This is by far the WORST White Castle, especially after dark. You’ll be waiting forever just to place an order. They pretend they don’t have flavors when you can clearly see the Freestyle machine. They are SLOW as all get out and you’ll be lucky if you get what you order.

Visited the I-94/WI-50 corridor, was really looking forward to visiting for a late-night bite...the lobby doors were locked even though it says you were open until 2 AM...came back this morning at 10:30...doors STILL locked.

Sunday, went through drive- thru. The lady at the window had a terrible demeanor. She mumbled the cost of my food, l politely asked if she could repeat it because I didn't hear her, she glared at me for a moment, and repeated it. Took my card slammed the window shut. Gave me back my card, mumbled pull forward and slammed the window shut again.
The young lady at the second window was polite and friendly. If it wasn't for that young lady, I'd give that place 1 star.

Picked up a #8 10 sliders....every other time I've been here, nice and fresh. This visit not so much. Got home with the 10 sliders and the meat was dry, as it had sat under a warmer before being sent out. Its white castle...these sliders were designed to be cooked and served in 5 minutes. To get dry sliders on a Friday afternoon is sad. I could've purchased frozen burgers from a grocery store that tasted more fresh.

This location (Hwy 50 in Kenosha) had some of the fastest service and they had a fair amount of customers.

Food, as expected, was good.

Recommend to get the mustard on your sliders. (Must ask for it - but definitely worth it)

We went through the drive-through, and it was an incredibly long wait to order and for our food (like 15-20 minutes). The food was good, fresh and hot. When we got to the window, I felt bad for the girl working because it appeared that she was the only person working, doing the cooking, working the counter, and drive-through. Horrible drive-up experience. Lady with long acrylic nails was rude. At 2nd window she almost threw my bag at me and closed the window. Did not ask if I wanted sauce. Ketchup packets were stuck together. Food itself was off. Onion rings were charred and broken. Fries were cold. Cheese sticks were only warmish and melted in a pool on bottoms. I’ve never had White Castle burgers except for those frozen sliders bought in the grocery store. I got some shrimp bites that were phenomenal and I also really enjoyed the onion rings. I got to gave sliders the bacon which I don’t believe I’ve seen in stores. I actually thought the burgers meat patties could be thicker, but other than that, they were OK, but what made the visit was the fact that the girl working the drive-through was very patient with me because it took me a little bit to order seeing as how I’ve never been there before and also, when I got the food, it was the hottest food and the freshest food I’ve ever gotten in a drive-through restaurants in my life. Not sure how they did it, but I’ve never gotten fast food so hot when it was handed to me, everything was hot and fresh and when I asked her on the at the menu board, how big a small versus a medium of the shrimp bites were or if she could guesstimate how many came in one she actually said she would go count them and she came back and said you’d get 11 of them in a small which I thought was awesome. Nobody does that ever so in this state, we have a total of one white Castle restaurant in the whole state and it’s right down by the Illinois border between Milwaukee and in the Illinois border in Kenosha I’ll definitely visit that restaurant again because of that girl her attitude and the absolutely delicious hot food I got in the drive-through she deserves a raise. Nobody else does this. I’ve never seen and I’ve never seen any other person go through all the trouble to count how many shrimp were in the container like that I didn’t catch your name and I didn’t think of my receipt so I don’t know her name, but if White Castle people read this, there was a little girl working in the drive-through on Wednesday night at the restaurant in Kenosha Wisconsin. It was about 10 o’clock and they closed at 11. and if you read this give that girl a raise because she deserves one and probably a promotion as well at the very least I would suggest doing whatever to keep her there because she’s an she’s outstanding employee with great customer service skills so to whoever you are there in Kenosha, the drive-through 1030 at night on Wednesday, February 26 thank you very much. I love White Castle sliders, there’s no other way to say it! The hamburger or cheeseburger sliders are just awesome steamed goodness! The crinkle cut fries are good too and this restaurant is one of their very few with Barq’s Red Crème soda which makes it the ultimate fast food restaurant in my opinion! I highly recommend trying out this only Wisconsin White Castle if you haven’t already as I absolutely love White Castle. We even went once when it becomes the Love Castle (Valentine’s Day) and it was a great experience! The Crave Case is definitely the way to go!

Great service, I occasionally stop at this location while in the area after the crave hits me. Just as any fast food, it's hit or miss, I'm 48 now and I don't know of its a change in taste buds, but no fast food tastes as good or great as it did 20 or 30 years ago. But it's the people and the crave and the hope of sparking nostalgia on my taste buds that keeps me coming back. The two ladies that open up on the morning are awesome and very welcoming kind and polite.

The food is great, but every time I come here the coca cola freestyle machine has 95% of the soda options unavailable. Which is a real shame if all you want is a regular Coke to go with your meal. Their aren't any napkins or condiments available, so you have to ask for these items, and most of the tables aren't wiped down either. Other than that this location is okay.

OK so I love a certain White Castle on the south side of Chicago and have NEVER had a location come close to matching their food until I ate at this location! A young lady who is not the manager decides to put her input and was not needed at all.
