Asked if they had shakes, I wanted a chocolate shake to drink on my way home and the mdconalds ice cream across the street was broken (figures!). Lady was polite but she said that they had frosties instead and that they were like shakes just thicker. I think okay so like it's just their personal name or whatever. They had me what's basically just a concrete mixer with a spoon! Thats not like a shake at all, it's not even a drink!
Next time just tell me you don't have shakes and I can drive away instead of wasting three dollars on something that can melt while I drive back to my house.

Incredibly slow. Sat and watched the 2nd shift crew sit by the drive through window and just talk instead of working. Waited over 20 minutes for a shake. Store smells like smoke as well. Trash all over the floor in the kitchen. Saw what looked like a roach even, but that could've just been food flying to the floor. It's actually pathetic. I'd close the location if I was the owner. Liquidate the assets and get out with the money while you can

This food isn't that good at all. The burger I ordered has brown tomatoes on it and a sliver of onion. The meat is dry and the cheese doesn't look or taste like cheese. The fries were also almost hard as a rock. I'd be careful eating here I don't think the food is fresh.

It is annoying that there is no safe way for pedestrians to get to this Wendy's after a big snowfall and it is only accessible via a vehicle. And I don't like that the Wendy's headquarters does not want to join the Fair Food Program which would help make sure farm workers are treated well. Also, this Sheboygan Wendy's seemed to be short staffed. On the plus side, the employees were friendly and worked fast.

It was an alright place to get food. I'm a truck driver went to get food yes it was at 8:50 pm went to the door by the drive thru was locked so started to go to the main entrance as I walked around to it watched two employees rush out and lock the main entrance and rush back iguess hoping I didn't see them basically lock the door in my face they knew I was coming around I would understand if it was a bus load coming in but one customer really I was going to order to take back to my truck not sit in there lounge so I took my money to Walmart I deliver loads close by Alot iguess I will be ordering from McDonald's or one of the other ones for now on disappointed customer service if good brings in customers bad service drive away your customers maybe teach your employees that
