My husband and I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years because of prior bad experiences but I was craving a chocolate frosty so we decided to give it another chance. Went through drive through, fast service, food was hot and fresh, fries and spicy chicken sandwich were great. Baconator was just ok. Frosty was of course delicious. Prices weren’t bad and drinks are HUGE.

This place has a bunch of health hazards and needs to be reviewed. The service is rather rude, but I mean when you make what they're making dealing with what they're doing, it all makes sense. Hard to care about your work environment and service when the corporation undervalues you.

I have never seen any food branch that has worse customer service and communication than this place. The employees make you feel like you did a mistake coming here. Let us not get started with the restrooms, they are horrible. Please go somewhere else than here. Whoever manages this place should train their employees on how to behave with customers.

That employee named Fran makes it so easy to make Wendy's our to go.
There are a few really phenomenal such as Sarah the boss.
Hannah whom makes he entire crew work efficiently which is night & day compared to the other shifts.
And there is Fran whom is really amazing. We don't know her but we look forward to seeing her 4/5 times a week..it was a spur of the moment we went to Wendy's and now it feels like family and Fran knows our names as we pass through.
Please don't over look or lose site of true assets in her.

Last night my husband and I didn't want to make dinner so I told him to pick up Wendy's. We had ordered 2-20 saucy nuggs one of Ghost pepper and the other Honey BBQ. We also ordered 2 kids meals. I was disappointed when my husband came home when he told me Wendy's messed up our order. On the receipt it says 20 spicy ghost nugg x2 and 20 honey BBQ x2 and 2 kids meals came to $57.54. We were missing our other 20 of each saucy nuggs. I called Wendy's as soon as my husband addressed the issue to me and I was immediately sent to voicemail. Like how could you not want to answer a customers issue.

Dude taking our order was cooked out of his mind. 100% should not be operating a kitchen. Im not expecting happy cheerfulness from a low payed worker in menomonie Wisconsin, but mannnnnn this is bad. No words, silence, dude just looked confused and not alive. Seeing other reviews this seems like a common thing recently. Food was absolutely not worth the price. Forgot to ask us parts our order (like drink and dips). We asked for ketchup at the window and he either didn’t hear us or ignored us. This was a rough experience all around, would avoid at all costs! (At least during the PM shift)

Boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru at 11 pm. The guy seemed high out of his mind, after we ordered there was silence on the other end for a solid minute, my boyfriend went “uhh, hello?” and then the guy answered and told us to pull ahead. Took a while to get the food made but that’s understandable since it was late. But he gave us the wrong thing, we didn’t realize until we got home. :(

I do not think customer service is any kind of priority at this location- at least from my experience tonight. We were the only customers in the restaurant and out of 5 staff members, one being a manager, we were never greeted with a smile, a “hi” or a “how may I help you?” A younger gentleman just simply took post at the register and stared at us. We were handed our receipt and again, no “thank you” or “have a great day” NOTHING. The 3 young ladies cooking looked like their dog just died and the manger looked like he’d rather garggle shards of glass than be at work. Food service can be hard but I believe a positive attitude can make a world of difference.

Normally, when I'm out and about, and I really feel like having a Cheesy cheddar burger from wendy's, I find the nearest Wendy's, and test out their service and food making abilities, by requesting the cheesy cheddar burger. The cheesy cheddar burger, was one of Wendy's original sandwiches, and many Wendy's locations, do not have it on their menus anymore. Most people that work there don't even know what a Cheesy cheddar burger is so I have to explain it every time. I did actually have to come inside the restaurant, and explain it to the staff, but they were very calm and collected while I was speaking to them, they were professional, they prepared it where I could see it, and they did an excellent job at making the cheesy cheddar burger, even though they had never done so. I would like to give a kudos to this Wendy's location, job well done folks!

It's been probably 10+ years since we've gone through the drive thru and were greeted with a smile. Our order was correct, fresh, and delicious. I seldom eat here and everytime I do my order get messed up or they miss things. Tonight I ordered in the drive thru for my fiancé and I. I paid $18.01 for two fries, two medium frostys, and a 10 piece nugget. I didn't get one of my fries, I didn't get my sauce, my bag was basically thrown at me in the drive thru, the cashier didn't have a great attitude, and some of the fries in my bag were still literally frozen. I'm officially done giving this place any more tries.

Probably the most unorganized run Wendy's I've been to. Cashier screwed up 3 orders in front of us, handed them to different customers. Please don't blame the crew. The current GM Sarah Warwick is Soo bad at her job she was already demoted once.. She does not train her managers correctly so they barely know what the proper way to do things. In turn they try to train crew and try hard to make sure the place runs smooth. She has had 16 and 17 year old minors working 40 hours a week with no breaks.. had one of them working as a manager without the pay or title. Had minors opening the store alone. The night crew well let's just say when you have a former manager who allows what he did and than the GM does not do anything about it you get our night staff.. I tried to stick it out just for that crew.. I tried to implement food hold times (watch out chicken sits in a holding drawer for well over the 30min hold time) I was one of the only managers who showed the crew appreciation and gave them encouragement. Sarah has yelled at disabled employees, thrown a spatula at one and she is proud to tell the story.. please don't blame the crew if anything maybe call the Haza food place and complain enough they finally fire her and give Hannah the store... She is the only other manager who cares...

Omg the wait for this place was awful! From waiting in line with 3 diff orders in front of me to my order took 27 mins. Then the cook time. Awful!
Staff were very friendly for being understaffed and overwhelmed. Apparently a manager walked out not long before we arrived.
Shame on Wendy's for allowing this store to have such a horrible reputation with the community due to time management, management, and staffing issues plus the building needing much repairs and nothing being done about it. Such a shame.

Service was fast and friendly, but I didn't care for my food. I had the regular hamburgers, and the meat was practically non existant, and I could hardly taste it. The bun was weirdly dry and soft at the same time. It disintegrated as soon as it hit my mouth and stuck in my throat. I stopped there before heading out on a long drive, so it was fine, but I probably won't go back.

The kid taking the drive-thru orders talked over us when we ordered Dr Pepper with no ice, likely not hearing the "no-ice" part. Handed us a Dr Pepper with ice at the window. I handed it back asking for one without ice. He did take it back, but not before sighing, shaking his head, and telling us to order it like that in the first place, using an overtly snotty tone. My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief of his open rudeness. All of this over a simple miscommunication. Food wasn't great either.

Normally not a "fast food" guy but I enjoy going to Wendy's. Even though the place could tighten reins and do occasional wipe down if the tables but the food is great, staff are friendly and nice especially the woman who typically rings me up is awesome. She tries to remember people's names and does and yeah. Definitely recommend checking it out and if you catch her working that day just know you'll keep coming back for the "experience".

The first time I was here it was a great experience food was good and service was good. The last time I was there food wasn't hot and the employees that were working were using foul language and the one employee was cleaning the deep fryer while orders of frys were being cooked. I will say for them being open late like they are there it wasn't a great experience to go there I'm thinking it will be a long time before I go back there if I decide to go back there. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get the food I had ordered there that night.
