This is an interesting golf course. The greens are almost all are identical with a valley down the middle and the same size. No real specific holes to remember. It was in good condition and seems like a very local hangout.

Course is in good shape. A little water would help. Lots of the dead ash trees have been removed but a lot more to go. Lots of staff there to keep things humming. Nice bar with big TVs and a decent size menu. Burgers are big and juicy.

Course is in decent shape for the price. However, almost every green has prior cup plugs that are not level at all. Trying to putt through them is not ideal. Could really use some attention for such an important part of the course management

Course was great, the new carts are very nice. Can't beat the rates they charge. The bonus thing about westhaven is it's not choked with outings all summer long, which makes it easier to get a tee time when you want to play. Definetly worth the money.

The play was super slow. Everybody bunched together on front 9. Back 9 was empty. Piss poor management. Never again, especially for what we paid to golf a below average course. Only thing good was the burger at the end. Of the round.

My family hosted a surprise birthday party for my Mom in the Greene’s Pour House party space at Westhaven Golf Course. Everything was fantastic and the whole process was very smooth. Fun space with golf simulator and darts. We had some light appetizers and drinks. Servers were very nice. Great experience here!!

Still same old place, pace of golf stinks. Couldn’t complete my 9, had a few groups cut back after finishing there previous round and start playing in front of me. Had to wait on 16 tee for 25 minutes to tee off. Watched two kids in group tee off 4 or 5 times before deciding to leave.

Absolutely loved our experience here! The greens were beautifully maintained, and the GPS-equipped cart made navigation a breeze. Lunch at the bar was great - impeccable service and delicious food. Can't wait to come back for another round!

Renovations are wonderful. The bar and clubhouse are totally revamped and very welcoming. Course is still great but the new owners are killing it with the clubhouse updates. It feels like a totally different course from a year ago, very much for the better. Definitely worth a trip in 2024 golf season

Westhaven has undergone an abundance of improvements and renovations since the new owners of Greene’s Pour House have taken over the course! The most significant improvements being the new patio overlooking the driving range, removal of the dead ash wood trees, updated dining and bar areas, the fun targets on the driving range, newly refurbished simulator/game room, among many other things.

The course is in the best shape I have seen so far! The staff was attentive and helpful accounting for all of our needs. The future is bright for this friendly, neighborhood golf course and restaurant! Glad to see Westhaven remain the staple public course of Oshkosh!

Okay so here is why I am giving Westhaven a 5/5 star review.

If I could I would rate it a 4.5/5 but unfortunately google doesn’t allow :(

Okay so by no means is Westhaven a 5 star golf course. But in a town that has no other competition as far as golf course quality goes it takes the cake.

1. Westhaven is fun! It’s an easy course but yet kept up (for the most part) and designed to be favorable for the player yet still forcing you to hit good shots. It’s also a shorter course playing at a Par 70.

2. Good crowd! I’m 23 and I’ve been golfing here all summer on my off days. You see a lot of similar faces and everyone is nice. The staff, in my experience, are very respectful and treat everyone well.

3. Golf Carts! Most of the golf carts at Westhaven come with built in range finders and are fast and electric powered. Just a plus to boost the rating of this course.

4. PRICE!! Not too sure how the pricing works here but I came in to play 9 holes one Saturday evening after 5:30 and it was 16 bucks!! And for the quality of golf you are getting. That can’t be beat!

5. My dislikes. Saw some other complaints about this but yes. On the back 9 there are dead trees. Looks like from some sort of disease going around but I also agree. It isn’t a good look. Some of the ponds could also use more water.

Overall if you are looking for a fun, challenging but stress free golf course! Give Westhaven a go. For the price and the quality I think you’ll be happy.

I had recently went to go play nine holes at westhaven and dealt with the rudest, incompetent, and arrogant worker named Jason, he yelled at me that they were closing when people were still teeing off after me! Not only did he do this, he yelled at me for picking up my ball and leaving. These actions are absolutely disgusting and I will not be returning.

Conditions are typically good, driving range is always heavily used which is expected for being the only one in town. Greens roll and little slower than your usual course but for the price you can’t beat it.

Very disappointed. Dead trees all over the course that should have been removed years ago. The entire course is in desperate need of water, and it’s only May. Anything even slightly of the fairway is practically unplayable. Instead of spending money on new carts with GPS, they need to spend more money on course maintenance.
UPDATE: I golfed Westhaven again this past weekend for a golf outing. What a difference! The course was in excellent shape! Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were full and well manicured. Great job by the grounds crew to get things turned around.

Fun course. Liked how the water wound between the holes and all of the bridges were between the holes. The greens were nice and the roughs cut well to find a ball when needed. Only a few fairways needed some minor touch up spots. Fees were fair too. Pretty good time.
