I don't know what is happening at the drive thru? If it's a delivery service go inside. I watched a bag get passed back and forth more than a tennis serve at the window. This went on for five minutes. That probably was my order, that's when I lost it.
Otherwise the food isn't bad, hot, fresh. I left without my food.
I went back months later. Drive thru wait didn't get better. I want a JBC Biggie bag with the double burger. I didn't get the second burger of course I was charged for it. Not to mention the bread was stale.
I'm just going to Culver's, why pay for cold sides?

Saturday October 3rd at 9:30pm i was in the drive thru and a girl who looked like a clown with pounds of makeup was sooo rude and with a horrible attitude. She gave a wrong order and still has the audacity to have an attitude and roll her eyes and slam the window shut. Stop hiring this type of miserable people that make customers stop coming to your location, do better Wendy’s, polite and good customer service is ALWAYS IMPORTANT.

Everytime I go here at night they mess up my food no matter what one day missed half my items . Then go back to replace it and they gave me the wrong items and gave me a raw chicken sandwich and said I couldn’t get a refund or my food back again for raw food . Go back tonight and can’t count how much is in a 10 piece go another night get a raw burger . And I love Wendy’s but this is a shame fix your store pls

This place has achieved the dump award there’s no integrity in the product at all other than the one kinda of wanna be happy go lucky drive thru
Attendants who keep jokes ,but I honestly think
it’s a front because I have seen the little clues
that she can’t hide very well so after the morning
gusty distraction I’m ready to dig into my most important meal of the day , it was completely

saltless sandwich and wedged the cheese
sauce was so scarce I couldn’t tell it eas any
even on the number two , I tried to eat it but remembered I heard Gilda cough while out of
my view but piecing the order together then I
found it odd that once everything was bagged
up by her that she had to look deeply into the
bag for more than three seconds to confirm
it’s there a sandwich and wedges I don’t mind
no sauce this time but she the jelly looked like
it was dragged out of a tomb it was old & wrinkled likely from back in the day dropped
and swept under the counter by the janitor
30 years ago, This is it lots of places like this
have found their way on my personal Shhhht
list right now I don’t care who go here if you
happy I love it , but for those that truffling &
unworthy consumables we pay for raise not
only our blood pressure but our debt ceiling
is raising alongside it , when we throw the
garbage we can t eat away . Y’all that love
and support it more power to you , those like
myself I went back and still nobody was there
for breakfast like it used to be during these hours make me feel that I was actually the
last to know it’s gone, so this is for all the
people I missed today at Wendy’s and now
we know why , this stuff cost too much to
be handling like Freddy Kruger in a dream warrior nightmare.

Another fast food establishment that fails to recognize customer service. So frustrating to walk up to a cashier station and no one acknowledged me for quite awhile so I went to use the washroom. But what was very noticeable is that when I initially walked into the restaurant an employee saw me and said "Hi" and walked into his work area while I continued to stand there waiting for someone to ask for my order. No one did. Sadly this is a reflection of the owners and management style. In an age where there are people desperate for work I really don't understand why this location doesn't hire people who are grateful to work and happy to help consumers. This attitude goes a long way to establish customer return visits.

Sadly, even after the cashier asked for my name for the order, he left it on the counter and never bothered to call out my name.

It was another consumer who politely noticed I was waiting and noticed it sitting there asked me if it was my order.

To the person in charge of making the wraps, you should really make sure they aren't hard to the point of almost chipping my tooth, I have gotten this many times and it's not the first time but to be the 3rd time it's a little much, I hate to have anything bad to say. The reason I visit the drive-thru is the older gentleman that is always working so hard with a huge smile on his face, he knows how to conversate with customers but to be honest not sure if I want to trust another wrap to have to make a visit to my dentist, I don't want to hear they wear gloves because you can still feel the difference from soft and hard tortilla shells. Just saying. I also noticed something off with the vitamin water pink lemonade, you are the only place I get it from as the only place close that has it but today something is off with the flavor of it. Very disappointed in my visit through drive-thru today. Photo below shows the chunks I had to remove that were the hardest to bite but fighting through the rest as it was an almost $12 lunch for me.

Food hot and fresh and Lobby area very clean and kept... 5 star. Customer service is a very generous 1 star. The only person really working, sweeping, etc is the drive thru girl. I exclude her from the 1 star. The lady hovering over the fry area, and snacking on an occasional fry, has horrible customer service skills. We stood at the counter more than 5 minutes before she ambled over and we inconvenienced her with our order. Seems like a manager of sorts(?). The 2 young guys took 5 smoke breaks in the 20 minutes we were inside eating, as they blew smoke from their mouths opening the door returning in. To top those 2 off, NEITHER WASHED THEIR HANDS AT THE FRONT SINK BEHIND THE COUNTER ON THEIR RETURN! Neither did fry lady after fry snacking. Turns out the one guy was a visible sandwich maker. !! GROSS!! Didn't wear gloves either. I'm not a Germ-a-phob but touching door handles, and smoking or vaping then touching food for customers?? BIG NO! I was in around 330 on a Saturday and inside was dead quiet except for a transient. There was an older employee guy who came from the back. Don't know his role. This one always has hot and fresh food for us even in late night drive thru but the employees need some reprimand. I've been a store manager for 14 years and I would be LIVID seeing a review like this. Employees taking for granted quiet time, more interest in their phones and smoke habits. Snacking food from the fryer bin or God knows anywhere else is a HUGE no!! Overall hygiene practices need to be addressed!!

This location on Layton has the slowest most non understandable workers. I don't know how many times u have to repeat your order just for them to get it right. Website says they open at 6:30 I showed up 5/10 minutes after since I go to work near by, another car parked there got out just to tell they won’t be open any time soon. So reporting incorrect hours is just an inconvenience to anyone. Well when you order a family size nugget and chili, blueberry lemonade, a frosty and 2 baked potatoes one could expect it to be put in a bag and not handed each separately, receive a straw, some chili sauce, a few more than 4 sour creams, 4 crackers and 6 nugget sauces ( for 50 nuggets mind you) 10-23...2 items along with condiments I paid for were not in my order and a 20 minute wait even tho I ordered ahead!

Ordered online for pickup. Took 25 mins in the drive thru.. a little longer than expected, no biggie. But by the time I got my food it was cold. I literally only had chocolate chip cookies. My husband ordered from his phone and we picked up the order from the drive thru.
