Touch and go drive thru as it is hit or miss depending on who's got the earpiece listening to your order. Clean inside for the most part. Be careful and review your inside counter purchases for accuracy as we almost missed some of our nuggets! The soda mixer is my fav to create the best combo-thanks Wendy's for keeping it!!

When asked if I wanted to upgrade to a large, I wish they would have said that you're paying for a large container but you're only getting a small. I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich and a large potato thins. My potatoes are ice cold. And I'm missing the other half of them. I've never had a problem with this Wendy's but today you guys are off. You can't take people's money and charge them for a large and give them a small inside a large package. It's wrong. You should be able to see this and see that this isn't right. It needs more potatoes. I also asked for extra honey on my sandwich and it's dry as a bone. So I waited for 10 extra minutes to be disappointed with my sandwich and my potatoes. I paid $10 for my meal 😡

We ordered food and everything was great until we sat down. I heard one of the employees saying that we needed to be kicked out that it was nasty to bring my dog inside. He is a service dog. So clearly the employees need to be more knowledgeable in this regard.

I go specifically to this Wendy's because the food is always Hot and fresh. NOT today. I can't remember the day. But it made me think I don't want to go back. I eat in the parking lot so my food doesn't get cold.

An employee named Tyler needs to work on his customer service. Very bad attitude right from the get go and it didn't get any better throughout the visit. To top it off, the order was wrong and when I went back to correct it, he still had an attitude and at no point apologized just snatched the receipt and the wrong sandwhich and came back with the correct one handing it to me sourly. Maybe he was having a bad day but that's no excuse to take it out on someone else.

I don't think the evening shift likes people or wants to work at this restaurant. I gave my order, I said "Thank you" to 2 different employees, and never got a response from either one. I received my food first while my drink sat in the window for about 3-4 minutes. I got about 3 miles away and realized my burger order was wrong. Fries were great.

The food was delicious 😋 especially the freshly made French fries, were very hot and perfectly fried. Veggies in my burger were nice and crispy fresh. A very clean dinning area and friendly staff. They have the Triple Berry Frosty 🍦 for only a limited time, it should be added to the permanent menu! It is delicious!

Very professional staff. People were very helpful when trying to figure out how to use the soda machine. Diet coke was out in dining room but staff was able to fill it for me in kitchen. Used mobile app but when you use mobile app for curbside and still had to ho inside to get my order. The lady (which I think was a manager) who prepared my order handed me my food and coffee. I went to pick up my coffee and noticed that it wasn't hot. I told the lady and she said it's because she just put the creamer in the coffee. I told her that shouldn't make the coffee that cold. I literally stuck my finger in the coffee. It was Not hot. If I wanted a cold coffee I would have ordered a cold coffee. Breakfast sausage in a English muffin was a little spicy which set my stomach on fire. I can't have spicy.

Our trip to our local Wendy's was less than stellar. A month ago everything was outstanding. HOT fries, order was accurate, workers were nice. But this evening could have had me at urgent care. When a customer asks for the Removal of something from a sandwich, it could be more than a taste preference. It could be health related... i.e. a food allergy! No Onions was requested and was also printed on the slip.... thank goodness I Always check before eating my food. This would not have ended well! And your fries were barely warm and turning chewy. Every time I come here I ask for a crispy chicken sandwich and a hamburger.
Thr crispy chicken is always super dry, like suck the water out of your mouth, dry.
Then the burgers always have cheese. I never ask for cheese. I always make it super clear I can't have cheese. So what do I get? CHEESE 🧀 I'll just wait for Burger King to open across the road for a burger I guess.
I hate their dry fries too.
Coming here is a last resort anyway. The quality has always been poor. I even worked here as a teen and knew it was bad back then.
They are quick tho.

If you're going to order $50 or more in food, go inside and don't use the drive-thru. Staff should have had the person pull to the side instead of handing her bags as they became available. This left people sitting in the line for far too long.
The peppermint frosty was refreshing without too much peppermint taste that gives you a toothpaste taste.

I was on my way home and really wanted Culvers but the line was insane. I saw there was only one car at Wendy’s with no one else in the drive thru. I pulled in and did a u-turn to the intercom. I sat there for a while and was like.. are they closed? Checked Google. Says open until 1am. Did I miss the sensor? So I said “Hello?” I received a very rude response “I’ll be with you in a minute”. No, “Hi.” No, “Welcome to Wendy’s”. Obviously annoyed that I had pulled up. So I left because that’s what they wanted to me to do. That’s why their drive thru is empty. I ended up in a long line at McDonalds for locations sake and really wished I’d just have waited at Culvers.

We hear a lot now days about poor customer service. You would think for a fast food restaurant that service is a priority. Not so at this restaurant. 2 seniors in their 70's go out for a Sunday drive and stop for a bite to eat. We ordered 2 of the $6 Biggie Bags. When the cashier rang it up she said $17+. We told her that was wrong as two $6 meals should only be $12+. She looked a little shy and nervous and it's understandable she may have been new. She asked for help from another employee and an African American lady came over. We explained about the cost, the 2nd lady said $10-something. We again told her that could not be the correct order and repeated our two $6 meals. 2nd lady couldn't figure it out and now we have a 3rd employee who said $18+. 3 people working on a simple order of two $6 meals. I simply said "wouldn't it be faster to just void that and start over?" The African American lady very rudely said "do you want to come over here and do it?" What???? A simple I'm sorry we'll get it would have sufficed. When I told her that was a horrible attitude she told me she doesn't have to listen to me complain. ??? What complaint, I simply offered a suggestion. I asked for a manager and she told me there wasn't one on duty. Would she have had that attitude if there was a manager there? When I said that isn't going to make for a good survey, in her snotty attitude she said "you can write what ever you want." Makes it sound like no one (mgmt) cares how they treat customers. No name tag of course. But if they have security cameras I'm sure they can figure out who she was. And if the other employees are honest, they can vouch for the situation.

Man at the window was a terrible person. Tried to go through the drive through to correct an order because I asked for just ketchup on a burger, and it had NO PATTY. ONIONS, AND ALSO PICKLES??? HOW MUCH COMMON SENSE DO YOU LACK. AND the man “helping” me claimed he and his “burger makers” did everything right, claimed we were drunk, and refused to help us. I’m sick. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I loved wendy’s but are you kidding me? Even after I tried to ask for a manager he just said “goodbye!” In a taunting voice. Called back to try and even get someone else involved to correct his immature, irresponsible actions, and guess who was at the phone. The same old jerk who refused service. Blocked my number, tried calling on multiple phones and just refused to help at all. He needs to be terminated immediately because this is out of line by far. GROW UP MAN! YOU WORK AT A WENDYS!

REVIEW ABOUT CALEEN I tried leaving this review like a week ago type it out and had a feeling after I stopped at Wendy’s tonight to make sure I had left them a good review as I had told the worker I had I’m glad I did because there was no review THIS review is about the worker CALEEN( really pretty, African American, long braids) I visit this location at least three times a week every time I see her she goes above and beyond to give me great service I have a chronic disorder and I’d be lying if I said there wasnt a time where I pulled up to the window sick as hell And this girl distracted me from my Pain till it passed. I know some people might think She is just a worker but she has proven to be so much more then that(not that a fast food job is a easy job it definitely isn’t) I will continue to return to the store not just for the great service but for this workers great service alone!

My mother and I went to go get breakfast. We tried the doors at 8:45, but they were locked (at this time we didn’t know the dining area doesn’t open until 9). We then went through the drive through and were then informed by a man that the dining area doesn’t open until 9, so we waited. At 9:10 we went to go try the doors, still locked. Finally a woman appears by the registers and sees me and my mother at the doors and gestures us to go through the drive through still standing behind the register, not even coming to the door to address us. It was 9:15 at this time. We gave up and went somewhere else.

It's Easter and 2:56pm. We're in the drive thru and they say how can I help you. I say my order. The screen is blank and nobody talks. I wait a minute and say hello a few more times. No answer. I pulled up to the window at 2:58pm and they turned the lights off and were closed.

You'd think as slow as they are, food would be fresh. I watched a young girl with way too long of nails to be working in food service, look at the order screen 30 times. Grab a bag, put the bag back. Throw the bag away. She was clearly clueless.
