I arrived to pick up a customer’s DoorDash order and parked my car, trying the lobby, as the app instructed me. The first door that I attempted to open was unlocked, so I went in and waited at the counter. Since the lobby wasn’t supposed to be open, no one checked up front, which makes sense. It took me a while to get the attention of an employee, and when I finally did, he stared at me as if I had picked the lock. He then stated that he didn’t know how I was there because the door was locked. By this time, I was already past the time in which I was supposed to have grabbed the customer’s food. I asked if the employee would like me to go through the drive-through instead, to which he said he would.

Since the customer had placed the order long before, I pulled up behind the vehicle that was at the pick-up window. Since the driver Behind me, he just ordered, I had no reason to think that I was somehow forcing him or her to wait any longer.

But I got to the window, the staff told me that I had skipped in line and refused to give me the Customer’s order until I drove around the building and got in line again. This caused me, and more importantly, the customer, to have to wait another 20 minutes.

Just an unfortunate and disappointing experience.

Went to the drive throw on sliver spring road in Milwaukee Wisconsin on1-19-25 at 5:25 pm to get a 5 dollar biggie bag got a jr bacon burger and it was dried out fries ice cold and nuggets tasted like dirty grease please don’t eat there they don’t change there fryers like they supposed too

I had a very good experience with the night crew here. It was late and they were overworked and understaffed, but they didn't miss a beat. I came back the next day for a re-route on the loaded baked potatoes I missed out on the night before.
They came through clutch.

Normally, I love Wendy's, but not this one. The baconator was dry and seemed like it was under a warmer for a week. The fries 🍟 were the same story. The store was small and old, so I would assume business is slow 🐌 It's too bad, but I will not return even though it's close to my home ‼️

Maaaan I was really hoping for some Wendy’s got a car or two in drive and a kid and the Lobby was still closed at 9am that’s sad man we were hoping for a sit in the idea of lobby closing for sit in or so late in the afternoon or evening is a culture killer man now I had to find a new place to go with the kiddo cause online may say open but dosnt say drive only….the fact that no one could come out while I had my kiddo and tel me this and just let someone go through the struggle to find doors locked is a bad behavior motto spread in fast food chains like a hahah method kinda like showing up a min after closed even if u been waiting behind cars…haha….

Horrible location workers standing outside smoking weed and listening to disrespectful music in the lobby on 2nd. Shift. Don’t want to work. Lady with long braids was so sassy for no reason. I came for door dash they told me it was there and or somebody else came and got it. I accepted the door dash in the parking after coming for another order there’s no way nobody got it. This gets us dashers in trouble and makes our jobs harder !!! Unfair !!! Please fire the whole crew !! My rating go down because yall don’t want to work.

The manners of workers is as if they are being bothered. They attempt to deny valid coupons. When want food fresh the female staff react with issue. So workers don’t give safe food to eat, get an attitude when presented with valid coupon as if problem with how customer wants to spend their money, and has issue with customer wanting food fresh.

I’m convinced this location Workers do the things they do so that they don’t have a full line of customers Because then, if they did, they will have to actually do their job. Food is never fresh here, the attitudes you get you would think you know them personally. Do not go here and spend your money . Shut this location down . I had a HORRIBLE experience last night. A female was very rude at the drive through window. First she didn’t know how to take orders and payments of customers if front of me at the same time she kept interrupting me while ordering then forgot to give me my drink without ice even though she took my order and the receipt indicated no ice and she also made the drinks! I asked her nicely if she could give me the drink without ice. She slams the drive through window and yells “girl ain’t nobody got time for this!” She made me very very uncomfortable and made me loose my appetite. Not to mention my sandwich was missing pickles and barely had any lettuce. She provided an awful customer interaction experience and my food wasn’t all that fresh either. I am very upset about this and will not be returning. I hope a manager corrects this. I came around 11:30 last night and the female was African American with a short manly cut hair.

I had an T-Mobile Tuesday's offer that was uploaded through their app. The cashier could not get it to apply. Instead of giving me the offer which she could clearly see was a legitimate reward/offer she just said "sorry I can't apply it". Instead of calling the Manager and resolving this issue, she just turned me away. She was nice, but obviously doesn't understand customer service and how to resolve issues. I walked away not purchasing anything because I was turned away not being able to claim my offer.

I had an excellent experience at this Wendy’s location today. My kids and I were looking for a quick lunch option, and despite the initially long line, we decided to stay. To our surprise, this Wendy’s is exceptional when it comes to clearing lines quickly. The staff’s efficiency and dedication to serving customers promptly were truly remarkable. I went to Wendy's on 112th Silver Spring and the lobby was closed. I was doing grub hub. So I stayed in line when I finally got to box she told me I would have to come in.

So I went in the other side and 4 employees where dancing as if making a video. So drive thru only but they had 7 employees working.

I enjoy a frosty. Guest service needs to be practiced. You can hear the workers profound conversations and the guys are always pulling up their pants because they don't wear them right and handling food . Preparing food and probably are washing their uniforms daily. It's not just a job, it's a way to the path of life and learning you have to work for what you want and need. Do all that you do with pride. It feels better. 👍

Okay folks my wife been talking about I want a biggie bag ever since she been seeing that commercial TV so yesterday went to the Wendy's on silver spring and got both of us a biggie bag she got the double stack I got the deluxe chicken sandwich she said her Burger was good but the letters was old both our fries is dry the chicken nuggets was cold chicken sandwich was horrible chicken patty with rubbery the bacon wasn't cooked the bread was soggy it was terrible if you advertise some on TV for the American public cuz we pay our money to eat at your restaurant make sure our food look like you advertise you need to train your employees!!!!!!!!!

Don’t play with people food I ordered a chicken mozzarella sandwich they gave me the spicy hot one I mean it’s really hot.
