To be honest, we were pretty disappointed 😞
My Cantina Burrito was made with crispy chicken strips (that were dry & over cooked) instead of the grilled chicken that was stated on the menu.
The tater tots were so salty that we could not eat them.
We told our waitress and they said they'd give us credit for a "side" and that would be $1.25. Really?
And then only $1 was taken off. Honesty and effort would have gone a LONG, LONG way 😕
Our waitress was super nice but she never came around.
We won't be coming back!

Our family of four went out to eat here on a busy Saturday evening, and we were disappointed across the board. They forgot about us — literally sat us in the corner & no water or any acknowledgement from the server for 20+ minutes. For example, by the time we received our entrees, the people who had gotten there at the same time as us were leaving. The server did apologize but did not seem genuine. I also ordered an alcoholic drink that was forgotten about for 10+ minutes even after getting our waters.

We were also sad because they did not have a sling for our baby’s car seat, so we had to put the whole thing in the booth.

We ordered the pretzel bites, and they were okay, but the cheese sauce was not very good. My husband had beer cheese soup that was COLD! His chicken, bacon, ranch wrap had pizza sauce splattered on the bottom of it… My gyro & sweet potato fries were great, I will say.

It was “busy” per say, but not THAT busy where they would have forgotten about us, our drinks, and my beverage.

After receiving waters took forever to take our order. Received our food and was never checked on again. Didn’t receive the fries we ordered. There was a hair in my noodles. Came for my wife's birthday dinner because she wanted a fish fry, we both ordered the fish fry one with sweet potato fries and one with the cool ranch fries, didn't get either said something and they remade the fries but I still don't think we got the cool ranch fries they tasted nothing like the cool ranch fries our son ordered, besides that the fish was way over cooked, our boys said their burger and sandwich was very good, and so were our drinks so in conclusion would come back for sandwiches and burgers but never for the fish fry.

My girlfriend and I went here tonight for dinner. We started with garlic parm onion rings(9.5/10) super delicious light breading exploding with flavor. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich breaded(8.5/10) wish I would've got it grilled because it tore up the roof of my mouth but it was hot and delicious. My girlfriend had the pulled pork special (9.5/10) delicious food and excellent, fast service. Only complaint is that the fries and tater tots were a bit on the salty side but with a beer that would be perfect.

We ate there in October and left a pair of eyeglasses there. Since we live in MN, we were unable to easily retrieve the glasses. I called the restaurant and asked whether the eyeglasses were still there and if it would be possible to have them mailed to me. The manager confirmed that they could and would mail them to me - great news!! I gave them my address and waited a couple of weeks to receive the glasses in the mail. I have since called no less than 4 times to inquire why I still haven’t received them. The manager claimed they were mailed (but had no confirmation/tracking number) and said “it might be slow to arrive due to the holidays”. Needless to say, we still haven’t received the glasses. I understand that it was our mistake to leave the glasses behind, but at this point, the restaurant has not followed through on their offer to get the glasses back to me. It’s hard for me to believe that they were actually ever mailed at this point, and I wish the management team would acknowledge that they dropped the ball.

We have been here twice on trips to Eau Claire. Both times we really enjoyed both the food and the service! This last time I decided to try the pizza at the recommendation of the bartender.
I am a pizza aficionado and this place hits the Mark! I had the hand tossed crust with pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños. It was fantastic! The jalapeños were fresh, not canned which is a must! If I was local I'd go here for pizza on a regular basis!

Wisco's is a great place to grab a beer and some food while you watch a game or relax after work. However, whoever the female bartender is, is one of the worst bartenders I've ever dealt with. On two separate occasions ive essentially been ignored in a basically empty bar. Heard her complaining to other customers(presumably her friends cause she actually paid attention to them) about her low tips. Probably should pay attention to customers for better tips, they are not a guarantee you gotta work for em. If she is working I just leave and go elsewhere so I get actual service. The younger guy that bartends there is amazing though!

Nice looking place on the outside but the interior feels run down. Our server was very nice and took our order right away. The cheese curds came out promptly and tasted good but our main entrees didn't come to the table for at least half an hour. Several times our waitress walked by without comment when she saw us sitting around with no meal. When the food finally did come out, my husband's fries were lukewarm and mine were cold. My patty melt was too well done despite asking for pink and was (of course) lukewarm. The Caesar salad was mediocre and the Nashville Hot was bland and dry. It seemed like our meal was sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while before being brought out to our table and made for a disappointing dinner. The women's restroom is in dire need of fixing: the entry door doesn't close all the way, one stall was out of order, and the toilet seats were cracked with a typed note to "please hold down handle when flushing".

Cold food, watered down drinks, terrible service and a manager who didn't care. We ordered items that never came, yet were charged for them. When we spoke to the manager about it, he refused to remove it from the bill because we "ate most of it". The waitress even told us the kitchen was a "hot mess", but i guarantee my food wasn't cooked at room temperature.

I've visited Wiscos several times now. The food is USUALLY great.

Last night I ordered pretzel bites. The first batch were served up to me burnt - literally black. I took a small bite of a spot that wasn't burnt... and all I could taste was burnt. So I ask for a replacement order. Ok. It arrives also burnt, but not as bad. For the sake of not being annoying, I ate these less burnt pretzel bites. They did not taste like anything except (gasp) burnt bread. The garlic on them doesn't do anything. The cheese dip made it edible for me.

The pizza and burgers are always delicious, however.

I will say, the young man that waited on us last night was very rushed. He even slid the bill on our table without comment and immediately ran away. When bringing back the new pretzel bites he did the same thing. Had he stayed longer than 0.5 seconds, I would have told him that we didn't want them.

I don't want to talk down on the poor kid as I'm sure he is a teenager, but interpersonal communication skills can certainly go a long way in a customer service role.

We had my diaper party at Wisco’s and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a bar. Our waiter Josh, immediately was greeting new guests and getting drinks. As the mom to be, he made sure my water way always full. He went around and made sure that everyone was getting refills. Very cheerful and was joking around with everyone. For a long time it was hard to get prompt service here since it became Wisco's, so I rarely come here (maybe once a year). I went there again recently for mid-week lunch. There were very few customers there and this time the server was extremely prompt and attentive. Good food and service. Friday night at 6 pm, they were not too busy and we were seated immediately. We had the Friday Fish Fry and Garlic Parmesan Onion Rings appetizer. The onion rings were really good, nice crunch and flavor. The fried fish was great, batter was not too thick and had a nice flavor. The fish was flakey and not overdone. The coleslaw portion was a little small and did not have much flavor - I prefer a tangy coleslaw dressing so that may be just my take on it. The marble rye bread had great flavor but did not come with butter, which would have been nice but wasn't necessary since I ate it anyway. Overall they have a really good Friday fish fry and we will be back again.

Drinks and food was pretty good but expensive, the water we had was the best I’ve ever had, whoever the blonde (I think) guy working at night on Feb. 7th, he did a great job thanks for the great experience!

Went to Wisco bar and eatery with the family for lunch, it was decently busy. We were seated right away but sat for 20 minutes and no one served us. We watched five other families come in and get seated and served right away. We got up and left, as we walked out we told the hostess why we were leaving and she was very snotty about and just said “ok” and laughed. Good way to lose a 75 dollar food order. We then went and spent that at Milwaukee Burger Company. We were seated and served right away. They were so busy but were so fast about everything and so nice.
