This is usually a solid enough option but our most recent trip they were pretty slow. You’d hope the fries would be fresh in that case but they were very soggy and not crisp at all. Our sodas tasted flat and flavorless so the machine needed some maintenance. Sandwiches were good and staff was courteous but just hoping for a better overall experience.

This Wendy’s is the worst excuse for a Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They routinely take up to 20 minutes to complete orders in the mobile pickup spot. There is seemingly no management that cares, and every time I pull up, it’s one employee working who is smoking outside before getting to the drive thru with a prolonged wait. On top of that, my order is almost never right, and they actually add condiments I’m asking them not to add, which is more work than adding them. Buyer beware. Management is not serious here

TL:DR not-so-fast food with hit-or-miss on order accuracy and quality.

We regularly order dinner here because it is inexpensive and conveniently on the way home.

In the last several visits, we frequently have had to wait for 10+ minutes because they didn't have enough baked potatoes available. That aside, the drive through has been a bit on the slower side. Many times we are asked to wait in the parking lot because our food isn't ready (despite always ordering on the app).

Order accuracy & completeness are nearing abysmal levels. In the last 10 orders, none have been fully correct and complete. Usually it's missing the extras (sour cream, silverware, dipping sauces, etc ) or parts of the kids meals (drinks, wrong side items, even missing a toy once).

Food quality has also been declining lately. This last trip, for example, the tortilla of the chicken wrap was literally disintegrating in my hands and the baked potatoes felt a bit under baked.

So went to pick an order up, it was 7:20 pm they were operating through drive thru, I went inside cuz they were taking too long to get an update, I went to cashier and there’s this old women, she starting shuuing me with her hand gesture as if I’m some animal without even hearing me. I told her I’ll leave but then a women came barging outside from kitchen I think she told me her name was Kate I guess she is white and had specs, she started shouting GET OUT GET out as if I’m robbing the place. Anyway working in customer service should have some decency to speak properly with people. You prolly speak that way to your kids and family but this doesn’t work outside. I want Cooperate to look at CCTV that would explain everything.

I ordered my food from DoorDash and I got the crabby patty from SpongeBob collaboration I ordered a large meal half the container was only filled. The fries were hard and cold. The burger was missing everything besides cheese and meat. I called the restaurant to try to get this resolved and they did not pick up any of the six times that I dialed Whoever owns this location either doesn’t care about the quality Or just doesn’t know the quality of people they hire either way. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different Wendy’s..

Dave's Single: As a teenager there was a Wendy's just down the street from our house and one ramification was the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger became a staple in my diet (usually after sport practices). If I was especially hungry though, I would opt for what back then was called a "Classic Single" and is now the "Dave's Single" (man, maybe I'm getting old?). I was craving a burger and Wendy's had a promotion to get the sandwich for just $1, which is pretty crazy considering the price of everything these days. Unmodified, the sandwich contains a quarter pound of fresh beef, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion on a toasted bun. For a fast food cheeseburger I was impressed. To start with, the sandwich was heavier than I expected it to be and the meat to bun ratio was satisfactory (no "Big Mac Syndrome"). There were plenty of pickles and onions to add a satisfying crunch to it. What I especially loved is that there are not one, but two slices of deliciously melty American cheese. Lastly, the burger patty is a distinct square shape that clearly identifies it as a Wendy's burger. It helps that I had a side of nostalgia with this one, but with or without it, this burger is good enough to be Doughboy approved

We went there for lunch for the family, I was taking it home. There was no one in the restaurant before or after I ordered. I ordered 5 meals plus 1 extra fry. We went and grabbed our sodas from the machine and waited at the counter. The cashier walked over with 3 bags, I asked "is that everything", he said "yes", I peeked in and I looked ligit... well we got home and were missing 2 fries. I don't understand how we can be the only customers of his and he missed 2 fries. I was really disappointed because my kids love fries and I made sure we would have more than enough and then left missing two. I guess moral of the story, no matter how long it takes make sure EVERYTHING you order from here is in the bags. I'm quite disappointed because this was the first time I ordered Wendy's and now I'm not sure I will again. The food was good, fresh lol considering we were the first order for lunch!

We Like Wendy's food... but have found that most Wendy"s restaurants are NOT very clean inside so we just use the bathroom and leave. So we decided to try the Wendy's in New Berlin and found it to be VERY CLEAN and the people were very friendly !
