The mushroom gravy brisket sandwich was kind of squishy.
Their BBQ sauces were delicious. They have cherry and spicy that are really amazing.

The pulled pork sandwich is good. Personally I'm not a fan of the coleslaw. The walking taco is worth it, we are glad that the serving size is larger this year. The BBQ sauce is pretty tasty I enjoyed the spicy BBQ.

It's a food truck that doesn't move..... well in reality it's more like te parking lot for 3-5 moving food trucks/trailers a BBQ pit on a trailer and a stationary food "truck". Try the walking tacos you won't be disappointed. Also several BBQ sauce flavors. If you can't make it Herr I'm sure you will find them at other festivals or parking lots in the area they do have multiple food trucks. (And I've seen them about at festivals too)

This is a great little GEM of a barBque place...order from the window, sit at a picnic table under a big tree or under a big tree down by the lake! DO IT!! highly recommend!

The food is awesome if you like smoked pulled pork and brisket this is the place to stop at! The service was fast the food was hot they have their own bbq sauces so you can spice it up or sweeten up any way you like. I asked if we could have our company picnic there and they were so helpful and accommodating. This is a food truck business and a great one at that.

Aug 2021:
Work for lawn company, happened to be in area, never heard of or seen this place before, passed by on way to customers. Thought about stopping but didn't initially.

Then by chance I passed by again on way to another customer, so I stopped this time.

Ordered the brisket samwhich and a Dr Pepper.

For a random stop in an unfamiliar place I was very impressed. It was very great and I was super happy with my order. I only wish I had bought coleslaw aswell and put it on the samwhich but otherwise no complaints at all.

I stopped here again today and got the brisket meal, just as good as it was last time still very much impressed. shame and I can't get to this area more often to eat out here more often. Either way I was very impressed again with the sandwich, added the very hot barbecue sauce that they had in the counter there would recommend if you like spice. As I had mentioned previously kind of could use the coleslaw on the sandwich itself and yes it does need it and I had it that way today, yes good.
Was not expecting a little brownie treat with the sandwich, nice little surprise.

The beef brisket sandwich was nothing short of amazing. Meat was high quality and flavorful. The owner greeted us with big generosity and even gave me a free bottle of the sauce (also fantastic). I hope to see them around because I’ll definitely want to try their food again.

Hubby and I had past this place a few times and finally had a chance to stop by last Saturday. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich but was informed by the girl working the trailer that she was out of buns...so she gave just pulled pork..which we were ok with... and ask if we could wait about 5 mins why she got it ready (we were the only customers at the time) She brought it to our car.(The girl was very nice and friendly btw)
We were so eager to try so when I pulled the container out...I was a bit confused. Not sure if the sauce was just poured heavy handed but the pork was swimming in it and had unfortunately no flavor. We were bummed. Not sure if we will revisit but if by chance we do... definitely will order maybe the brisket

OH MY GOODNESS!!! On a whim I suggested we stop by to see if they had any brisket, this was Christmas morning, on our way home from church. We were told to stop back in 45mins, as it wasn't quite ready ... Fast forward 1hr, and I picked up a 5lb container of brisket. It required re-heating ... When we opened the container I wasn't so sure ... But we warmed it on 325° for 45 minutes ... There were three of us for dinner, and it was the most scrumptious and delicious brisket I have ever had!!! My 89 year old uncle LOVED it!!! We ended up eating it for dinner the next two days. The mushroom gravy (this must be what is meant by Wisconsin style BBQ) was delicious and I don't really get excited about mushrooms. I live in Seattle, when I returned home a few days later, I was already craving that brisket. It is "da bomb"! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas dinner, Boxing day dinner, and Sunday dinner. XoXo. Bring your Truck to the Pacific NW, please!!!

I was curious about this black truck selling food in the parking lot of the old cow mark cafe so I stopped by to see what it was all about.
The owners of Wisconsin Style BBQ , Mark And Susie, are now the owners of the old restaurant and all of the land that surrounds it...I am told that there are many good things to come, but for now the food truck it is.

Later that same evening we decided to give it a try and boy oh boy am I ever glad we did!!!
We ordered some of everything on the menu, it was all so delicious with the meats definitely being the highlight, so tender and juicy...In a nutshell they were perfectly smoked.
I know I’ve said quite a bit but I feel like I can’t say enough.
I am definitely recommending this place to all my friends!
You should give it a try!
