Our first visit went very well at Wrap It Up. They have lots of goodies including a menu filled with many options plus Colectivo coffee and Troubadour bakery items. Employees with smiling faces and an all around positive vibe and experience. We're already looking forward to trying other choices on their menu. The food is typically very good however we have run into several instances where the owner is a pain and the staff is always rushing you out even when there are not many people there. I have a feeling this is another owner issue. My most recent experience the waiter had major attitude. They also should not have a bar if some of the staff dont understand how to make mixed drinks or what type of beer I ordered. I was almost served a non-alcoholic beer when i ordered an IPA ( it wasnt even a non-alcoholic version of the IPA). I even suspect the first beer I ordered was non-alcoholic because I didn't catch the waiter till the second one and i felt no buzz. They did refund one of them but not without a kurfuffel.

So let's just say im picky with my restaurants and most of the restaurants out here I've been sick from. I won't name who they were but let's just say most of them were pizza restaurants. I only have two fav restaurants so far and this place actually made it in to the top spot followed by pizza garden a close second. The food is delicious and the staff is very nice. Very very good food. I recommend this place to my parents and they liked it too. Definitely my fav place to go and will always come back thank you 😊

Wrap It Up is a gem in town!
Their loaded bean wrap is a must-try, especially for people who don't eat meat—it’s packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. Im not vegan/vegetarian, but this I couldn't pass up on! The avocado toast is another standout, made with olive oil, fresh tomatoes, and veggies, something you can’t find anywhere else locally.

The frappe is delightful, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The back area is particularly nice for relaxing, and you can tell the boss or managers genuinely care about the place and their customers.

One minor downside is the occasional alarm sound coming from the counter area, which can be a little distracting. Still, it doesn’t take away from the amazing food and experience. Highly recommended!

This quaint sandwich shop is also home to a coffee cafe as well. The interior is simple,.clean, and bright on the bar side. The coffee side isade.with darker tones but still comfortable.

The prices are reasonable, and you get just enough of a portion to curb hunger but not feel stuffed. The service was quick and the food was fresh, and delicious.

Decent little place to grab something to eat. I think it's neat that they specialize in wraps but they do offer many other things like breakfast, paninis, smoothies, etc. I ordered the hulli hulli wrap and thought it was decent. I just felt like it was more rice and sauce then chicken. When you order a meal you get just the wrap or main item. Nothing else comes with it. The service was good as everyone was extremely friendly and checked on us. Overall, I would say it's a nice place to stop every once in a while if your looking for something different.

Me and my boyfriend were severely disappointed by this place. While initial service was prompt, it fell apart once we ordered. We were seated near the kitchen and heard the waitresses continually yelling and laughing about school, work, and continued dropping items in the back, and talking about the food we ordered and how they didn't know how to make it. They wanted to pass it off to one another. How does this give me any confidence in that the food I ordered will be good? How do you mess up cheese curds or a chicken wrap?? Regardless, we were delivered a literal blob of over-priced cheese curds, as seen in my picture. They were burnt and the cheese had exploded everywhere, yet our waitress didn't bat an eye. After that, we had to flag down the actual cook to pay for our bill since our waitress disappeared. Extremely disappointed, and won't be going back!

I used to frequent this restaurant years ago while working in the area and was excited to bring my daughters in for lunch yesterday. The quality has definitely changed. I’ve been coming here for 10 years, since I moved to Green Bay I don’t eat here as often but it is a favorite so I stop by when I’m in town. The last three times I ate here I was so disappointed, and this last time I ate here today we came towards closing time and were rushed out the door, we wanted to add on cheese curds to our order but we’re told the grill was shut off. The service wasn’t friendly, and since eating my panini I have not felt well. I am concerned I got food poisoning. My mom ordered the cheeseburger wrap and it was served cold, she thought it was a hot wrap, when we got home she had to microwave it just to want to eat it. Really disappointed and I will be eating at other restaurants when I come to Manitowoc.

High marks on all points. We have started coming here on Saturdays for lunch and or coffee. The coffee is good and well presented. I have had the jerk chicken wrap and the loaded burrito, both very tasty. The cod basket is excellent and probably one of the best meals I have had there. Servers are friendly and attentive.
