I came here twice this week, 9/30/25 and 10/2/25 and ordered the same thing. Bacon double stack biggie bag and the new chicken tenders. The workers were great, making the food fresh and getting it out as they could. But both times my burger did not have bacon on it. Kinda a disappointment, considering bacon is like $1.50 extra compared to the sandwich I got both times.

You're in a fast food restaurant, so you take it in stride , how good the experience is. The food was good, but I am giving extra kudos to Wendy's because of the gentleman at the front counter. He was very nice and helpful. He gave us information on how long it would take our order to be up. He gave us 2 free small drinks because we were seniors. I am not sure if it was just that day, or if it is an everyday offer. No person ever told me that at a Wendy's before. It was nice. I'm giving extra kudos for the fact that the restaurant was clean. I have been in some pretty messy fast food places. I appreciate clean. All in all it was a very nice visit.

Nicky was so helpful. I spilled my Kwik trip coffee this morning in the van in the highway but she convinced me to try their caramel cold brew which was delicious and mended my mucked up morning with her and the other employee Damiens funny banter about wether it's Carmel or caramel lol either way it was yummy and they brightened my morning with their light humor and great service I will come here more often in the mornings now! I ordered one breakfast sandwich and the man that took my order was audibly annoyed that I was there five minutes after they opened. I must have repeated my order three or so times before he understood that I wanted one sandwich with extra sauce. He did not want to take my rewards because he said it’s only $1.06 and the reward I was using was for a free sandwich so I insisted he take it and he was cussing under his breath about that, then he didn’t give me my change and looked at me like I was stupid when I told him he still owes me money so he had to reopen the register and give me my change, then he made me pull up and wait for my food and was visibly annoyed that he had to bring it out to me.

Alright, so I got there around 7:30, and the line was super slow. I waited like, five minutes just for the person in front of me to order. I figured they were probably short on people. But then, after he orders, I had to wait another three minutes before they even asked me what I wanted!

Finally, I get to the window, pay, and then it's another 3-5 minute wait for my food. I only ordered the Takis Fuego Meal and a Son of a Baconator, so it's not a huge deal. I check the bag, and guess what? No burger! They gave it to someone else! So, I had to pull forward and wait AGAIN for my sandwich. When they finally bring it out, the guy doesn't even say sorry, no coupons, no discount, nothing!

I didn't get home until 8:00! That's like a half-hour just for a meal and a burger. By the time I get there, my Takis fries are all soggy, and they barely put any of the powder on them. Seriously, the best part of the whole meal was the Dr. Pepper and the bag of Takis. 🤦‍♀️

So I walked into Wendy's, fully expecting to grab a quick meal and leave. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a culinary journey that would rival fine dining—if fine dining involved Frostys and nuggets you eat in your car while parked at the far end of the lot like a food goblin.

First off, the cashier greeted me with the enthusiasm of someone who just found out they’re getting off work early. I ordered a Baconator because I believe in living life on the edge (and by "edge" I mean dangerously close to a nap afterward). This burger wasn’t just a meal; it was a meat lover’s fever dream wrapped in a bun and smothered in enough bacon to make a pig file a complaint.

The fries? Oh, those glorious golden strips of salty joy. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—like a tiny potato pillow that tastes like happiness. I dipped them in a Frosty because I’m an adult and I do what I want. Sweet and salty, hot and cold—it’s like my taste buds went on a rollercoaster and didn’t want to get off.

And let’s talk about the Frosty itself. Is it a drink? Is it ice cream? Nobody knows, and frankly, I don’t care. All I know is I’d dive into a pool of it given the chance. Chocolatey, creamy, and the reason I smiled like a lunatic on the drive home.

Wendy’s, you sassy red-headed burger sorceress, you’ve done it again. 10/10 would recommend. 15/10 if you get a side of nuggets and talk to them like tiny meaty friends (not that I did that... okay, maybe I did)

I've been food poisoned 3 times coming here. The burgers are competently cooked, but end up having a bland.... "weird" taste you learn to recognize when they wreak havoc on your guts. Someone is definitely violating some food safety protocols, unless something changed in the past couple of months.

Haven't been poisoned by the chicken yet, so that's cool. It'd be almost impressive to be food poisoned by deep fried chicken though. Chicken was actually kinda good, and I'd get it again if the rotten beef didn't seriously scare me.

If you have an iron stomach, and don't mind the employees hating their jobs, or you prefer the chicken here, go ahead and order here. If you want a burger, and can't handle rotten beef, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

An employee by the name of prophet i believe was his name was asleep at a table a few other employees tried to wake him and couldn't I also overheard someone say that he was stumbling beforehand. Waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. After about 15 minutes of waiting I asked one worker (Dustin) if my order got lost. He just told me he was working on DoorDash, then started muttering and swearing under his breath. Turns out my order WAS actually lost, but he didn't care enough to look in to it the first time I asked. It wasn't until I got upset that somebody finally made my order.

My 30 minute wait gave me plenty of time to watch the staff argue and yell at each other about who's working harder, and who puts in more hours. It was mildly entertaining, but I have better ways to spend my time. It seemed to me like there was no manager or leader among them, or or they most certainly would have AT LEAST put a stop to the arguing and swearing.

There's better places to spend you're money.

The staff screwed up the whole order. Really, it was one guy.
My wife calmly tried to explain the mixup and the employee walked off. Then, as we exited a woman from the back started screaming"Ma'am, Ma'am". We just walked out and chalked this up to them having business as usual. We were polite and just didn't want to eat the food they gave us. We were cussed on the wqay out.

Went through the drive through at about 8:50am. Only one car in the entire lot so I wasn't sure if they were open. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches off the 2/$3 menu. When I got to the window I was told it was $5 something. I told the woman I thought it was 2/$3? She changed the total to $3.50. I got on the freeway, about a 1 min drive from this location and the sandwiches were cold. Completely cold. The egg and cheese English muffin was rubbery, the cheese not melted, the muffin not toasted and fell apart when it was bit into. The sausage biscuit was the same. I do not recommend this place for breakfast. I was too far along on the freeway to turn around and take it back.

Also, I ordered a diet coke that had way too little coke syrup in it so it tasted like club soda instead of diet coke.

The worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, a woman yelled at me when I arrived to pick up an order I placed online: she started yelling at me because I had not stopped where the drive truh speaker is (the problem was that in the application there is the option to pick up inside the restaurant but the door was closed so it was confusing for me and I approached to ask why it was closed the door and she I took it very badly, I had to ask her to stop screaming like a hysterical) if you have the door closed due to short ostaff, close the pick-up option inside the building and send your staff to control therapy of anger

Go here!! Surprised by the GREAT service!! So often in a fast food drive thru I encounter employees that don't seem like they like their job, the customers, & sometimes not even each other. Not the case here. This location was full of adults that are so nice! I could go on & on about that! I always love Wendy's chili. The wings, burger, & fries that I picked up were hot & fresh. The new "Biggie Bag" specials have great options. I'll definitely pick up lunch here again.

Now if you have time my wife and I were very disappointed. I noticed the sign for $1 drinks and thought that's a good deal, I miss when McDonalds had that. But like McDonald around that campaign the coke just didn't taste like coke.

What we ordered and what we received didn't match, got a burger when a chicken was ordered. We haven't had a bad experience there till tonight. The chicken wraps were cold, the burgers didn't match the order, and the fries were underdone according to my wife.

I was joking with my wife on the way to Manitowoc since she didn't care where we go I was going to take her to the worst drive through in town. I was thinking taco bell because the last time we went there we had to go in because the drive through was broke. That was a joke. Apparently the worst drive through in town has a challenger

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 ghost pepper chicken sandwiches one the meal, one just the sandwich with fries.

We finally get our food and pull in the lot to eat it and realize they gave us one ghost pepper and one regular spicy chicken sandwhich.

We pull back around thinking they would fix it since they rang in the wrong sandwich, we asked for 2 GHOST PEPPER CHICKEN sandwiches.

They wanted us to pay $7 for them to fix their mistake. I said we would pay (thinking it would be the price difference) but what a joke, learn to take an order and own up and fix your mistake. Not paying your establishment more to do what you should have done in the first place. LISTEN when you’re taking orders.

Slight disappointment when your half way home to finally take a drink of your Pumpkin Spice Frosty to find out it's just chocolate. The main reason for choosing to grab something to eat there was the pumpkin frosty. The person at the drive-thru sounded like he was having a rough day and was a bit crabby. Although, understandable at times when there are so many rude customers and sometimes things get crazy busy. Otherwise, generally, it's your typical fast food experience.

The inside looks really nice. (Did some recent remodeling?)The staff were patient and helpful, and the food was great. Lady working drive thru was wearing a pink leopard print shirt hanging off her shoulder with bra showing. I ate my fries and part of chili then saw my baked potato. I think it was baked a week ago. After seeing the potato my stomach turned and I was unable to eat anymore. 25.oo $ later I thought about calling and complaining, but honestly I am so frustrated and disgusted i could only assume my call would be counter productive. Everytime I have been here I've been disappointed. Where I used to live, Wendy's was my favorite fast food place. When I go to this location I get medium fries when I order large meals and usually they're lukewarm. The rare cases my sandwich is made fresh it looks like it exploded in the foil but usually you can tell it's an old sandwich by the wilted lettuce and mayo/ketchup soup mixture leaking out. I was recently in Michigan where I ran into a Wendy's that knew what it was doing and it reminded me of how much I wished we had a half-decent one in town.

People will gladly wait 20 minutes in Culver's drive-thru to avoid this place

Honestly not even worth a star. One manager almost got an employee in trouble and I corrected him and told the lady manager what actually happened and the employee thanked Me because she didn't wanna get in trouble for something a manager told her to-do.
