Came here on 9/12/25 for Breakfast through the drive-thru. A middle-aged black guy took my order. The service was amazing. The guy was well mannered and professional. Definitely will be coming back here again for breakfast. Got better service here than I have at Burger King in forever. Thanks for having a great group of people here.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ON GRUB HUB OR DOORDASH they run things terrible around here apparently and just let anyone take whatever order so NOT ONCE BUT TWICE SEVERAL MONTHS APART I WAITED ONCE OVER AN HOUR TODAY ALMOST 2 HOURS just for my order to be cancelled like it was nothing because someone else STOLE MY ORDER FROM THE COUNTER or at least that was their excuse. I really feel for some of the employees here having to deal with such terrible management.

I also had an experience here today where I came in to pick up my doordash order, noticed that it wasn't done, went to the bathroom, came back out to find out that they literally still had not started working on the order. Not to mention that I also spent over 5 minutes driving to this location to pick up the order. There were no customers in the store, no orders to do. Just complacency and a bad attitude towards a delivery driver.

The lady working the counter told me that it was my responsibility to tell them that they had a doordash order. This is completely unacceptable and I will not stand for this. My time is very valuable and I refuse to allow complacent wage workers to waste my life.

Edit 8/9/25: it took them 16 minutes after I accepted the order to complete the order for pickup. The tip and the pay is hardly worth the wait let alone the 9 1/2 miles I had to drive to complete it.

Edit: 8/11/25: another day another 20+ minutes late for my customers delivery. Time that I do not get paid for.

Got a coupon for a free small Frosty cold brew. Went in to redeem and since all three employees seemed solely focused on drive thru orders (at least, that seemed to be the message after I tried and failed to get their attention multiple times...), I used the kiosk to just order and ring it up as normal, then approached the counter, presented the coupon, and asked if they could take it off my bill. The employee I spoke to acted like this was some radical concept she'd never encountered before and told me that "wouldn't be possible" (what do you mean?? You're the business. Should just have to hit a couple buttons, surely). After a 10 minute wait, I'm finally presented with...a small chocolate Frosty---not the cold brew I'd ordered. I was so done with this place, I just said thanks and left. Thank God I don't come here regularly.

Panko fried fish sandwich, hard to bite into this crunchy, thick layer of panko, the ratio of fish vs panko was 1:3, the patty was under seasoned, it's not a piece of fish is a mixture of some type of fish, covered by this thick layer of pancko. So it's truly crunchy!
The French fries were quite salty and starchy:( .

This is a new location and a new restaurant. It's clean, well put together. I'm always in and out quickly despite the drive through being a long line sometimes. Never had a problem with wrong orders and the staff is always friendly.

Every time I put in a online order i never ever get all my items I have bought an paid. It's starting to get worse then mcdonalds. You would think if I spent 50 dollars on a online order you would make sure I would get all my items. I've been here once before, going on three months ago now, and we got sick afterwards. Chalked it up to maybe a stomach bug and bad timing.

Just went back today, got a different menu item and the same thing happened as we were half way through our meal at the table. Not only that, I found hair in my frosty. Frosty was also bubbling as if it were carbonated or on a very low simmer.

Update: 20 minutes after initially writing this review.

I am writing this update sitting on my toilet at home with a bucket in my lap. I wish I had read other reviews first. This is not a good time.

Sat in drive thru for 10+ minutes. Ordered 2 jr bacon, 20 nuggets, 2 sauces. Paid $20 for no bacon on the jr bacon & only 1 container of sauce for 20 nuggets. There was a second lid & tons of sauce in the bottom of the bag. No second container to hold the sauce, though.
Even worse, I live in Rapids, not Plover, & didn't discover all these mistakes until I drove 20 miles home.

Horrible customer services. Waited at register for over 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us standing there to take an order. Even once came take order there was no greeting at all, treated as if we were such a nuisance and disturbance. After 20 minutes of waiting for our order, we inquired about the $1 for 5 (or something coupon on reading donation thing) and employee was very aggravated of us asking what that was and how it worked. Employee still didn't even explain how or what it was so hence we walked away without donating since didn't understand even after inquiring. Was happy when Wendy’s finally came to the area, I have eaten in here 10-12 times since it’s opened. However, each experience has been steadily worse than the last in regards to food quality and service. The last straw was my visit on July 8 about 6 PM. I was in line waiting to order with a few others behind me, there were 3 male workers at the counter packing orders for pickup, a few cooking and 1 working drive thru. I stood there for almost 10 minutes without ever being addressed, nobody could even say hello, could I help you, nothing - not a damn word. After the 10 minute wait with no service ( those 3 were less than 10 feet away), I walked out along with another customer vowing not to return here and letting others know my disappointment with this location. I will continue to share my problem with this location until the management or owners decide to properly run this store. BTW, I spent many years in fast food management in the past, so I know how stores should be run.

Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Went through the drive through, first they were unable to give me my change at the window. Told me to pull up by the garbage can and he'd run it out. Employee Will ran out my change. Minutes later another employee ran out my food whole Will was also running out food to another customer. I said I'm sorry but I don't believe in have the correct order, I ordered the nugget meal and not a sandwich. Will noticed I was talking to the employee and walked over. Another employee also walked out the door and all three were standing by my car window. I said again I did not order a sandwich, I had the nugget meal. Will grabbed the bag and receipt from my hand and said you said a #10, I said no I said #3. He argued back and said #10, I again said no, it was the nugget meal which was #3. He looked at the two other employees andbl stated, "this crazy woman said #10" and walked away throwing his hands up and shaking his head. I continued to explain to the two ladies that I didn't order a sandwich and that's what I got. They asked what I ordered and went it to correct it and also brought back the difference in my change between the two meals. Kudos to the two ladies for acting in a very professional and kind matter. Mistakes happen, I get that, but no need to call customers names and argue with them.

Employee with a blonde-ish ponytail was a very rude person. Impatient and very rude. As a fast food employee myself, if I treat someone like that the way me and my brother were treated, I would get fired. He rolled his eyes at us multiple times because THEIR OWN LOBBY was not stocked with straws. He was trying to hand me a cup and I had forgotten my brother got a drink, and he ended up just waving the cup in my face. As well as this terrible experience, the lemonade tasted like garbage. The lobby is also VERY small. Adding to all of these complaints, there is little parking space and the entrances and drive thrus are hard to manage/figure out.

I have been a fan since you opened. Been in there several times a week. But yesterday has me reconsidering. The WORST fish sandwich I have ever had. Hands down. Now... to be fair... it WAS crisp. It had no choice as it was OBVIOUSLY dropped back into the fryer to make it so. The problem is that doing so also evaporated any semblance of moisture that the poor fish was retaining making it barely chewable. I had to throw it out it was so nasty. Bad food. One star.

For a brand new restaurant I was appalled. The parking lot was very poorly laid out. It's hard to enter. Secondly, the sit down area is very cramped with seating for maybe 10 people TIGHT. The chairs are extremly uncomfortable, and only 1 booth. I ordered a double #1 meal, and 2 cheese burger kids meals. All 3 of our sandwiches were smashed on one side (working fast food 20 years ago, I know this was thrown too fast down the table to the heat pad smashing it against the stop) there was ketchup all over the outside of my kids ketchup only burgers. Being young kids you can imagine how much ketchup they were wearing on their cloths at the end. Pure insanity. Mine had ketchup and mayo all over the outside as well. Completely disappointed with my visit. Clearly these kitchen workers need sandwich prep training again. It wasn't even busy when I ordered. Definitely not going back for a long time, unless they work out their issues. It's a shame that I have to say the old Wendy's was LIGHTYEARS better than here. My Gosh.
