Great chili! Came with a personal tour of the new outdoor addition from the owner. Have been here a handful of times and enjoyed every time. Lots of great soups. There are always a lot of nice people here. The staff is courteous and hard-working.

we were in the dining room on 7/18, our waitress was wonderful!!! She was super polite and very kind. However there was another waitress an older lady who was very rude to us and the other waitress. We heard her several times throughout the night complaining about the younger waitress to customers and at one point said “She’s pissing me off”. Food was great! Our service was good! Just the older waitress was very rude and stared at us when we were signing the check and asked why we didn’t tip on card. she was very rude

we were there last night, and have eaten there before—“chicken “. we thought there was only 7 of us, well 2 more ppl showed up. it was very unexpected. the service was terrific, until 2 more showed up. i apologize to Wauters, we now had 9ppl. it was not intentional. we asked for more chicken- 1 platter was not enough, it never came, we asked for drink refills, never came, had to ask for gravy, gravy came. we’ll try again another time, never had this happen before.

I Was super excited as I haven’t tried this place before heard but great things. We did go on Father’s Day so we expected it was going to be busy. We got sat right away, ordered the family style chicken and expected we would be waiting longer because we know how long it takes. An hour goes by, and our server lets us know that it’s going to be up shortly, but then comes back again to let us know it’s going to be another 45 minutes…. Apparently they bumped our order back as people with reservations came early? We were also told apparently it was a “reservation only” day… so why did you seat us? We were just very disappointed with the poor communication and they also made us pay for our drinks and appetizer. Please communicate better.

Servers were Super rude to us, took over 30 min to get someone to take our order. A table of ladies came on about 15 min after we did and got quick service and left 30 min before we did. We asked one of the servers (since we didnt have one server, they just "do whatever") to split the check and her response was "I assume you ordered it That way (as she rolls her eyes,) now i need to get a calculator. Would not go back! Thankfully the 18 month old child we had with us didnt start acting up. The food was pretty good when we finally got it!

Poor experience. They raised their prices in the restaurant, but didn't update them online. We placed an order going off of their site and the price was quite a bit more than expected when we picked the order up. We were told they "weren't responsible for their online menu pricing," even though they own and control the site? The service is always very slow and unorganized, the food is fine, so now the raised prices are DEFINITELY not worth it.

If I could leave minus zero stars, I would. We spent over $500 in 2 nights there. Food was mediocre, servers were top notch!(aside from heather), the grey haired owner (Mike) and his Personal slave, (Heather), were terrible. We won't ever spend another red cent in this "so called" establishment.
Also, let's not ignore the guy who waited over 1 hour and 15 min for his food without an explanation.
When he asked, he was told by Mike (the owner), "well, all dinners will be out in 2 minutes
If you want to sit at the bar, we'll get to you soon". 🤷‍♀️

This was our first time eating here since moving to the area, we ordered food for take out. The service was great, such nice staff. Good place to eat if you're just looking to have an all around good time. Food is pretty good, especially the fish and burgers, but mostly just go there for the atmosphere. Everybody gets treated like a local, the whole staff is EXTREMELY nice. Bit of a warning however, no covid precautions are in place (as in no masks required, for staff or employees, although hand sanitizer is there. Could be a good or bad thing depending on how concerned you are about covid), and the waits can be pretty long, but such is to be expected seeing how packed it can get at times, and the rather tiny kitchens. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place. They do not offer "Contactless Pickup" & the Employees DO NOT wear masks of any sort. The bar was crowded and the capacity was over 25%. It was horrible to see a bar this crowded during a global pandemic. If you remotely care about COVID-19, do not patronize them.
