I ordered online and canceled my order less then 2 minutes later to fix my order and replace it with something different. They literally took my 78$ and I got no food. I tried to call the store and see if I could just pick it up or just help me and nobody would answer the phone after me spending 25 minutes on the phone. It was only 4:15 in the afternoon. Im so disappointed

We placed a large order online about a week in advance for a special event, and when we checked in earlier the day of, they said they had no record of our order, must have gotten lost in the system. But the staff hustled and got everything ready in time, so we had hot fresh wings to serve. Great variety of flavors, and sauces were pretty good too.

I ordered wings and tenders with selected flavor’s but unfortunately, the entire order was completely messed up. All the wings were cooked without any seasoning or sauce, making them dry and bland and extra oily food. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I paid for specific flavors. On top of that, the order was not what I had requested, showing a lack of attention to detail.

I tried reaching out the store for a resolution, but the customer service was unhelpful. Very disappointing experience—I won’t be ordering from here again!

New at ordering at this location, was shocked while walking in to learn this was just a “to go” style. There was no seating or waiting area. The lady at the register greeted us and provided great service which is why I gave the extra star. However, our food was not that great, we ordered our wings to be well done but tbey were cooked worse than normal. We selected extra fry seasoning and got little to no seasoning and they were cold.

Wow! Disgusting. I have heard so many times from ppl that wing stop was good and maybe they are but this one was horrible. It smelt some kinda way on the drive home in the to go bag like a sour ruined hot sauce or grease or something I don’t know but I ate two bites and chunked it and I didn’t get my fries. But not only that, the hygiene and laziness about the place calls for it to be shut down. One dude in the back corner on a grease box in the kitchen scratching his nose on his phone and then steps back up not washing his hands and every employee doing the same just disgusting behavior. But regardless the absolute worst tasting and smelling food I have ate in a long time. My god do better or don’t own a business your messing with peoples health by serving contaminated foods yes the food in general isnt that good for you but with how yall make it , it’s like a ticking time bomb to kill somebody. What’s wrong with people is that nobody cares anymore to just work hard and do the job your hired to do and do it right, if one of you was the owner y’all don’t deserve a restaurant $19 something for 5 chicken fingers and a sprite with no fry’s lol joke!!. I had placed an order online but kept saying my order didn’t go through I had the money token out of my account I had called and wasn’t satisfied with what I was being told I had ended up going to the store to figure it all out there was no manager there to help my needs all I wanted was my food and not have to repay n wait for a refund when I have the receipt of the money being token out of my account thanks to the shift lead who was patient n generous enough to get in touch with the general manager to solve this issue once I started telling the manager my issue she told me I wasn’t in her system after repeatedly explaining I was charged she claimed the only thing she could do was i send a screenshot so she can send it to her district manager and then she would know what to do from there and since she was driving we wouldn’t have known how long that would’ve took ..I have previously worked at wing stop not just one but multiple and dealt with multiple situations like this and the main priority was making the customer happy no matter the issue instead of having to contact the distract manager her as a general manager should have known what to do from start to finish

I have gone to over 3 Wing Stop locations in search of the perfect wings and fries. I special requested (as you can with the online ordering app) that my chicken wings be double fried as well as my fries. Otherwise, they are not crispy enough. They did do the job on the wings. I suggest you request the same if you want extra crispy. But they did not double fry my fries. They were super soggy. They still tasted really good, I just wish they were crispy.

The wings were crispy and had a spice rub of Hot honey (in my opinion - the best seasoning they have) and Louisiana rub. Both were AMAZING! We also ordered some Parmesan Garlic tenders which are a hit with my kids. I recommend everything I ordered. They are generous with the sauce and the ranch has a very unique taste. A taste that you know makes it homemade.

My order was ready within 5 min of me coming in to pickup. This has been the best location for having online orders ready on time. A shame I don't live closer I would go here all the time. Too bad they couldn't follow directions on my order or this would be a 5 star.

The workers are ..sigh..crammed in a tiny working area frying and seasoning and frying and seasoning. I felt bad bc they had like no space but seemed to be doing the best they could. The cashier was polite and friendly. Establishment was clean and has an "A" rating.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Wingstop in Oak Creek. Our order arrived incomplete – we were missing our fries. When we returned to the store to address the issue, they gave us fewer fries than we originally ordered. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, the situation escalated in a way that was both unprofessional and unnecessary.

Instead of resolving the issue courteously, the manager responded by rudely throwing the fries in the garbage and offering only a refund for the fries – no apology or effort to make the situation right. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when the mistake was clearly on their end.

It’s frustrating to encounter such disregard for basic customer care. A simple acknowledgment of the error and a sincere attempt to correct it would have gone a long way. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and implements better training to ensure future customers aren’t met with the same dismissive attitude.

Don't get a chicken sandwich from here!
I occasionally go to this location and for the most part the food is what you expect however eating the sandwiches here will have your legs feeling like TV static from sitting on the toilet. Idk it might be how greasy the chicken sandwich is... I know it's fast food, so can't expect 5 stars, but it's just something about the sandwiches here that are no good. Other than the place being as big as a shoe box the staff are great... Maybe change the grease more often.

Ordered 20 wings and fries . Nasty wings ive ever had . Fork broke while even trynna pick up the wings , half of them was raw . Fries was not cooked , i thought coming to the wingstop in oak creek wouldve been better since in a better area . Terrible food . I would never order from this wing stop again . Place an order online. When I arrived at the store, the manager said they never received my order. I showed them proof of my email confirmation. She still tried to say no she never got it. Then she looked into her register and realized they never printed it out. She told me it was going to be another 15 minutes, which I was able to wait after I had already waited 40 minutes. I requested a refund which she told me she would processed that evening and give me a call. I never received phone call, never received a credit. Had to dispute with my credit card company. Tried to call her four times and never received a callback from her. I won’t be back to this store.

Food was ready on time and it was hot, but it tasted terrible. Got 5 parm garlic, 5 mild, 5 lemon pepper, and 5 Louisiana rub bonless with a large fry. Wings were piping hot even after a 10 min drive home, but there was little to no flavor with ANY of the wings. Felt like I paid almost 20 bucks for my kids boring old chicken nuggets. I get that it's not like B-dubs where they dredge them in sauce, but it would've been nice to have something besides breaded chicken chunks. The large fry was as if they had all of the leftover small bits at the bottom of 6 bags thrown in the fryer for 30 minutes. Super seasoned, but I don't really like chewing on potato tree bark. This place is the only wing stop I've been to, and it was the 2nd time I've been, (first was lack-luster as well) probably won't go back.

The place was clean and well staffed, but as stated in many other reviews its tiny, not much room for patrons to stand and pick up food, no places to sit and eat.

Ordered a 30 piece meal. Team member entered it as just 30 wings, then expected me to pay extra for the rest. Dry deep fried wings. Bar-B-Q sauce tastes like some one dumped liquid smoke into it. They used a bowl to put on sauce then put it on a shelf to use again. Restaurant is like stepping into a closet. No dinning area. Rude workers.

I placed an order for pick up. Upon picking up I noticed an order of wings were missing. I went back in and the worker grabbed a container from the counter and said they were mine and I left. I should’ve double checked because when I got home they were not my wings. It was only 7 wings when I ordered 10. My fries were also a small when I ordered a large and they were seasoned wrong. I called and asked them to remake it and was told “yeah I noticed when you left you got someone else’s order. We remade them their order. They are busy in the kitchen and do not have time to remake yours. Just keep the order you got and we’ll give you store credit.” Since they were unwilling to work with me I just hung up.

They are Friendly , polite, and Efficient whether it's the professional Mia greeting u immediately when u walk in the door or one of the other staff members I literally go out of my way to go here even though I live much closer to other wing stop and fast food chx places. Waited extremely long for my online order. I showed up when it said it would be done but waited at least 30 minutes in the store. While waiting, employees were on their phones, not wearing gloves, swearing/gossiping. We saw a family come in and not even be interacted with for at least 10 minutes to which they then walked out. Very cramped lobby, but both times I ordered the food was ready right on time and the pickup went pretty smoothly. I had no issues with service. Fortunately there's extra space to wait on the patio, but it's gonna be interesting in winter. I would recommend getting there on the later side of their recommended pickup times, maybe even add an extra 5-10 minutes if it's during the dinner rush.
