Cashier was extraordinarily rude when approaching the Drive-Thru window and made the experience terrible. I will advise everyone I know and anyone that reads this to find another Wendy's to give your service to and let this one fall to the wayside. The blue haired lady that works there is the most unprofessional, disgusting, and rudest person I’ve ever come by. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a cheese potato. When I went to go eat it there was bacon on it. I did NOT order that. I went back around and stated I don’t eat bacon and can you please fix it. The blue hair girl proceeded to scream at me, tell me I was wasting their products, this is how inventory gets messed up, why can’t I just eat the bacon, and then when she came out to hand me the new one she flipped me off. Don’t worry lady I’ll NEVER come back to your bug infested no washing hands or wearing gloves having restaurant.

Went to drive through where speaker system was not working well. Lady at the window was kind and accommodating. Order took a long time to fill Specifically asked for no cheese on my burger. Check your Order !! Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich , got reg. Chicken with a pint of mayo on it and that it , took sandwich back told them the problem. They took it back and handed me a new one in 30 seconds so, I had to investigate new sandwich and they re- wrapped old sandwich and added even more Mayo no lettuce or tomato. The person who took my order was very rude. I mistakenly ordered a "basket" instead of a "combo meal". He told me they didn't have baskets and walked away to do something else and returned about 5 minutes later. I ordered my "combo" by name instead of number, another mistake. After three tries, I finally ordered my food in a way that was acceptable to him. The wait was about 10 minutes. The food was what I expected.

Wendell is horribly rude, has horrible customer experience. He was outside spraying the drive thru pavement with something. I was sitting there for about 1 to 2 minutes, if I didn't say something, I would've sat there even longer.
