I feel almost sad giving a poor review but I am hoping maybe something will change if enough ppl speak up. The service is slow (I'm ok and understanding of tbat) BUT the unfriendly tone, lack of care for someone to then put me on the spot BEFORE I even get my food asking me how much tip I'd like to add is off putting. This must be their practice bc it happens every time. I order, pull up, wait for a while then get asked for a tip that they punch in and the majority of the time the worker seems to be half asleep or something. Then I get told to go park and wait for my food or I end up waiting at the window. Zero incentive since Ive already tipped. I'm over the over tipping culture and this protocol makes me avoid Zestys which stinks bc I whole heartedly love supporting local businesses.

I really don’t like to give bad reviews. But went a couple months ago, thought the custard was super salty. Decided to give it a second try and both my wife and I’s custard was super runny and not thick. Almost like it sat out for 20 mins even though we just ordered. Her order was the pb blast and it seemed like half of the cup was peanut butter as well. Will be sticking with Culver’s moving forward.

Used the drive thru. Read the nasty pink note on the window and witnessed the girl on the phone. Unbelievable!! This is right after she spilled the ice cream all over us when she handed it was through the window. My entire car, my husband’s shirt and jeans were covered in ice cream! The person working the register had no idea what she was doing, had to ask multiple times on things. I have no problem being new, but have someone working with new people. She didn’t know how to run a gift card, so said I couldn’t use it. Way over priced for what you get and they do not have a system in place to know where to bring food when it is ready, just walked around to tables asking if it was theirs. Will not be going back.

Very nice place to go for a quick bite to eat. All food is made to order and is fresh. They get their ingredients locally to help support other small businesses and they offer a flavor of the day just like Culver's does. You can check their website for flavor details. Went there for the first time last weekend. Service was good, but slow. We were OK with that, as we were just enjoying our time chatting with each other. But... If I were in a hurry, or thinking normal wait time like at the competition, it would have been to long. Food was over priced for the size/portion in my opinion. Food was good... Cheese curds, onion rings, burgers were good. We had a party of 6 we all had different burgers/food. Everyone said it was good, but a little pricy. Had custard after and it was very good. Our total bill was close to 150.00 which is pretty crazy.

Called to order food at 8:03pm(restaurant closes at 9pm). Employee was reluctant to take out order, but did with the assurance we could come right away and pickup through the drive thru. Placed our order. Left, right after call ended. Three minute drive. Got there and two cars were ahead of me in line placing there orders. They said food was ready and to come through drive thru. All the food was cold. Only ordered one order of fries, but got and paid for two orders. Fries were cold and disgusting, like they had been sitting for hours. Burgers cold with dry buns. Cheese curds cold.
If they didn't feel like making quality food an hour before their closing time, they should have just not taken our order. Super disappointing, I'll only be back to try and get a refund for my terrible food.

☆Not even a 1☆TERRIBLY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE MANAGER*** will never go to this location again!!! Went in to treat my kids, all three of the burgers were wrong. Asked them to fix only 2 of them, gave me one back that was WRONG AGAIN. Then 30 minutes later brings the burger to the table, slaps it down and says sorry about that, rudely!!! Then walks away and mumbles somthing to me. She proceeded to say that she has 4 employees who will back what she says, when I ask for HER bosses info! Btw she would not give me the info... food was expensive and bad even once remade, absolutley ZERO customer service skills shown by the manager. Honesly should not be allowed to work with customers. I've always had good experiences with this small local chain. Their custard is just fantastic. The single scoop is a great portion size for one without going overboard, and they've got a calendar on their website of all the flavors of the month. I love how all their locations have the same flavor and I don't need to go looking in five different places to figure out what they are serving. Good service, good food.

Very friendly staff. I very much enjoy the different flavors of the day each month. They are unique in every way. Great example is them having Seroogy Chocolate. When I was here the flavor theme was Drumstick and it was amazing. Serves was quick as well. Tge design of the place reminds me alittle of the 80s in a way. Our kids love to eat here so we usually oblige. Typically the grilled chicken sandwich can have a lettuce wrap substituted for the bun. However, tonight it came out as an actual wrap which I can't eat due to gluten. This drive through girl pressured us to pay her tip rudely and we felt extremely uncomfortable. She also gave us our ice cream first even though we had to wait for our food in the car for 30 mins. So all of our ice cream got melted as we waited. Her incompetencies as a drive thorough worker and the fact that her little brain couldn’t process simple tasks wouldn’t have bothered us as much if she wasn’t that rude. She was Caucasian probably in her teens with blonde hair with a nose ring. Will not come back next time. (5/20/2022 around 6:30)
