TERRIBLE WINGS..🤢🤮🤮

Literally my stomach is hurting so bad from eating this mess tonight..
I'm not sure what happened tonight but usually my food is good...tonight my wings tasted off...the chicken tasted old..the wings definitely were not tossed either..super disappointed because I tried calling and no one ever picked up the phone I was waiting for 5 minutes and called multiple times..I WILL NEVER Eat from this Location again..I suggest you do the same!

The service was terrible the girl at the cash register was so rude taking my order almost laying on the floor, she was looking and talking to me very disrespectful and she threw me the cups. She was petty and didnt give me my order until I asked for it 40 minutes later while she was giving the other custumers that got here after me their food. I come to this location almost every sunday and this is the first time I get disrespected like that im very dissapointed

The food is great, however I've ordered delivery twice on Uber Eats, and twice ordered the Gold Peak Sweetened Green Tea. Both times I received unsweetened black tea. If you don't sell the green tea, update your menu on Uber Eats, it's incredibly frustrating to keep getting a drink that I find disgusting when I upgrade to a large specifically for the sweetened green tea.

Order ahead and food was prepared promptly, the worker is extremely polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean, plenty of seats. Drink selection was great. Parking was very busy with the store nearby

I placed an order for 50 wings, when I got home there were 15 missing, I called to file a complaint and went to the store to look for the remaining 15 wings, when I got home they only placed 14 wings, I think that is disrespectful.

I wish there an option for zero stars. The chicken wings were almost inedible. Imagine if there was such a thing as chicken jerky. That's what these were. I almost threw it away. I probably should have. The people serving that food should be ashamed of themselves.

I used to love this Wingstop location. I'm not sure what changed, but smh. I went yesterday to get two 8pc meals. The fries were pulled to early, and my food literally tasted like they forgot to put the seasonings on. Idk if they cut back on seasoning the chicken or what, but it tastes like oil. If I didn't live 30 minutes away I would have taken it back. To top it off, the wings were as big as my thumb. I remember going in when they first opened and there was a worker telling his co worker that they were better than bdubb, that their wings were bigger..🙄..so maybe now they are getting their wings from the same place as Bdubbs???

I usually don't write reviews, but this wingstop deserves one. The guy working the counter tonight and the last couple of times I've come in has been nothing but polite and friendly, and he greets you and wishes you a good night on your way out. The food is good, the staff is nice, and it's the best wingstop in Madison imo.

Service was great, the guy was working hard and still explained sauces to people ordering. All food was hot. Wingstop's hot sauce was unimpressive 3 years ago and now I'm back with opinions.
- mango habanero tastes like ketchup with no tomatos. Definitely not spicy. Probably has corn syrup too.
- lemon pepper is unnecessary and it knows it
- korean bbq sauce was ok
- atomic is too bitter to enjoy
- cajun is still the best
