Morning staff needs more people and a nicer manager. The "ethnic" lady running the show is rude to people who just want to come inside and pick up their orders, then gets mad at you for going through the drive through. Since that seems to be the priority, I decided to skip waiting inside and just pick up my already made food in the drive through. My food was literally sitting on the counter when I walked in, I got to stand there for 20 minutes staring at my own order, because she didn't want to help me.

Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line for drive thru. Guy came over saying what u want, then asked me after everything I said, is that it? Like what u in a hurry? Bro. Then I waited forever still with no one in line, looked like two people working, but only one actually doing anything. Completely messed up the orders. Did not make the food for the crabby Pattie meal like it’s advertised. Gave us a stale soda with no ice. Nasty. Bad store needs to be revamped with workers who care about the food service and the customer.

Tried to go and use an online qr code for a deal since daylight savings prevented me from getting breakfast. Went in and they weren't able to scan my code or work with me for my bogo sandwich. Also were extremely slow when there were very few people there. I beleive there were only 2 people in drive thru and I was only one at counter and waited 10 minutes. Local friends told me this was an awful wendys and decided to give it a shot, I should've listened to them, lesson learned.

I have ordered here three times within the past month using the mobile app and they have messed up my order all three times. I am not receiving items that I ordered. The first time they didn't give me my chili. Second time, I was missing a chili and a drink. This is the third time and they didn't give me my burger or my fish sandwich. I love the occasional trip to Wendy's. Fries have been so much better since the change. My girl got her usual Double Baconator, I decided to try the Avocado salad. And it didn't disappoint. Good fresh ingredients; and if you love cilantro, the southwest ranch is quite yummy. Chocolate Frosty never been better.

I was a little worried about Wendy’s a few years ago, but today they really impressed me 9/18/22. The exterior and interior are 100%better. The food is great and prices have increased but it’s to be expected. The drink machine is my all time favorite. The staff was a lot better as well. Great job!

The food was good but I had trouble ordering and then after I paid I asked the lady why she had extra charges for cheese and why she took items off my sandwich she then said that my food will be made right so everything was fine. I then again asked her why she charged me for things I didn't ask for she again told me my food would be right so it didn't matter. Went through the drive thru. Started placing order, and person taking order seemed friendly. Ordered a triple Dave's burger. The girl said, "Which one?" I answered, "I didn't know there were different triple burgers?" She says, "Well the #7 and the #9?" And she then says, "Oh!" "You wanted a #3 the Dave's triple" and said "Yes, just like I said?" My wife and I ordered the other 4 meals. We were told to pull around to the window. We waited, since there was a vehicle already at the window waiting. The guy behind us, couldn't wait any longer. We seen him go around us, and out to the road and across the street to Dairy Queen! Lol, well, it did take us about 10 mins to order since the girl couldn't understand what we were ordering. And when we got to the window, No "Hello" or anything? Now I understand that people have their up days and down days? But they took our money straight face, and gave us our food about 10 almost 15 mins later. But we were happy to get some food. Would not recommend going on a Friday night. I drove from Watertown about 45 mins just to go here...won't do that again! I will drive to the Wendy's in Beaver dam before going back here! I also worked in restaurants in the past and know that hospitality and good food brings customers back....but not to Wendy's in Sun Prairie!!!!! We were there on July 22, 2022 around 5pm.
