Came inside to order because the drive thru always messes up. Ordered my meals and some saucy nuggets. Was told by the girl at the counter that they don't have the saucy nuggets.I looked right at the menu and then the sauce bottles full of the sauce used for the nuggets. I asked her again and she rolled her eyes and said they don't have those. Didn't want confrontation so I just said ok. The inside of the place was absolutely disgusting. The soda machine hasn't been cleaned in several days, I know because I work with that same machine at my job. It was also missing several flavor cartridges. Once I got my food I had about 10 fries in my container. Horrible all around. Seems like, looking at reviews, ownership could care less. They respond to zero complaints. What a joke of an establishment.

I was on the way to work. I'd passed by the place numerous times and finally decided to stop by for breakfast. There was plenty of parking. I ordered 3 biscuit sandwiches to take with me. The service was really slow, I mean "snail" slow. Ironically, the restaurant was almost empty. It was me and one other customer. That said, the place was clean and the food was great! If the staff had shown any real urgency in getting my food ready at this "fast food" restaurant, I would have easily provided 5 stars.

Honestly it's a hit or miss every time I go to Wendy's. Every time I go to Wendy's either the food is not fresh or the person serving my food is rude. If I get good customer service I get cold food if I get terrible customer service I get fresh food. If I get fresh food and good customer service my order will be wrong or incomplete. The breakfast on the other hand I will never order again. My opinion they should just stop selling breakfast food. And please stop selling the saucy nuggets... Soggy and disgusting.

Went because my kid wanted a specific toy from the halloween meal. We asked if they had it and they said yes. Staff was rude but I figured it was late and they’ve had a long day.

Then once we got our meals I realized they forgot our straws, gave the wrong dipping sauce in both meals, and gave us the wrong toy. Evidently they cannot do their jobs very well.

I ordered a breakfast burrito combo with a lemonade and an extra side of potatoes. Instead, they gave me a coke and forgot the extra side of potatoes.

I understand no one wants to work in Fast Food and these places are generally understaffed, overworked, with a weak talent pool to recruit. But this restaurant was fully staffed with employees everywhere and completely butchered the entire thing.

They consistently get orders wrong. It’s one thing to get my drink wrong, but to then not give me the food I paid for. I’m just so over spending my hard earned money everywhere when nobody cares about customers whatsoever.

Will not be returning, and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

You could drive right up the street to Corner Bakery Cafe for basically the same price, way better service, and a higher quality product.

This is a horrible Wendy’s. Probably the worst one I’ve ever been to.

The worst fast food service ever, I waited at the order box for over 10 minutes before someone even took my order, and then waited even longer to get my food. And even worse these employees are the creepiest fast food workers I’ve ever interacted with. As I looked back at the window as i was confirming my order was right, the worker winked at me and told me to call him???? So so so creepy. Running my appetite, rightfully so because the food is horrible quality. My lettuce was wilted to the point of being inedible, and chicken was almost all pink and chewy. Save your effort and just go to a different Wendy’s I haven’t been to the next nearest one but I’m so sure the service will be better than this creepy horrible place.

Stopped in the Wendy's on E Capitol Ave. I went inside and ordered 2 "plain" double stacks. I noticed the receipt did not indicate "plain." I handed the cashier the receipt back, and asked for plain burgers. After a 10 min. Wait, bith burgers had the works on them. First day of snow this year in Wisconsin and I drop by to grab some lunch. I've been to 12 states this year, and by far this is the best all around Wendy's experience I've received in many years. Not only was the positive vibe in the building great, but you can tell that the employees work well as a team, in good spirits and productivity. So refreshing to see and feel as of late. Someone in the kitchen back there was cooking with love because I know it's just Wendy's, but everything was amazing. Thank you so much to the staff and keep it up. I moved here in July and I come to this Wendy’s every single morning they are so fresh with their food. They’re so respectful kind, and the food comes out in a timely manner. I love coming here and there’s a lot of places in Milwaukee I don’t like to go, but this is one Wendy’s you can go to be respected get your food on time and get fresh food five stars or 1000 for sure and to the lady in the front with the dreads at the drive-through, you’re awesome. For as busy as this place can get, I'm floored how the buns are ALWAYS so stale.
Dry and stale. Never fails.

Ordered a $6 dollar Biggie Bag. Total was $6.36
Gave the cashier in the window my money, $6.45, and she's asks, what did you order again??

Repeat my 6 dollar Biggie Bag order. (Dbl Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. Sweet & Sour sauce for my 4pc with a Coke)
She's calls the manager over (who's on the phone herself already)
And they correct their wrong. (Probably gave someone else the wrong order?)
So, I wait a few minutes and get my food.

Soooo, I get my food & drink right, it's all accounted for. Cool.
Ask the lady for some salt for the fries and she seemed up set with me? Lol
Asks me,what did you say??
Ooook.. I ask again.
Received requested salt packets...

DO I DARE ASK FOR MY .09 CENTS...
Soooo, I just stared at her for about 9 seconds and before she was just about to speak again....(just knowing she's gonna say something slick), I smiled and pulled off. LOL
Get back to the jobsite open my Jr. Bacon (now a TRIPLE for whatever reason) Cheeseburger and smdh.... Dam near a crunchy stale bun. GO FIGURE!
I'd trade that free meat patty for a fresh bun any day!

Was there way before closing, and at the drive-through, and they announced that they are only doing delivery orders, no drive through, and wouldn't take my order. Why would they refuse service at the drive through if I have money in my hand to pay and go? Because they can charge more and get bigger tips from delivery service, and the owner probably doesn't even know they're doing this. I got food poisoning from this location on 12/22/2022!
Bought a number 2 (sausage, egg & cheese combo) at 7am. That was the only thing I’ve eaten since about 6pm the previous day and by 1pm I had terrible cramping, diarrhea and vomiting! Went to urgent care and it was indeed food poisoning. I couldn’t reach the store after calling about 20 times so I called the corporate office to report their tainted food in hopes no one else would buy it and get sick too! Shame on this location, I’ll be calling the health department next!!!
