Ordered online for drive thru, waited about 20 minutes in line to then be told I needed to go inside. Go inside and waited an additional 20 minutes. They tell me they don’t have my order blah blah blah, then all of a sudden they had it. I 100% understand being understaffed and all that but the guy in front didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and was all
Over the place. There were 8 orders lined up and he was telling people their orders weren’t there when they were bagged and ready to go. There’s no reason why customers are having to guide employees to the correct order. Finally got my order, saucy nuggs meal and some spicy nuggs. Open my saucy nuggs and there’s nothing saucy about them - had to use my own sauce to sauce it up.

Hier haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Kleines, schon älteres Lokal mit eigenen Parkplätzen. Der Service war unfreundlich und chaotisch. Erst kam das Essen nicht. Auf Nachfrage stellte sich heraus, dass es vergessen wurde. Dann fiel dem Mitarbeiter die Tüte auf den Boden. Essen wurde neu zubereitet, aber leider war kein Bacon auf dem Baconator. Die Umgebung des Lokals ist ungepflegt, nicht der beste Standort.

Easily the worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. I submitted an App order, waited 35 min in the drive thru line without moving a single car length. I attempted to cancel my order in the app, but I was unable to. The next morning I try to cancel again, only to find out the workers “made” my order, and charged my card, at 1:58am. 58 minutes after the restaurant closed.

I’ve been to this wendys at least 3 times and EVERY time they’ve gotten my order wrong.
This time today they weren’t accepting cards only cash, and they made me wait 15 minutes for my food. Not only that, they didn’t put extra lettuce on my sandwiches, they put NO lettuce after I damn near shouted EXTRA. The fries tasted like they were old, they were hard and cold. Don’t waste your time or money.

We ordered through door dash, so I want to prefice this review with that. My roommate and I ordered from this location this past weekend on Sunday. There was a deal on the app for a free baconator with $20 purchase. We ordered a Medium Dave's Single combo, a 10 piece nugget combo, a small orange dreamsicle frosty, and a medium chocolate frosty along with the free baconator. We received a baconator with NO bacon, just meat and mayo. The Dave's Single had no lettuce, no pickles, no cheese, no mustard which I asked to add, no tomato, and only had the meat, mayo, and onions. We didn't receive the orange frosty, the chocolate frosty was a small and not a medium. We didn't get the sauces for the nuggets. The fries were stale, the burgers were overcooked, falling apart dry. The only good aspect of the meals were the sodas we got, and the nuggets themselves were ok. It was honestly the worst fast food order I've ever eaten from a large fast food chain, let alone the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had in my life. I don't write reviews on Google hardly ever but I felt compelled to address the quality of what I received from this North Ave location. Whoever worked there at the time needs a serious evaluation check, because the work ethic and effort put into the food we ate that day was pitiful, and if the workers who prepared this food received what we got had they ordered it they would have been as pissed off as we were. If the workers read this review and get angry at me I'm not sorry, you should be angry and ashamed of yourselves for how bad the food you prepare and hand over to your customers is.

The people who work here are very nice. But we are concerned that Wendy's is still refusing to join the Fair Food Program, which is the only real way to guarantee that farm workers are paid a decent wage for their work. The food we eat should not be harvested by those who are suffering and who can't take care of their families. We are praying that Wendy's does the right thing and not only pays the workers at this location on 6th and North Avenue a fair wage, but also the farm workers who supply them their food. As a house for homeless families here in Milwaukee, we know that everyone deserves a living wage.

I might have stumbled upon the best shift crew ever assembled. I went through the drive thru and was very impressed by the entire staff. I could actually VERY CLEARLY hear the cashier through the speaker. He had a great speaking voice and was very pleasant. After I placed my order, I sat and watched the fry cook in the window bopping his head and jamming to his own beat. I knew right away that the food was going to be good. Needless to say, it was one of the best meals I've ever gotten from Wendy's! The burger was fresh and not sloppy, the fries were hot and crispy and the drink was cold and strong. Please keep these guys happy and safe, they seem to enjoy their job. Lol, don't forget, higher wages equal happier employees.

I do have to say this Wendy’s is seriously impressive. We pull up around 12:05 there’s about 4 cars in front of us. 12:15 no movement. 12:30 still, no movement. We begin to hear some intense honking and two workers come out. The guy ordering fell asleep in his car while ordering. Okay no biggie I understand, if you’re tired you’re tired right. Line moves up we’re waiting for another good 10 minutes before we get to the window to retrieve our amazing food. We get handed our iced tea, have a nice lil convo w the guy working, pay, and then wait. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. 10 more minutes go by. No one in sight. 5 minutes later one of the workers is spotted. We thought it was for our food. Wrong. He was getting a little refresher for himself. Completely understandable. Another 10 minutes go by, we finally get our food. Burger was nice and room temperature, and fries were nice and cold with no salt(just how I like it). I do have to say I was so impressed. I never knew it was possible to spend almost a whole hour in a fast food drive through. Thank you to the Wendy’s staff, the guy who fell asleep, and everyone else who made the experience possible. I will definitely be back when I have nothing to do for a few hours.
