I really did not appreciate being approached as if I was scamming Wendy's. They did not hear my order and when I explained that it was incorrect it was still incorrect when I received the corrected half order. The manager told me I would have to pay and I settled for what I received.

I frequent this location mostly for breakfast. The guy at the drive thru in the mornings is awesome. Always chipper and very friendly.

The night staff in the other hand is quite the opposite. I showed up at 8:55pm and went to the lobby and the lady there said Lobby is closed, escorted me out and locked the door. Odd because the posted sign says lobby open until 10pm every day.

I went to the drive thru and placed my order. I thought the given price was higher than it should’ve been (my order didn’t show on the screen so I couldn’t verify), so I asked for a receipt. I asked the lady (same one that kicked me out) why I didn’t get the 2/$7 deal in the two 10 piece nuggets I ordered. She said “you have to say 2/$7 to get the deal”. I replied “I said can I please get 2 of the 10 piece nuggets.” She said, “You didn’t say you wanted the deal, and my manager said if customers don’t specifically ask for the deal not to give it” ?!? I replied, “did your manager also tell you to close the lobby 65 minutes early?”

No offer to fix or credit it, and no apology. Said her piece and closed the window on me. Not to mention that I was two nuggets short anyways.

Morning staff gets 5 stars, but night staff gets 1 star. Rounding down to 2 stars overall since I’m sure management would be happy with a 3 star rating.

Went in last night shortly before 8p.m. wasn't sure the place was open as no vehicles were in the parking lot and it was dark looking. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes not being helped and left. During that time a taller man who came across as the manager came in my direction, but instead of helping me/acknowledging my presence he was all about the frosty machine being on wash, complaining about the number of staff just standing around getting paid to do nothing, and then going to get vanilla frosty mix. Shortly before I walked out, one younger man told someone to help the lady at the counter, yet no one did. If this is what it's like most of the time, no wonder the place has no customers.

I had a coupon for any size combo meal. I ordered #8the pretzrl baconater. Christine was the manager and very rude to me. She complained I should only be able to use the coupon for up to $12.00. No were on the coupon was there a limit it said" any SIZE combo. She complained to me that "those coupons should not be used". 2 times i have scheduled an order thru grubhub around 6pm at this wendys location on silvernail to be delivered around 830pm. So the food was good, and the service was adequate, but...the dining area was dirty. It was pretty slow, only my wife and I and a couple of people for pickup and to go orders and yet every table was dirty we had to wipe our own down. The floor was cluttered and sticky and in the 30 min we were in here no one came out and wiped off the tables, swept or mopped the floors and there were at least 5 people working. I think maybe a strong manager needs to come in and literally clean house. Just on our way through and we won't stop again, but I think Wendy's is better than this.

Decent Wendy’s. Food was as usual, nuggets were room temp and not the spicy ones I had ordered. Other than that all the other food was good. The place appeared nice and tidy but the rugs were VERY sticky especially the one in front of the drink machine, it even made my shoes wet and slippery then they got sticky after drying a bit. We are glad to see that the restaurant itself is opened up again so we don't have to go through the drive-thru. We usually come once or twice a month when we have to come this way for an appointment. Makes it easier than eating in a car. Girl that took our order was very nice and helpful.
Not all Wendy's hamburgers taste the same. This one tastes better than the one in Oak Creek and the one we ate at in Kenosha. Thank you for a great hamburger. 😁

Waited 20 minutes in line, another 5 at the speaker, before a worker, who sounded stoned, took my order (parm salad, dbl stack biggie bag, and lemonade). Got as far as dbl stack before he said "You're going to have to slow the FVCK down." I politely finished, slowly, and he said my total and "whatever". At the window, the manager was polite, and trying his best to resolve the bad worker, yet I still waited another 5 minutes while they finally got the order together.
Got home and the salad had no dressing, the biggie bag had no fries, nuggets, or sauce, and there was no receipt.
Wendy's is OK, but THIS Wendy's?
It's a raging dumpster fire of fail. Go elsewhere - you've been warned.

When I was eating one of the cooks came from the kitchen to go the bathroom and he walked to it with his hands in his pants the whole time. So I called the manager and she says she makes them wash their hands as they re enter. So if he is willing to walk out like that who is to say he doesn't do it while back there. Location is beyond slow, they won't take your order in the drive thru until they fulfill the order prior, so waiting for lunch is a nightmare. Be prepared to waste your whole lunch here. I get the breakfast baconator without a bun- add an extra egg- and it was made perfectly.. They knew to put one egg on bottom and one on top in place of the bun.. which seems like common sense, but this is the first time it’s been made this way, just the way I like it. The employee also made funny conversation with my daughter as she was late to school this morning, and both employees were very pleasant. Made the start of our day better after a hectic morning :)

The food is always good, I tend to enjoy spicy chicken sandwiches, as well as jr. baconators! The service at the drive-thru was friendly and helpful. Thankfully, they didn't mess up my order,of which that tends to happen in almost every restaurant! Considering the fact that they rarely have the lobby open these days, the little bit I remember of the atmosphere inside the restaurant is peaceful and inviting! I'm extremely disappointed with 1 aspect of my visit, and that is the fact that the lobby wasn't open and hardly ever is these days! Truthfully, I probably won't be going back anytime soon for that very reason!

Come here very often. Love the fact that they have 2 out of the ordinary burgers with bacon jam, haystack onions, pretzel buns, and beer cheese sauce. Usually pretty quick. Not super cheap, but I think it's worth it. As for the staff, I haven't had a bad interaction but usually I don't pay attention to them. Overall good food (and frosties!) recommend to try out.
