I am utterly disgusted. I usually come to this restaurant for lunch and my order is always the same. But today changed, I ordered a pineapple mango lemonade like usual and this time I found an incredibly long piece of hair IN my drink. I did not drink it but I am so disappointed and annoyed that they decided to give me this drink without checking it. Count your days Wendy's I will be taking my money elsewhere.

The staff at the Washington location are rude and annoying. My daughter loves Wendy's so we are there often and I almost don't want to go to that one anymore because I'm so disappointed with their service. I'll go up to ask for something and employees just walk by . Horrible language. I was leaving one day and I ordered a chili to go on the kiosk, but I had cash so I had to tell them so I could pay. The lady literally looked straight at me and said nothing. I had to leave without the chili because nobody came to help me.

The bathroom here is disgusting. The food and service was normal, as could be expected Wendy’s food. I went to the restroom and there was a two inch gap where other restroom users could see into the stall. The toilet was dirty and the seat not tightened. If a public restroom is that gross, it makes me question the cleanliness of the back of house operations.

Ordered Online, my order was messed up not once, not twice, BUT 4 TIMES.

Updated Review - 10/22/23: On my way to Menards, I remembered I hadn’t eaten lunch. I said to myself, “a Wendy’s Dave Double with cheese, mustard, and pickles sounds delicious.” So, I stopped and ordered one with fries and a Diet Coke. It was exactly what I needed! Delicious! The service was fast and friendly…. And the made my burger exactly the way that I ordered it. Mmmm!!!

The restaurant was very clean for it being as busy as it was. There wasn't much of a way, and nothing wrong with our food. A very pleasant experience for my family and I. What's great is it's in front of Walmart, and other retail stores. So after shopping get a bite. It's not like the other it Wendy's here in Racine as far as being busy- it's much more spacious and inviting.
