Terrible. Mobile order. App told me 5 mins. I go there. Girl can't find my order. Finally finds it. She said couple mins. Prefect. 20 mins later everyone in the place who had ordered food before and after me had their food. I didn't. I spent my entire lunch break standing waiting. I finally ask how much longer. She says it's the next order. 5 seconds later she gets the bag and yells mobile order like she wasn't just taking to me and knew it was my order. My fries were burnt and my nugg sauce was missing.

I went into Wendy's to order a breakfast sandwich I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant with American cheese within 30 to 45 seconds they presented the sandwich to me I went to my car and opened it up the sandwich was cold and there was only egg and cheese on it I went back into the store to have them correct my sandwich which they did but it still was not hot it was barely warm also the cleanliness of the restaurant could have been much better seeing that I was the only customer there if there was a way to leave a review and give them no stars I would

Anytime me and my boyfriend go there Jennarosa gets "too friendly" with customers. Will actively call my bf and other people excessive amounts of intimate terms of endearment and she will talk to people in the drive-thru for 10+ mins with a packed line. There is a time and place for that behavior in my opinion.

Bad experiences since the new restaurant opened. We've been there three times (drive thru) and never got what we ordered. The receipt is correct, but they habitually swap out lesser priced items. At first we thought it was just errors by a new crew. Now I think it's deliberate. Calls to complain get nowhere. You might be ok if you eat in and can take it back to the counter right away. It's too bad because the food is good if you can get what you ordered.

Visited on 6/12/25 around 7:55 p.m. Just wanted to say Austin at the window and the rest of the crew were awesome! The rewards on the app messed up and we obviously knew it wasn't their fault, but they still did everything to make it right. Austin really made sure we were satisfied before we left, really stand up guy!

Food rocks! Check your bags AT THE WINDOW! Just picked up an online order in the drive thru. My husband asked while we were waiting for our frostys to be made, if the side of chili was in the bag. It was not. He asked the drive thru staff about the chili and we were at that point (AFTER asking) informed that they were out. So you just don't say anything? That was the other half of the meal! Then we had to ask what the other options CHECK YOUR BAGS AT THE WINDOW!!!! Just frustrated, say SOMETHING

I met the manger, the most disrespectful person ever. I've been to this restaurant before and after the management change. I didn't think it could get worse than before the change, but it did. The few times I gave them another shot after, the service has been incredibly slow, even when no one else was there as a customer. Food was cold when received as well. I won't be going back to this location again...

I came through drive through. After i ordered... Couldnt understand the person who i believe said, "you will get your total at window. " So I drove to window and the young man said $3:45. So I handed him $5.45. He hands ma one dollar and some change. I said I was supposed to receive $2.00 back. The window slammed shut. Another man was called over and helped him. He said to me.... you have to pay tax. Ok????? I said.... Then say the correct total when you ask for payment. So I gave him 13 cents more to get my $2 back. As he said it was $3.58 ( And also the drive through said it was $3 why would I pay 58 cents tax??? ) he gave me my $2. So anyway. He hands out my frosty. and I needed a napkin as the frosty was running down the side of cup. As I asked for it, SLAM the window went shut again. Now I'm getting a little upset. I waited and no one opened it for me. ** I feel that this young man should not be working a register. And was very rude when I asked my questions about the price and a napkin. The manager that helped him should of explained it all to me instead of silence from the young kid. Who also wore a hooded sweatshirt and the hood was over his head the whole time. I'm sure this is not correct attire for working at Wendy's. Hopefully your friendliness improves.

waited 10 mins in the drive through when there was only 1 car infront of us and 5 cars behind us. went inside because nobody responded at the drive through and then they kept mixing up people food and giving them cold burgers. Me and my friend walked in and ordered on the kiosk and once the order went through I could over hear a worker start talking smack about the fact we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and he said he’d purposely make us a normal one, and I had clicked cash on the kiosk and no worker came up, only ignored us and talked about our order but never made it or talked to us. Waited for 30 minutes if not longer.

This is the 10th time that they messed up, missed items, gave the completely wrong meal. They seem to be more concerned with horsing around & getting the drive through time down rather than being polite to the customers and making sure they have the correct food. I do not recommend coming here unless you feel like wasting gas on coming back for your correct items or just waiting 10 minutes to get your order taken. Never mind the fact that they were not using gloves to handle the food or even wearing the proper uniform clothing or even having proper regulations for making sure hair doesn’t get into the food.

Horribly slow service and they don't seem to care. I ordered ahead on the app, it was just a simple meal deal for myself. It was supposed to be done at 8:31 pm. At 8:41 they were still working on it. I was the only one in the store and no one was at the drive thru. No body came up to the counter to acknowledge me either. This was on 12/30/2024. Wendy's double stack burgers are the absolute WORST! They consist of two TINY slabs of dried out mystery meat in stale buns. They're so small if you blink you might not see them. Literally two bites IF you're courageous enough to actually consume it. This was definitely the most DISGUSTING burger experience I've ever had.

Never considered the elderly. Went to the drive threw today with my client and their hard earned money from retirement for 3 salads, a Diet Dr Pepper, and a small Sprite. Took 30 minutes at the drive through line. Then, when we waited for our order another 10 minutes, I noticed the young kid (looking tired or high) place two salads in a bag, leave the area a good 3 minutes or so, return put straws in the bag. Never gave me a total for the order, no receipt and shorted US the toppings and salad. All the manager said when I walked back into the restaurant, as an excuse, he said "It's a common mistake. " lmao COMMON MISTAKE?! Really?? I think we should have been given a fresher salad then cause I had to walk back in and a free frosty to keep our business. Won't go back!

I went here before the new owner and i just went today again after reopening and had a TERRIBLE experience. I saw an employee outside talking to a buddy while drive thru line was out to the street. We waited in said line for at least, no shorter than 20 minutes. When we finally got to order the lady did engage with us hardly at all. We barely knew if she took our order correct. We got to the window for our 10 piece combo meal (number 3) with a minute made lemonade and a number 1, Dave’s single combo with a sprite with only ketchup. They didn’t know the burger was only ketchup until AFTER taking our payment because the guy at the window (the one that just came back in from talking to his buddy) couldn’t care to give us the time of day. (And no receipt!!!) And I got the Dave’s lemonade instead of the minute made like I asked for. After finally getting out of there probably 30 minutes later, we eat our fries on the way home. And my significant other eats his burger. I wait until we are home to eat my nuggets. I start eating my nuggets and they are Spicey. If I wanted Spicey nuggets i would have ordered them that way. I will not be going back unless I get a full refund, or at least hear from management.

After this location started back up, the food was great, staff was awesome, remodel looked good. Unfortunately that didn’t last as the weeks went on, I returned 3-4 more times and every time got worse and worse. The touchscreen kiosks to order your food are complete garbage. Constantly crashing as I’m in the middle of my order, as well as being non responsive/slow. The food started to go down hill. Burgers were put together horribly, bacon was like rubber, and the fries wayyy over salted. The staff looks as though everyone has zero idea what to do, friendly but clueless. This location will end up getting shut down again due to its negligence. Not sure if it’s the company to blame or the franchise owner, either way things need to change. Until then, I won’t be returning anymore.

Went to get lunch with my son stood in line for 10 minutes to have order take. After we gave our order and then when we went to pay is when he told us that we can only pay with cash!!!! I get it things happen to electronics at times….but tell people before they waste their time standing there to order. Put a sign out or tell the customer before they order. We ordered via mobile and picked it up in the drive thru. When we showed up we had to pull off to the side and two cars got their food and left before we got our food. The maple bacon chicken sandwich was too greasy (it had only bacon and a piece of breaded large chicken nugget with maple butter) and the caramel frosty cold brew was not sweet at all.
My boyfriend said the breakfast burrito was pretty awesome but the side of apples was mushy.
I don’t think I would get the croissant sandwiches again. Maybe next time I’ll give the burrito a chance.

Today was my 1st time stopping since the new ownership. The lady that took my order in drive thru offered me a biggie meal and I agreed to the crispy chicken blt biggee meal for $6.00. I wasnt expecting much. To my surprise, it was delicious! The chicken was plump and juicy, way better than McDonalds, and they put romaine lettuce on my sandwich instead of shredded iceberg - huge bonus! The tomato was ripe too! I was very impressed for the price and will definitely be back! The ladies at the window were also smiling and polite!

Went through the drive thru last night and was shocked at price of food 13 bucks for a basic combo my total was almost 17 for a combo and cheese fries. Still orders wanting to see if the food was better than before it closed. I was very disappointed the fries where burnt and stale tasting with way too much salt and the burger left something to be desired it was dry and bacon was cold and not fresh. I also got cheese fries and they were OK but fries were an odd texture in that they were greasy and hard the cheese sauce was not the worst but very very salty. My drink was full of ice like they fully filled the cup with ice then added a little soda. The place was not busy there was only 1 car infront of me and looked like no one was really in the lobby. The drive through staff was very nice and friendly. Hopefully they get the kinks out and do better than the previous Wendy's in that location.

7/12/2024 - OK so I ordered online at about 5:30 p.m. As expected it was busy so I went in to pick up my order. As I walked in the door, a lady was putting it on the pickup counter. I grab the order and get the heck out of Dodge. Get home...my combo meal ... NO FRIES. Food was really good. What you expect from Wendy's. Wife had a Cobb salad and the smallest $2 Triple Berry Frosty you could imagine - kinda funny actually. I had the double Baconator combo only with their large specialty lemonade. That which we got was good - but as I said, NO FRIES, and I love their fries. So... I'm leaving it at a 3. $26!!! Yeesh...and, NO FRIES!!!

Not sure who owns this place, but they should be embarrassed. The young people working here don't have a clue. Had to repeat our order about three times. While we were at the counter, a young man walked in, looked like he was in his pajamas, proceeded to go behind the counter and walk around the kitchen area. We took our food to go. The food was cold and dry. The soda had no flavor, like brown seltzer. We always enjoyed Wendy's when it came to fast food. McDonalds leaves this store in its wake.

HORRIBLE! I was third in line to order, by the time I got my food the first couple had already eaten and left and the guy in front of me had finished eating. I got my food and the fries were cold and the burger was luke warm, they replaced fries but not burger. No apologies or anything, just LOUSY service. I suggest going anywhere else, not here!

Went through the drive thru and service was slow. A deal was misrepresented and lead many to believe they could get a specific item for $0.99. When we get there we are informed that we had to use the APP to receive the deal. Others drove away, we decided to grab dinner. Employees seemed distracted and rushed, thus not truly engaging with us. Wait time for food was fairly good, but food did not really impress.

I think she's a manager definitely a mom of the store absolutely wonderful lady I always have issues with the app because I always want to get a lemonade with my premium combo and use a promo code thing in the app... patient even when they're extremely busy they're frustrations do not show through to customers absolutely great service sometimes there's a wait but the people make it worth it.

We stopped through around 8:30 pm
On a Thursday night, google says drive thru is open until Midnight. Made our order, they tell us our total, then go, “we don’t have chili tonight”, really? You didn’t know that when I was placing the order? And why don’t you have chili, this isn’t an extra occasional item, this is something you have daily. The lobby was closed, food that we did get was not fresh, and we had to ask for our sodas.
