Said 25 minutes for order to be ready... and took 50 minutes... learn how to estimate your time so you can give accurate estimations for customers. People have lives and things to do, we can't wait around forever for our food to be completed, this is supposed to be "fast food" it's not a sit down restaurant there should never be a 50 minute wait. Then, no apologies or anything after the lifetime it took to receive the order... just very disappointed and upset, used to like this place for chinese food, now not so sure. Food was better this time at least.. didn't get mashed and smashed crab rangoons.

Hi, I'm Jon with dreadlocks! Just wanted to share how happy I am with the service here. There was a small hiccup with my order—it got delayed in the system, and I left thinking something went wrong. But when I got home, I found out my order had actually come through, just late. The team made sure my food was fresh and hot, and they even threw in some extras! This place was awesome ......a year or more ago.....I wanted Chinese as I haven't it in a long time so I thought I would go back there. Order placed for pick up and was told 15 minutes .....that being said:
Here's what happened -
My order was general Tso chicken...Ugh!!!all breading no chicken at all! Probably the worst I've ever HORRIBLE!
Next up: Pork loin mein. I was utterly disappointed 😔 food TASTED OLD the noodles sucked!! Sticky, dry and OMG just bad all around. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON WHAT THEY CALL PORK!!!!absolutely horrible!!!!
NOTHING FRESH ABOUT IT AT ALL.
Next: beef mei fun....not really horrible but it wasn't fresh like when I used to get it years ago....NEXT...
Crab rangoons: meh ok is all I can say.
Egg roll not bad.
Of everything the egg roll was all right.
To say an egg roll was the best part of my meal for 50 bucks is totally SAD!!!!
Totally not worth the $ plus tip ....UNLESS YOU LIKE EGG ROLLS!

Thru away all my food on the 2nd day because of a suspicious intestinal illness that only affected me each time I ate a portion of the 4 dishes I ordered for take out. I only went because they were the only place that was open on Monday. Everything had shrimp in it. Never had this reaction from Chinese food from the other two in FDL. Will not be returning. Do not recommend..I need to say that I did use the bathroom and it wasn't exactly what I can call clean,. Maybe I picked up a bug from unlocking the door after washing my hands.

Ordered food and was given the address by the worker. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that they were closed and door was locked. I called again, and the worker stated they were in the back and would come up. She provided me the address again (which I was at the right location 129 University - next to piggly wiggly) and no one came to the door. So thankful I didn’t provide a card number. Good, fresh food. However, when I order online it is never ready when it is supposed to be ready. Today, I had to wait 20 minutes. That may not seem like a big deal, but when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, it becomes a problem. Also, no napkins, no soy sauce, no plastic fork. I suppose if I specifically asked for these items, I would get them, but isn't this a normal thing to need in order to eat the food I picked up?

Almost certain I received food poisoning from this food. I ate mushroom and chicken and everything tastes fine until the next day I try to eat something else and I’ve been sick ever since. It can’t be from anything else I’ve ate it had no meats but I have many symptoms of salmonella from chicken obviously.

Found several strands of hair in my noodles which could be avoided with the simple use of a hair net. Shrimp didn't taste right either. Mei Fun Noodles were nothing shy of flavorless. Only thing good was the egg rolls. Egg Foo Young was freezerburnt and mushy. Don't get the crab sticks, it's quite literally just fried imitation crab meat. Don't get the "scallops" either, could unravel it like a fruit rollup so cheap, probably sting ray meat just fried. If you want something good go down the street a little ways to King Chef, very professional only downfall is they have less options but truly the better option and never a let down. This was absolutely disgusting and not worth the nearly an hour wait. Doesn't sit in your stomach very well either.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is incredibly good, the prices are very fair for the amount of food you get, the wait is short, and the staff are very friendly. The online ordering is very convenient.They have done a fantastic job of being very COVID conscious, and only offer contact free pickup. Please visit this small business so that the pandemic doesn't ruin them like it has so many other small businesses. Seriously, if you've never tried their food now is the time, you will not be disappointed. I recommend the egg drop soup with won tons and the general tsaos.

I read the bad reviews, was a little concerned. However, I was in pursuit of good Chicken Chow Mien. After trying Kings Chef and being very disappointed with the lack of chicken and bland flavor, I knew there was better out there. Got home and WOW, was I surprised! Loaded with lots of fresh white chicken breast meat. Plenty of flavor and more then enough hard noodles. I would strongly recommend this restaurant. Will go back for other entrees.

This is an okay dining experience. The staff is genuinely polite and the food does arrive quickly. However, the food is sub par. The fried foods have way too much tasteless coating on them and it's a fifty -fifty shot if the item inside is cooked or not or if there is even anything inside of it at all. The fried scallops were encased in some really terrible breading and were gluey on the inside. In fact I am not sure what was inside the breading was even real scallops. Like the "crabmeat" in the Happy Family I suspect it is an imitation seafood product. The sauces used in some of the dishes are so thick and so tasteless I am surprised they are used at all. While I am not expecting the quality Chinese good I have enjoyed in San Francisco or Los Angeles I would hope that Chinese food here in Fond Du Lac would at least taste authentic. It tastes like someone's idea of what Chinese food should taste like. Maybe if they served fewer dishes with more quality instead of the giant menu of not so hot dishes
