Wendy’s is always clutch when I’m hungry. Their burgers taste pretty good, and the fries actually hit when you dip them in a Frosty (the only right way to eat them 😅).

I usually grab a 4 for $4 or Biggie Bag and it never disappoints, good food without breaking the bank. The workers have always been nice when I’ve gone, and my order comes out quick and hot.

Honestly, Wendy’s is my late-night go-to. Can’t beat it.

I ordered a 4 piece spicy nugget with ranch, small fry and a pineapple lemonade on 11/10/24 at 6pm. By 7pm I was nauseous and my stomach was hurting. By 9pm I was vomiting. I ordered dinner for a family of three last night through Door Dash! When I received my order: (1) There was only 1 bag. (2) The ice was melted in the drinks. (3) I had two(2) of four(4) sandwiches ordered & (2) of (3) fries received (4)) THE FOOD WAS COLD WHILE THE DRINKS WERE WARM! Received hell/static from both Door Dash and Wendy's from 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm WITH NO RESOLVE! I decided to go to see if I could just get the food I paid for, but received nothing but excuses and NO FOOD when I went to the restaurant and talked to the manager! I used to be a manager at this exact restaurant over 25 years ago but I still thought, "Hey, maybe they'd understand and just make it right!" I didn't ask for a refund! I ASKED FOR WHAT I PAID FOR AND COULDN'T EVEN GET THAT! This manager was trash and not customer service friendly! The store was very unclean! AND, ALTHOUGH I ONLY EAT Wendy's fast food, "I WILL NEVER EAT AT OR FROM THIS RESTAURANT A.G.A.I.N.!!!!!!! No food, No refund and had to travel another 10-15 mins. to the next WENDY'S! So, Wendy's on Washington Ave, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE YOU EVER AGAIN! Wendy's on Durand Ave you will always receive my business! Great customer service, even though you are independently owned! Incompetent manager on third shift that will be reported to corporate. Get off work and Drove all the way across town because google says this location closes at 3am. When I enter the line there are 3 cars in front of me. All 3 give their order and move on: when I get to the menu board it was 2:53 am and the car in front of me hasn’t even turned the corner fully to the payment window! Before I order someone comes on and says “I’m sorry we are closed.” I respond that it is only 2:53 and the website says you close at 3! Employee responds, “yes but we need time to clean up!” I ask to speak to the manager he says I am the manager. I pulled off and took pictures and video of the vehicles being served in front of me! The company pays you to clean up AFTER they are closed. I hope everyone who works is fired for stealing company time as they were obviously paid to serve customers until 3!!!

When i went into this restaurant I was utterly disgusted by the filth in this place. My wife and I just wanted a fast and easy lunch so we chose Wendy's. When we went into order our food we ordered off the kiosk and then we went to go sit down at a table. EACH AND EVERY TABLE has not been cleaned. We looked at every table just so we could eat. And failed to find one clean table. So we grabbed our food and went outside to eat in my truck because my truck is cleaner then any of those tables.

Manager from this day is very rude. I called and complained about my order they gave me the wrong sandwich and they did not provide a receipt. They insured that everyone gets a receipt but I did not get a receipt! He hung up in my face and did not handle the situation! I’m on my way there now! This Wendy’s is super unprofessional and the workers rush you while taking your order! I hate this Wendy’s! Ordered through the Wendy's app from this location and they apparently just leave all the food out for anyone to take. The mobile delivery orders are filled through DoorDash, which wasn't clear during the process, and my dasher contacted me, well after the delivery should have been made, to tell me someone else took my order. So almost 45 minutes later I still have no food and needed to contact support to get a refund. The manager was totally unbothered that food seems to be stolen all the time because no one is watching it. Will never be ordering delivery from here again.

Just got the door dasher sent to pick up the food. The first order they did not have. According to our customer service three people tried to pick up the same order.
While on the phone to customer service, they hire dude shaved head walks out running of at the mouth about what our job is and how to do it. We took care of everything with support then proceeded following the new directions.

Horrible service sent my kid to get food the whole order was wrong called to get it fixed! The so called manager was super rude and didn't apologize and then said bring back the food and the receipt, and wait in line again to get it corrected. He said his name was John and when I asked for his id number he said I can't have his social security number! Like this is who you have in charge! Get for real!
