Have ordered here at least 5 times never a problem. Young staff very respectful yes sir and thank you form the staff. Manager was friendly within 3 seconds ask me my name while helping another customer. Food was hot and fresh. Also American employees

Ordered delivery through wing stops site tonight, we placed the delivery directly through their site thinking they did their own delivery. After our order was delivered and we were missing 35 chicken wings and callied the store we found out the delivery was through doordash and the only option was for us to run and pick up the order. If we wanted pickup we would have done it right away. They finally refunded us the money. These people need to start taking a little more pride in their work and pay attention to orders.

We were contemplating where to order food and it was getting later in the night so we gave Wingstop a try. The wings were delivered in a timely manner. They were hot, hot hot! They were also very crispy and very yummy and we would 100% recommend and are going to get these at least once a week for the rest of our lives. - jk about the last part but it was great.

First time ever at a Wingstop. It was really good. Good quality bone in wings with plenty of sauce. Ordered ahead on the app and it was ready at the time that it said it would be on the app for carry out.

Updated Review: I only returned because my mom wanted Wings and they were the closet. I am truly glad I gave this store another chance. Different management was on duty including one of the corporate managers and my experience was night and day. Natalee, who took my order was VERY knowledgeable, made sure I knew what options were available and offered friendly yet professional customer service.

My order was made fresh and didn’t take as long as my first visit. I was happy with the quality of the service food and facility. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable. My only exception with this visit is the price. But everything has gone up way too much these days so I won’t hold it against them.

Dave, the Asst. GM was leading the shift and the staff appeared to be supported and working like a great team. Dave, from corporate was on site working right along side the team. Truly awesome to see.

I really hate giving bad reviews. But unfortunately this experience calls for it. Staff is not trained well. The customer service delivered from the manager was horrible. I purchased a 30pc classic meal had no problem with paying the additional for the all flats which was an additional $6 charge. I asked for 3 additional ranch and was charged another $4.50. When a customer comes in and doesn’t mind spending the extra the first response from management should have been “don’t worry about the 3 ranch” but he was so busy trying to nickel and dime me that he missed out on future business. Never judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend NOT buying from this Wingstop. I’d much rather pay for Buffalo Wild Wings.

Very dirty when we came in by soda area. Everyone looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. Took my wings out the bag and my dry rubs were soaked in liquid. west side location is way better.

Came here with my kids this past Sunday. Service was great, food was great! It was also cheaper than what I had anticipated for what my teenage kids and I had ordered.

Note to employees:
Restaurant work can be stressful, remember to be patient with yourselves and eachother. Ignore these simple single-minded bad reviews thank you to all who work here!! Your doing a great job!!!

I'm leaving this review because of all the 1 star ones. BOTH times the employees
welcomed me when walking in, the food was amazing, the first time I came here, they mixed my order up AND let me keep the additional wings, on top of that the chef came out and apologized to me, which I was happy and thankful they gave me more wings to begin with. The staff is friendly, the place is clean. Will come back for many more times :))

As a business owner in the industry - I’d be furious if a manager ran an evening shift like this at one of my stores - music is so loud the waiting room can’t even hear the person next to them, no real urgency in the manager or the back of house with a line of in shop and pick up orders and they do not look short staffed at all. The lady taking orders was great and the staff is friendly. Hopefully they can turn it around because this is a prime location to serve the GB community.

Terrible experience with the angry manager, who was constantly yelling and shouting. Terrible service, and they also made me wait for more than an hour. Don't go to that terrible place where they don't know how to treat customers.

I was actually impressed, compared to other Wingstop’s i’ve been too, this has to be the biggest one and the one that has left me impressed. The food quality is great and the wait is not bad at all. The vibe in the restaurant is so nice, they have all the flavors on the wall so it’s easy to see. The music is not too loud so when they call your name you can hear it. There is employees cleaning and making sure there is not trash on the tables and floors. I was here for around 30 minutes and during those 30 minutes i got asked twice if i was doing okay and even offered to pick up my trash. I definitely recommend and encourage people to come. Plenty of parking and employees are super nice!

Compared to the other Wingstop in the area the atmosphere here is amazing with decorative signs for each flavor around the restaurant. The service was beyond what I expected for a fast food place. In the 30 minutes me and my girlfriend sat here eating a employee came out twice to clear garbage and ask if we're doing fine. The food was great for a 2 person combo they offered myself and my girlfriend got 8 wings, 3 tenders, 2 sauces and a very large portion of fries for only $23 Everything was correct and quick to come out. The music was the perfect volume where you can hear it but it doesn't prevent you from having conversations. The service and quality is is most definitely worth the extra few minutes driving past the other location.

Do not order from them!!!!Ordered from Wingstop. Their Doordash person picked up the order and then canceled it. We were not given a refund (I will edit IF we are). When we called Wingstop, they said it is a Doordash problem, not theirs. Paid over $90 for food when never got. Complete scam! Wish we could give all zero stars.
