Are there ANY fast food places in West Bend? Wanted Arbys, but they arent open yet, leaving Home Depot parking lot at 10:50am. Two cars in front of me at drive thru. No more breakfast, had to get lunch. Finally get my food 11:05am, holy wow, I coulda just waited for Arbys to open! Yuck on your guys buns, but pleasantly surprised there was lettuce AND tomato on the cheeseburger, but not enough to bring me back.

Came here to get something for my son, went through the drive thru and stated I was getting order set up. Waited 5 minutes and no response. Walked inside and was really disappointed and disgusted. No one at the counter. And a gentleman worker had no hairnet or a hairnet for his beard and long hair while leaning into the fry counter. Definitely a turn off on someone whose going to order. Left with no food and went to a competitor restaurant.

Ordered thru door dash. When the delivery driver arrived with my order I could tell some of my order was missing. The delivery driver said the lobby was closed so she had to wait for my order in the drive thru. I called the restaurant to ask about the chili for my salad and the extra chili I ordered the person who answered the phone claimed they told the delivery driver they were out of chili. I said the driver didn't say anything about that. The person on the phone accused me of yelled and hung up the phone on me. Half my order was missing. There were 2 other items I never got to ask about on the phone before the person hung up on me.

This Wendy's has been the WORST experience I have ever had in a Wendy's, and Wendy's has been my favorite fast food establishment since 2011 so that's saying a lot.
Simple order: Junior bacon cheese biggie bag ($5), sauce? BBQ. flashed my frosty coupon. Chocolate or vanilla? Vanilla. To go please.
Rang up for $7.69 and I paid too fast. I look at my receipt while cashier makes my order, oops she charged me for a small frosty instead of the junior coupon.
My name is called and I ask about the junior frosty, she says that's the coupon size. I mention she charged me for a small. She smirks and asks if I want a small frosty. I say I'd rather have the money. The cashier who turns out to be the manager refunds me my $2.~~
I'm out the door driving away.
My Ginger ale (lime) tastes more like lime soda water. Ok whatever, I can deal with that. 3 of my 4 chicken nuggets look like they were cut in half before getting breaded, so the manager picked out the tiny nuggets for the grown man buying the value bag, FINE.
MY JUNIOR BACON CHEESE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE BACON. That's when I decided to write this review.

Went here tonight for the first time. The light on drive thru menu wasn’t on, so thought they were closed, which they weren’t. They were slow getting orders out, which I expected, so overlooked it. Get to window finally and he tells me total and I had to actually ask for my debit card back after he handed me my food and drinks. I then asked for receipt and he said the printer is broken. Then I get home and try my nuggets and they aren’t regular nuggets they are spicy nuggets, which now my mouth is on fire and I’ll suffer thru the night because of it. Do better Wendy’s!

honestly, if I could give this establishment a zero I would but since I can’t, I’m giving it a one I went to this Wendy’s with my daughter Ashleigh, who is two years old and all she wanted was chicken tenders with fries they forgot the chicken tenders. when confronted about it, the worker behind the counter was very passive aggressive about it and rude when we did end up getting the chicken tenders they were cold and also I ordered a burger and I wanted pickles and ketchup. They only gave me pickles no ketchup I asked for ketchup and they rolled their eyes at me and sighed. very rude and unprofessional place will not be coming again.

Ordered at 10:25, the lunch menu was showing. The poor kid gets yelled at by some crabby ass old lady from the back that they aren't serving lunch yet. So we ordered breakfast after they switched the menu to that. It took 8 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones there. While waiting for our food they changed the menu to the lunch menu. Why can't I get lunch 4 minutes early. Just an overall bad experience. The breakfast sandwiches weren't warm either. Terrible.

Every time I go to Wendy's in West Bend, I laugh and joke with the crew. I really feel welcomed there, and they have never messed up my order(knock on wood).

The saucy nuggets are disappointing, barely had any sauce on them.
Then to top it off, part of my meal wasn’t even placed on my order. So sure I didn’t pay for it but it was the manager taking my order, I’m disappointed that she failed to complete my order properly. She didn’t even read back my order to confirm it.
If it was a regular insider I’d been more understanding but as a someone how’s work food industry for 7+ years and has managed, it’s not that hard to ask the costumer to repeat themselves for clarification or to repeat the order back to them so that costumer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Always check the food before you leave their parking lot. Got burned again by this location. Ordered on mobile so multiple peoples food. Ordered 3 bacon double stacks and got 3 single jr cheeseburgers w/ onions about a 10$ difference???? Had 6 sandwiches, wings, and large fry and they put everything into I normal size bag of course smashing all the burgers into a mess. This Wendy's has room for improvements. Outside appearance in need of a cleaning and garbage can could use more frequent emptying.
The drive-thru is very slow, order-takers are rarely pleasant, and orders are usually handed out without verification or courtesy. This location's burgers are acceptable, but toppings are skimpy. Fries ordered without salt are the best way to get fresh/hot fries.

This was my 2nd bad experience in a row at this location. At 630 on a Saturday night my fries should be fresh. My baconater fries were underdone and greasy with about 4 small pieces of bacon. I had the same issue the first time.
The same person at the drive thru window seemed irritated.

Google says open, so I met my wife after work expecting to eat inside 5:30pm. Doors locked. Drive thru only. My wife went through the drive thru while I waited in my truck. We sat in the parking lot in her car. Food was good and hot. She said the guy taking orders and handing out the food was very nice. Would've given a better rating if dining room was actually open. We were at the window about 10 min info we could watch the poor performance through the window. There are no words to describe this level of service.
