I remember being here when I was five years old and watching snowmobiles jump the open inlet, I was there again about 28 years later and I swear it was just as amazing as I remembered it when I was five.

Great local place with tasty burgers. Kid friendly with nice high chairs if needed. Good fishing off the docks, bridge or pier as well. View of the lake is nice while eating some good old comfort food. Staff was kind and courteous to all who came through the door. Definitely a local favorite, but we were able to be seated right away without waiting. Looking forward to coming back here again in the future.

So..... yellow lake lodge. Hmmmm? As everyone knows, we are on a property hunt, and this weekend, we headed into Wisconsin. We were heading to Danbury. With a recommendation from a friend, we decided to grab a bite to eat at yellow lake lodge. Let me set the scene.... small quaint lake side bar. All the locals swimming, pontooning, chasing geese, getting their drink on.... it was packed, but we're able to get a table outside. They face east, so we didn't catch the sunset but were graced with a spectacular evening, and we could still catch the reflective glow of the sun on the sky above us.
Everyone was very friendly. The waitress was super cute and friendly and with how busy she was, really kicked butt . I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Dorian ordered a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. We shared a basket of cheese curds.
Now again, if anyone has read my reviews before, you know I love me a simple, basic, tasty burger. Everyone knows El Paso Bar has been my all-time favorite burger..... however.... the certainly have a potential contender for my favorite burger. Charlie, the cook, knows exactly what he's doing. The burgers were just so simple and perfect. I had a cucumber vodka and 7up and Dorian had a soda pop. My drink was STTRRRROONNG.. but I wasn't driving so it was great! The best part of the whole thing ( besides the company of my boo) was the 40$ price! I have some pictures I'll upload later this morning, but wanted to get the review written so I didn't forget... A+ everyone at Yellow Lake Lodge!!

Great location, great food, great vibe. Absolutely horrendous bar tender. We were we there around 1:30 on a Saturday. Originally sat in the deck. Had a great server, and ordered wine and an appetizer. Decided it was too hot in the sun and too many flies on the deck. Went inside and sat at the bar. Let our original server know. The bar tender with a 70s perm glared at us as soon as we sat down. Was very unpleasant towards us. Put out a card to pay. She said we don’t take plastic - in a very unpleasant voice and walked away. A few minutes later I caught her attention and asked what the total was. In a very nasty tone she replied I don’t know - I don’t have your ticket. Found our original server and got our ticket. Paid in cash and gave her a 5$ tip on a 21$ tab. She was fantastic. Bar tender was probably the most unpleasant we have ever encountered.

I have been coming here since I was a kid with my family. I have always enjoyed fishing here off the bridges, walking around on the piers, and hanging out at the bar that overlooks the lake. Busy spot but alway worth a stop in Webster! Would recommend for some fishing or a drink!
