I always have a good experience with the workers here, they are some of the nicest customer service personnel I have encountered. The other night I went through the drive thru for a pickup order and Noah helped me out, giving me a leftover coupon and being super kind overall. I felt bad because he gave me a receipt for a survey that I have since misplaced, but keep up the good work! The chicken nuggets were also great and they made my fries fresh.

The man taking and fulfilling drive thru orders today was super friendly and kind. He had a fun personality and even offered us a free refill since we downed half our drink as soon as we got it. I would for sure give him a shout out if I knew his name. Definitely coming back here.

Although the wait was long, food was delicious. We especially liked Lee. He worked so hard and was so pleasant. Although we got a dbl cheeseburger without bacon but requestedbacon, his hard work and positive attitude warmed our hearts. He's manager material. And please get more help. This Wendy’s is the grossest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Sticky floor, splatters on the wall, syrup all over the soda machine, unwiped surfaces. I could go on.

The staff is a bit rude, but it seems they have a severe lack of staff, so that could be the reason for all these issues.

The location would be better off closed or drive through only.

The food is pretty standard Wendy’s food but the service is extremely slow. I had gotten in line for the drive thru 20 mins before closing, but once it was my turn to order, they were closed and I had to wait an additional 20 mins just to get out of the drive thru line.

Normally I have no issues with this location, until today. I placed an online order and came to pick it up to find a car parked in the drive thru. All the doors were locked as well. Management dropped the ball in terms of staffing and customer communication. I’m assuming there was only one employee working because I could see him sitting in the lobby eating his food and he needed to take a break. I’ve been there and i understand. But what should have happened was online orders should have been turned off. I waited, hoping his meal would be over soon and I could get my food, so I drove around the block. Came back to the employee inside looking around out the front door and a woman at the car in the drive thru. So now I’m confused and annoyed and just want my food. I waited more. Did more laps around the block and still no help. I canceled my order and hope the charge comes off my card.

How Wendy’s hasn’t gone out of business by now is a complete shocker to me. They have absolutely no quality control on any of food they serve. After a couple years of not eating at Wendy’s, decided to give their breakfast a try. Well, that was a mistake because the biscuits and Cinnabon cup were rock hard. I will NEVER go to another Wendy’s ever again. They have been garbage for years and nothing has changed. So tired of businesses raising their prices but dropping their quality. Being the only person at the restaurant on a Sunday morning should have been a huge red flag.

The food is usually good at this Wendy's. I went into the drive-thru tonight at 11:42 p.m. I realize this is late in the evening, but their hours go until midnight and I got out of work late. There was a car in the Drive-Thru in front of me waiting at the window and there was a car in line behind me. As soon as I pulled up to the menu to order, the lights went off on the display and a recording came on stating they were closed. At this time I'm parked in. I called the restaurant from my phone and they hung up on me twice. Somebody then came on the speaker to tell me they were closed and said to me didn't you hear the recording. At this point it's 11:50. I said I've been sitting here for several minutes waiting to order and that it shows that they're open till midnight. They said they shut everything down early and they have no food. I asked him to pull off the driver in front of me then so I could get out since I had people behind me and in front of me in the Drive-Thru line. He told me I would have to wait till they got the car in front of me their food, yet of course I could not order anything. Quite frustrating. I gave them stars for food because it's usually good although I had no food to sample this evening. Sub-par service to say the least. I also work in a restaurant, and at times we'd all like to go home before the end of our work day; however, we always take care of our guests until closing time and very often later. I wonder if the owner/GM of this Wendy's cares that they're shutting down early. I imagine they're losing a fair amount of business since there were people in line behind me. I saw several other reviews stating similar experiences.

Coldbrew coffee tasted spoiled. They forgot to put pickles on my sandwich when I specifically requested them. And never handed me my fries.

Nice to have a fast food chain that serves later. Mobil ordered at 11 and arrived at 11:09. Building was light and people inside. Been a Wendy customer for years - If you do not have the staff to open the lobby for breakfast please put a sign up saying drive thru only or lobby closed. Geez. We stopped at Waukesha store on Moreland for lunch. We went inside and the store was gross. Tables have bot been cleaned in awhile. The floor was sticky, like it has not been mopped in a long time or swept up. Old food on the floor. Must of had a leak from soda machine, soda still on floor by seats. No paper towel in bathroom. Food was ok. Not hot by any means. Have to say, would not go back. Maybe management should tell employees to start cleaning I stead of standing around.

Went to this location a couple days ago. The employee was super nice! He asked if I would take a survey so I did and gave a 10 out of 10 review then opened my bag when I got to work and it was the wrong order. Honestly, that wasn't a big deal. I was willing to look over it since the guy was so nice. However, I went tonight and got there at 11:42pm and there were two cars in front of me in the drive thru and I was told the location was closed but the website says they don't close till midnight and they took two people in front of me. I could understand if I was the first person they had seen for the past hour but I was at least the 3rd they had seen in the last 10 minutes. They employee that was so nice is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

The last four out of five times that I've been through the drive-thru I had to wait more than 5 minutes and even though I asked for fresh french fries as soon as I got home not even 5 minutes later they were very overcooked and cold! I did complain the next time I went through the drive-thru and despite explaining my dental issues and the need for NOT SOO "CRISPY" & "BROWN" french fries, I was shocked and a bit disappointed to find that almost half of my French fries were burnt & cold once again!!!

9:10pm Service is 5 stars, because the women in drive thru was nice. She asked “Would you like anything else?” after I would finish selecting a meal. She was very pleasant, and engaging, more so than the increasing experience of lazy, uninterested greetings followed by an “ok?”, after every meal ordered, as if annoyed I’m bothering to ask someone to do what they’re paid to do. Not this woman, she rocked it, and made my night a little more pleasant. The food is 4 stars because it’s fast food, not because the employees did anything wrong, but for fast food, it was hot and fresh. RIP Dave Thomas “Where’s the beef?”

Sign on dining room door said door was broke, so use door on other side. Walk all the way around restaurant and the other door is locked. Went through drive thru and explained the inconvenience. Girl said "Yeah, we're short staffed right now, so the dining room is closed." When we told her the sign should just say the dining room is closed so people don't have to walk all the way around the restaurant to another locked door, she acted clueless and was having a hard time understanding. When we drove off, the two girls at the window started laughing.

A couple days later, I get a notification about a fraudulent purchase attempt on my credit card. Realizing my card was not in my wallet, I called to see if Wendy's had my missing credit card. Yup! Hmmm I wonder who could've tried to use my credit card? What a mystery! Emailed corporate office and they said the manager would be contacting me about the issue. Never received any call.Total dump. Never going back.

Experience deserves a "0". Drive thru took 31 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Cashier/Manager lacked any customer service. When she finally came on the speaker all she said was "Yeah?". Didn't ask what I wanted, or sauce or drink. The first car didn't get all of their order. After she handed them a bag of food and they drove off, she came out with another bag of food they paid for and didn't get. I didn't get the sauce so I had to wait for her to open the window again and she said "What!". After all that, I think she gave me the first person's order. I ordered crispy chicken and got a Jr. Bacon cheese burger and cold frys. The receipt didn't match the time or what I ordered. Tried to do a survey online that stopped working halfway through. Really rediculous.

The accuracy of the order they had given to their delivery driver. I received someone else’s entire order and when I tried to call them they would answer and hang up the phone. I paid almost $35 for my food with a tip and I didn’t receive a single item I was supposed to get. Even worse I use my rewards (but one spicy sandwich get one free) and I can’t even get that back. I received 3 large drinks (none which I wanted to begin with which was the cherry cream soda) I received a small chocolate frosty when I was supposed to get a Medium. I order ordered chicken Sammie’s and a chicken wrap and I didn’t get those but a whole bunch of nuggets and Sammie’s it honest looked like 4 biggie bags and I got it when I didn’t order it!! I WANT A REFUND BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO EAT SOMEONE ELSES ORDER AS WELL AS I WANTED MY ORGINIAL MEAL I PLANNED WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When the delivery driver came I told her that this wasn’t my food at all because I could tell by the drinks alone and she said “They gave it to me like this and screw them so just take the order” honestly I should have refused and told her to ask door dash to refund me my money since your guys use that service to deliver. I use the wendys app to order to get my rewards and use offers but I should have just used the door dash app because I could guarantee a refund. Now not only am I starving and have no dinner I’m out the money I spent on food and which ever family was supposed to have the order that was delivered to me is out on their dinner as well. Please do better

Update - (I haven't been in there since early summer however I see the cook on the bus a lot) I wouldn't dare eat here again the guy who cooks wears his apron to the bathroom (at the restaurant and bus station) and while he's taking out the trash. Since they don't hire/no one wants to work he does it all apparently but he's disgusting. So that stomach ache might not be just from food posing it maybe something else.

(Last time I was there) The manager is a real piece of work. I went with my kids last Saturday before heading over to skate land. We ordered lunch and after enjoying it we look up to find that we were the only people left in the restaurant and people were knocking on the window asking if the restaurant was open we shrugged idk. We went up to order some frosties. I asked for a small vanilla and chocolate was asked to clarify n I said one of each however the manager brings out a swirl. After trying to explain what I wanted she gets an attitude about how she told my daughter that she doesn't have a registered n she should have told me. Well I tell her my baby is five n she has special needs then she says I should have heard her well I was way on the other side of the restaurant. So we went back n forth and aa I was leaving I said she is acting like an eval possessed witch n she calls me a b Infront of my kids. Then people are getting mad at me as I'm walking through the parking lot asking if there open n I replied I wouldn't trust any food in there the manager is a crazy a b. N they were getting out of their cars to check n they weren't open. I understand they're short staff well not you have three less customers. I'm looking for work n honestly wouldn't mind working there however. The cashier that was there when we placed our order was young n more than likely new n doing the best she could and the manager was being unprofessional to her. I tried to coach her by saying u r doing great just take a few breaths n the manager still wouldn't let up.

Corporate please look into this women. She is clearly stressed n taking it out on people around her n it will not end well she needs either a breather or let go.

(A few months back) I was on the bus so I got to the door around 10:40ish am sign said open however the doors were locked so I called was told they open at 11 so I patiently waited til 11:05 n called back they say they open at 11:30 I say why tell me 11 then she says we really shouldn't be opened at all cause we only have 3 people working WTH. I waited in the freezing rain for nothing not right at all. My order would've been quick, payment by card n I could've took it to go however after all that HELL NO. corporate please come up with a solution cause I don't have a car so I can't use the drive thru so maybe let people come in n order to go or something

Still the best of all the national burger chains. Unfortunately, they are far and few between here in southeastern, Wisconsin. I Have to drive 23 miles one way. But definitely worth the trip! Professional, clean, courteous, and very accommodating! I do miss the dining room, though… Personal favorite, a double stack with cheese, and onion. Nothing else! Still the best combination so far that, and any other Frosty’s to go with it. The salads are excellent too!

I asked for there apple salad and it doesn't come with cheese and they put blue cheese on it. I'm allergic to blue cheese. So I called to see if they were going to give me a refund or a salad for free. Nope nothing. Just oh she didn't know. So to me one of the worst Wendys I've been too will NOT be going back

This Wendy’s keeps getting worse with time. today I got coupons in the mail and instead of making dinner I decided to get a treat with my partner. I tried using the coupon and the cashier (her name is Kanchan) kept telling me the coupon was expired. We both kept telling her “no, the expiration date is in august. It’s on the coupon”. She kept denying it. We got so annoyed we reminded her August is next month and she finally understood. I walked away to use the restroom, which was disgusting and had cigarette butts on the ground. When I come back this cashier was having trouble finding the coupon on her computer and we were still going back and forth with her. At this point my partner was done with that interaction. Pay your employees better so they work harder.

I'm changing my review, as service and food here terrible. If you get served. It's like it's a inconvenience to the employees. When you actually get your food, it's cold. They can't even put cream or sugar in your coffee when ordered with, and coffee ice cold like it's been sitting for all morning. This is the worst place I've ever been too for anything. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

I was getting my car serviced next door and wanted a healthy bite. Wendy's actually has really nice salads!!

The apple pecan salad was delicious. It had apples, Bleu cheese, raisins, and fresh greens. There was a huge packet of pomegranate sauce and pecans. And it cost less than $10.
The chili was also really good and pretty cheap.

Wendys is known for their burgers, but wow I will keep coming back for the salads!

And customer service was great and the kitchen area looked clean.

So do you miss good food at a good price, if so,go here, I did the two for six and my wife did her favorite chili and a potato, and we walked out under $20 and everything was great. Glad to see some fast food places still fighting for your business. Great people working here also and trying hard to keep it clean, they should be proud of there establishment, I was pleased with the meal and service, I will be back, thank you.
