then I asked for a Sausage biscuit! And was given simply a SAUSAGE BISCUIT. It was insane.

I stopped by on my way home and ordered a salad. The description is kind of small to read it. I dont eat meat anymore and didnt see it has chicken on it. Wasnt greeted at the first window. I let them know when i received it i dont eat meat. He had a different salad made. I seen theres blue cheese on it,i dont like blue cheese,nor can i do moldy cheese.But didnt want them to remake again so i just took it home. I paid 9 bucks for lettuce and cranberries and a few apple pieces cut up. What a waste of money

Disappointing experience.
The good: the manager took our order, he was swift and professional. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty, on par with what you expect from Wendy's.
The bad: the fountain machines were out of most drink options and there was no ice. No one told us about this when we ordered, nor offered to fill our cups from behind the counter with ice or drinks. This was disappointing. Our chicken sandwiches were on the drier side, but still tasted good, just texturally not right.
The ugly: the ice machines for both fountains were broken and leaking water into the restaurant, causing large puddles of standing water in the condiment area, my shoes got soaked. There were wet floor signs, but not enough. The floors were simultaneously sticky and greasy, the unoccupied tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. The store was clearly understaffed during this lunch rush so everyone was focussed on assembling meals. There was no one left to mop or wipe tables. It felt disgusting. Piles of trash bags were in the back of the kitchen area and the condiments area was overflowing with trash. Some of the furniture was broken.
All told: good, fast and fresh food, hard working and swift staff but poor sanitation and maintenance ruined the experience overall.

I go here from time to time as I work close by. Only once did they screw up my order and when I took it back and politely asked them to make me the right order they did right away, apologized and gave me a coupon. I've dealt with multiple different employees and every one has been respectful. The only thing I don't like (and it has nothing to do with the employees) is the taco salad. It's not really a taco salad as it's more of a bag of chips to dip in a cup of chili while snacking on a salad.

Probably one of the RUDEST stores ever! The large white lady and the male with glasses and bald at the top.. they are rude and raise their voice. I was sitting at the window waiting on my food and the large white lady had long nails and was making faces when she took an order. While I was in line the phone rang two times and she was rolling her neck, rolling her eyes and making faces while talking to the person in the phone. Each time. My boyfriend asked the woman at the window who claimed to be the manager to scan his app for a reward and when it wasn’t working she very rudely said that she cannot do anything about it and slammed the window in our faces. We then ordered a mobile order to get the reward and went back through the drive through where she did not say a word to us and practically threw the bag of food in our faces. When my boyfriend asked for her name to complain she wouldn’t give it to him and once again slammed the window in our faces. So disappointing that people these days think that it is okay to take their own frustrations and disappointments about their own life on others. It’s not our fault she is 30 something years old and working at Wendy’s…
