If you decide to go here... Go for the breakfast... I went here couple of times for breakfast and it's always good. The service is good too in the mornings, very polite and respectful. Now, during lunch hour it is a bit different. But I will keep all things positive and stick to breakfast.

Worst place on earth to eat at.
Me and my husband stopped in on Tuesday for our lunchbreak and when I tell you the staff is so unorganized it's unbelievable the store manager I believe her name is Angela that manage this store she is HORRIBLE they need to get rid of her asap! She NASTY and Sloppy around customers food and drinks its unbelievable. Who in they right mind as a owner of this place want that person manging your wendys store.
The wait was so long for our lunch we only have a 30 minute we spent the whole 30 waiting if you're on lunch and want a quick bite Mcdonalds might be a better option this place moves slow you'll waste your whole lunch break here just waiting alone.

I WOULD NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE! The team members are always mad for no reason when you walk in they can barely welcome the guest when they enter the building, The management team is BEYOND lazy! I MEAN LAZY!! They don't want to work just there for the quick cash. This Wendys location needs a whole new management team ASAP! The owner needs to come and walk through this place for once because its horrible. I WOULD NOT EAT HERE THEY ARE NASTY I MEAN IT!!
Bathrooms are always smelly when you enter them. The drive through wait time is always long just for simple stuff like a water you have to wait like 30+ minutes in the line SMH.
The old lady at the Entercom needs to go, she always act like she can't hear anything, you always have to repeat yourself over and over then at that you have to WAIT a long time.

Ordered my food through the app and paid for it. Went to go pick my food up and i was told They didn't serve what i ordered. They wouldn't refund my money and told me i had to call Wendy's through the app. I called and they were closed because it was a Sunday so I just had to deal with my money being gone for the day. When i finally did speak with someone they tried to offer me points instead of returning my money. That was April 27th and it is now May 22nd and I still haven't received anything from Wendy's. I would advise people not to use the app because if something goes wrong they are going to give you the biggest run around with nothing in return. I was told i would be contacted by someone and haven't been reached out to through phone call or email once. I even asked for an email so i could reach out to them and the guy I was on the phone with refused to give me information. He just continued to tell me i would be contacted so basically you cant talk to anyone who can do anything for you except try to rip you off by giving you points for money you spent on things that you didn't receive. I haven't been back to Wendy's since and wont be going back. I'd rather spend my money where I'm treated better.

Very Slow drive thru, ~17 minutes from starting order to departing.
Ordered two #1 combos with drinks. Got drinks quickly. But say and waited 7 minutes for the food to appear. Fries tasted like they had sat and were reheated (either that) or they have not changed/cleaned the fryer oil recently.

After seeing the Son of Baconator for $3.00 ad, I decided to give it a try. I am not a big Wendy's fan, but on the NW side of Milwaukee the pickings are slim and the service is not great anywhere. I ordered the sandwich and asked for the loaded bacon cheese fries, that was all I was going to get, but the girl taking my order asked if I would like to make that into a combo.
I knew that those fries were not part of a typical combo, so I said, whatever is cheaper. Surprised she came back and asked what I wanted to drink and I said Diet coke. She then said my total was over $12. I tried to get her back on the speaker but she didn't answer, so I pulled up. I looked at the cost individually for each of the things I ordered and it was $3.00 for the sandwich, $4.00 for the loaded fries, and the most expensive soda was $3.00. That should have been around $10.60, not over $12.00. When I got up the the window, I asked her why it was over $12.00? She didn't like me questioning her. I then gave her the cost of each of the items I ordered and said it should be around $10.60. She said you orderd the combo. I said shouldn't the combo be cheaper? I said to you on the speaker whatever is cheaper. She actually said to me "How am I suppose to know that? Ok, I guess I expect to much out of people, but I would never had said that to a customer and admitted how stupid I was. The manager came over and she said this lady is being very rude. I explained to the manager, what I had asked for and she corrected it immediately. I appreciated that she didn't try to justify her employees ignorance and just got me on my way, but I will not be going back there anytime soon. Moral to this story is Combos are not always a deal.

Usually this Wendy’s is hit or miss. I sometimes get my food promptly, sometimes not. However, this visit I had on 8/23 I received 9 pieces of saucy nuggets instead of the 10 I actually ordered. I would not usually complain about this sort of thing however the manager seemed very rude in the restaurant and when I got to work and realized I was missing a nugget, I called to complain it seems an employee answered. I told her I was missing a nugget from my meal. She alerted her manager and all I heard was the phone hanging up. 🤦🏽♀️ Very disappointed how rude and uncaring people can be when you’re spending you’re hard earned money to eat at the place their receiving their paychecks. Do better.

Had only chicken and fries then complained that they were actually closed even though it was still 5 minutes before close and I had been in the line for 15 minutes at least 5 of which were at the ordering speaker but she was not able to multi task and help the car at the window and take orders. When I said never-mind and drove away she yells out the window “have a nice life” I don’t expect much service from late night fast food but out right rudeness and incompetence is unfortunate.

They have their lobby closed during breakfast hours. I placed a mobile order for dine in and was forced to pick up my order through the drive thru and I have no car. I hear one employee telling the other one he's standing in the drive thru. The other employee responded and said, "That's a personal problem." Mind you I can't dine in and it's morning time. I had to walk home in the cold with my food after waiting 45 minutes for my order. I placed the order before I even got there. I get there and have to wait 45 minutes. Food got cold and I believe they gave me old cinnabon pull aparts. They were very hard. Can I tell corporate about this?

It's a hit and miss with this one. I visited this location, and we went in to pick up our order. Everything was good. I would not suggest door dashing this location. They always forget to put sauce in the bag for nuggets, and the burgers never ever look like they should. Also, they do not pay attention to your add on for your burgers.

We encourage people to boycott this Wendy's at 8331 West Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee as well as other Wendy's locations until they join the fair food program. Sub-poverty wages and mistreatment exist on farms where Wendy's gets their produce and the fair food program would make conditions better. We appreciate that the workers were very friendly and kind when we brought our concerns to them yesterday but we need that same kindness given to farm workers.

I was there this morning. The young lady with the pink braids in her hair is the rudest person alive every time I go in the morning she’s always rude and angry and mean she needs to find another job because Customer Service is not her thing you smile at her. Tell her thank you she doesn’t respond, she looks off doesn’t give eye contact. They reheat and will take things off of reheated (microwaved) food such as you say no onions they'll reheat it but take off the onions like you won't smell it. This location is the most disgusting, unorganized and unsanitary place I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO IN MY ENTIRE YEARS OF LIVING!!! the food quality is always terrible. Fries are 0/10 it’s like they mix the batches you’ll eat some very soft uncooked fries and also extremely hard fries that taste like they been warmed up a million times. It’s an older lady that at the drive thru who is disgusting and needs to be fired coughs right on my drink as she hands it to me ! I work nearby and sometimes stop over for lunch. I am almost always let down. The food is fine, but the service is super slow. Routinely taking 20 to 30 minutes in line. I mean short lines. Yesterday there was two cars in front of me. I was there 27 minutes to get a spicy chicken. It is usually faster for me to drive to County Line Rd Wendy's and drive back than to wait here. Food was fine, they appear short staffed. But this has been since I started working in the area in mid 2021!

I ordered a decaffeinated coffee. The creamers were spoiled. I was given a fresh cup of coffee but they did have fresh creamers. That's a shame. The Wendy's are lacking something. North Ave at 47th has rude cahiers. E.Capitol sandwiches 🥪 were over cooked. The only one with Good service and fresh food was South 108 at Greenfield. I Live in Milwaukee. If I want fresh food and service I must travel to Greenfield location. We must do better .

Food was average Wendy's standard. Too slow but food is good. Love their chili.
I ordered a pretzel burger. She asked if I wanted a double and I said 'no'. When I got to the window they billed me for a double! They argued with me and said that's what I ordered, but eventually they did fix it. Terrible service but the pretzel burger (my 1st one) was very good.
